中国公共领域构建之新探索——基于西方公共领域理论文化现象之解读

通过对西方公共领域理论及其中国本土化演进的再确认,发现一个长期被我国学界忽视的基本事实,即西方公共领域理论文化现象的存在。它集中表现为“国家-社会”二元模式论,并与“公私二元论”互为表里,从而很好地解释了西方公共领域理论的跨文化运用遭遇瓶颈的原因。鉴于此,在超越“国家-社会”二元模式论的基础上,尝试借鉴公共哲学中的“活私开公”理念,结合中国历史文化传统和现实境况,重新探索中国公共领域应有的内涵及其构建路径。     

基于小生境原理的免疫检测器集优化

基于否定选择的网络入侵检测系统中,检测器集的质量在很大程度上影响检测速率和检测准确率。基于小生境原理,对根据否定选择算法生成的检测器集中存在的重叠检测器进行高频变异和低频变异,提高了检测器集对非自体空间的覆盖率。根据否定选择算法的仿真实验的结果表明优化后的检测器集的整体检测效率明显改善。     

Equatorial aurora: the aurora-like airglow in the negative magnetic anomaly

The most fantastic optical phenomena in the Earth''s upper atmosphere are the auroras. They are highly informative indicators of solar activity, geomagnetic activity, upper atmospheric structures and dynamics, and magnetospheric energetic particles. An area where the geomagnetic field differs significantly from the expected symmetric dipole, such as at the South Atlantic Anomaly, where the magnetic field intensity is low, gives rise to stronger precipitation of energetic particles into the upper atmosphere. Impact excitation and the subsequent airglow emissions exhibit aurora-like dynamic signatures. Nomenclatures of nonpolar aurora or equatorial auroras are similar to those used with the polar auroras owing to their similar excitation mechanisms. This paper provides an overview of the knowledge and the challenges concerning auroral activity at the South Atlantic Anomaly, or more generally, at the negative magnetic anomaly. We emphasize systematic investigation of the equatorial auroras to reveal the temporal and spatial evolution of the magnetic anomaly and the behaviour of energetic particles in near-Earth space.

用十五年医疗实践,初步总结出“减法工程”疗法,是在针刺经络、断食辟谷后通过清除体内非实体性物质而使代谢障碍消失,以证明它和治理物质实体性毒物同样重要。     

兴奋剂违规案件的证明责任问题——以“Contador案”为视角

运用案例分析法,将证据法学和体育法学交叉综合,对国际体育仲裁院仲裁庭（CAS）就“Contador案”所作的裁决进行分析。以从CAS的裁决中寻找有益的观点,为完善《世界反兴奋剂条例》及以之为蓝本的其他反兴奋剂条例中关于证明责任分配与证明标准的规定提供借鉴。“Contador案”的裁决采纳了证据法学中将证明责任分为法定说服责任与提供证据的责任的观点,认为不承担法定说服责任的当事人在对方当事人举证困难的情况下,也应承担提供证据协助查明案情的责任。这一观点应当为《世界反兴奋剂条例》所借鉴,以补充细化第3.1条中关于证明责任的规定。     

大学生就业负性心理暗示的归因及应对

由于社会、家庭、学校教育的偏颇,在大学生就业过程中产生了自卑心理、低就心理、造假心理、依赖心理、从众心理、仕途心理、嫉妒心理、攀比心理等负性心理暗示。必须通过学科建设、就业指导、心理辅导、校园网络及校友会等多种管道对大学生就业心理加以引导,以利于大学生就业。     

体操技术练习中“高原现象”产生的原因及对策

运用文献资料、问卷调查等方法,从体操动作本身的特点、学生自身内在因素、学习环境、教师及教法等方面对体操技术动作训练过程中“高原现象”产生的原因进行分析研究,并提出合理性建议,旨在为广大学生克服动作训练过程中的“高原现象”及提高运动技能提供理论参考。     

Latino Portrayals in Local News Media: Underrepresentation,Negative Stereotypes,and Institutional Predictors of Coverage

Given the rise in negative rhetoric about Latinos in the U.S., it is essential to examine whether this negative tone extends to general, local news as well. An analysis of 2426 news articles drawn from 55 local newspapers in 2015 reveals several important findings. First, despite the intense spotlight on Latinos, they are still underrepresented in local news media. Relative to the other ethnic groups and whites, Latinos are more likely to be portrayed through negative stereotypes. However, the probability of this negative coverage is smaller for news media with a big proportion of Latino audiences, or for publicly-owned media outlets.

作为一种暴力现象,冷暴力在教学中随处可见。体育教学中的冷暴力现象有：教学态度疏远与冷漠;语言讽刺与讥笑;教学行为无视与放任;漫骂与训斥等。其危害有：危害学生成长;制约教师进步;妨碍师生和谐关系;危害社会环境。消解途径有：建立教学“结构”规范、促进教师“能动反思”;消除教师“不平衡感”和“情绪衰竭”;优化“学校情境”和“教学活动”空间;提高学生的“思想道德”和“心理素质”水平。
