大学生冬季体育锻炼的营养补充

冬季体育锻炼能促进身体健康和身体素质的提高。通过调查发现,很多大学生在运动后,缺乏对合理饮食及营养补充重要性的认识,针对这一问题,本文提出了冬季体育锻炼、营养代谢特点及营养补充的必要性,提出了推广合理膳食,科学进行营养补充的实施建议。     

观念更新是大学体育健康课程建构的关键

在新的历史时期，大学体育健康课程的建设，要在树立新的教学观念、教学目的上下功夫，必须以观念的转变和更新为切入点和突破口，从而将体育作为终生的生活内容与兴趣，最终达到增进学生健康，培养合格的现代化人才的目的。

我国环境法理论更新与制度完善——基于生态文明视域

生态文明的提出,是我国经济社会发展的要求,也是时代发展的要求。生态文明的理念为我国经济社会发展指出了一条健康、有序发展的道路。这条道路的通达,需要对现有的环境法理论基础进行革新,并在此基础上,不断地建立健全各项制度体系,完善各项法律制度,加强体制机制的改革。环境法作为法律体系中的重要一部分,理应为生态文明的实现做出自己的贡献。从环境法指导理念的转变,到法律原则的变化,再到立法模式和法律体系的今后发展方向,我国环境法的发展要始终围绕着生态文明这个主旨。虽然我国的环境法仍存在很多不足与缺陷,但是通过不断的修正与完善,结合我国的政治、经济、文化与社会的实际情况,不断健全相应的法律体系,从而更好地保护我国的生态环境。     

中华体育精神助力中华民族伟大复兴的时代特质与价值——“中华体育精神与中华民族伟大复兴”研讨会述评

在推进中华民族实现伟大复兴的历史进程中,中华体育精神表现出了独有的时代特质和时代价值。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,通过记录会议发言,对武汉体育学院期刊社主办的“中华体育精神与中华民族伟大复兴”研讨会的会议成果进行综述性研究。研究认为:中华体育精神不仅鼓舞和激励着体育健儿们为国争光,而且逐渐演化成为各行各业人们奋斗前行的精神力量。理论先行、问题导向、内涵凸显、样板鲜明、贡献独特是中华体育精神助力中华民族伟大复兴的时代特质,也是释读体育成为中华民族伟大复兴标志性事业内涵的重要时代依据和内容。通过稳步推进、有力阐释、可持续高质量发展、有序传接、完整推展等程式,能够全面展示中华体育精神助力中华民族伟大复兴的独特时代价值,凸显中华体育精神的时代力量,为中国走向体育强国擘画出宏伟蓝图。     

Superstar inventors—Towards a people-centric perspective on the geography of technological renewal in the multinational corporation

This paper develops a people-centric perspective on the geographical dispersion of technological renewal in the multinational corporation (MNC). We contend that a large proportion of all foreign technological advancements can be attributed to a handful of individual inventors, suggesting a blockbuster effect of subsidiary technological development. This suggests that analyses carried out at the subsidiary or firm level disguise significant yet largely unexplored variation in the technological contributions made by individual members of these foreign units. To support this proposition, the paper draws upon an original data set that comprises all of the advanced foreign subsidiaries of 21 Swedish MNCs between 1893 and 2008, and follows their patenting activity in order to document the distribution of inventive activity, both across and within individual subsidiaries. The findings at the subsidiary level show that the distribution of technological activity and contribution to the overall multinational group is significantly skewed; the paper then empirically explores the assumption that a similar distribution also applies at the level of individual inventors. The results point to a pattern whereby most inventors make only occasional and limited technological contributions and, instead, more significant numbers of new technological discoveries are attributable to a select group of exceptionally inventive individuals. In the light of the results, we suggest the fruitfulness of applying a people-centric perspective on the sources of sustained competitive advantage of the MNC, the management of geographically dispersed capabilities in the multinational network, and the geographical sources of technological renewal in the MNC.     

Breaking the routine: voluntary inter‐school transition and women teachers' self‐renewal

Teachers' career transitions and their positive as well as negative outcomes were left relatively untouched in the literature and research on education. In an effort to fill in gaps in knowledge, this paper reports the findings of a life story study that explored inter‐school transitions during the career cycle of mid‐career women teachers in Israel. The study aimed at understanding the process of voluntary IST and its association with the teachers' self‐renewal, as well as to unearth contextual and biographical determinants that facilitate this kind of connection in their career cycle. Based on life story interviews with eight primary and secondary teachers, the study provides insight into a positive consequence of the inter‐school transition among mid‐life teachers. In subsequence to the transition, the teachers reported having a sense of greater self‐esteem/image, feeling energy replenishing and enthusiasm and increasing inclination to launch changes and innovations, all of which are elements of the professional's self‐renewal process. Practical implications are suggested.     

课程改革呼唤教学理念的更新

基础教育课程改革中最重要的是观念的更新。要做到“知识本位”向“发展本位”转变;树立课程资源意识,由“教教科书”转向“用教科书教”;从“科学理性至上”转向科学、人文素养兼顾;由过于注重结论转向经历过程和记取结论同样重要。

本文研究具有随机红利支付的复合马尔可夫二项模型,当保险公司的资本盈余为非负时则以一定的概率支付1个单位的红利。对于此类离散时间更新风险过程,得到了条件Gerber-Shiu期望贴现惩罚函数所满足的瑕疵更新方程。     

陕西省不同阶层居民体育消费品更新周期的调查与分析

通过文献资料、逻辑推理、问卷调查和数理统计等研究方法对我省不同阶层体育消费品更新周期进行深入研究分析,以了解消费者需求,揭示体育消费发展趋势。研究结果表明:陕西省不同收入阶层居民在体育消费更新周期上存在显著性差异,随收入的增加,消费能力越强,消费周期越短;较低收入阶层居民体育消费会更多选择促销时间进行一些物美价廉的产品消费;中等收入阶层居民在周末或节假日消费较多;较高收入阶层居民会选择在周末进行更多的实物性和劳务性消费。
