利益整合与权力重构:后税费时代的乡村治理

当代中国乡村社会利益关系的嬗变和权力结构的变迁无疑成为乡村社会治理最为关键和核心的要素。进入后税费时代后,乡村社会利益关系的嬗变使国家在乡村社会的治理正经历从"控制逻辑"到"服务逻辑"的转变。然而,这样的转变一定程度上导致了"治理真空"、政策认同弱化以及利益表达和利益传输不畅等问题。从权力结构来看,无论是国家权力在乡村社会的进退,还是"积极"和"消极"的控制,客观上都难以有效克服内在的缺陷和不足。进入后税费时代的乡村治理,应通过有效提升国家权力的整合效度,推进国家与社会合作,进而确保乡村社会善治的最终实现。     

The role of attachment in the relationship between child maltreatment and later emotional and behavioral functioning

The experience of childhood maltreatment is an important predictor of unfavorable emotional and behavioral outcomes. Because little research examined explanatory variables in the relationship between childhood maltreatment experiences and later outcomes, this study examined the role that attachment serves in this relationship. Four hundred twenty-four participants completed questionnaires assessing the variables of interest for this study. Results indicated that both childhood maltreatment experiences (particularly emotional abuse) and attachment (particularly to mothers and peers) are significant predictors of later emotional and behavioral outcomes. Further, attachment contributed unique and significant variance to the relationship between childhood maltreatment experiences and later outcomes. Such findings suggested that secure attachment may serve as a protective factor against maladaptive emotional and behavioral outcomes as children reach emerging adulthood, even in the context of childhood maltreatment experiences. The importance of studying the relationships among these variables is discussed.     

The private problem with public service: rural teachers in educational markets

Staffing rural and remote schools is an important policy issue for the public good. This paper examines the private issues it also poses for teachers with families working in these communities, as they seek to reconcile careers with educational choices for children. The paper first considers historical responses to staffing rural and remote schools in Australia, and the emergence of neoliberal policy encouraging marketisation of the education sector. We report on interviews about considerations motivating household mobility with 11 teachers across regional, rural and remote communities in Queensland. Like other middle-class parents, these teachers prioritised their children's educational opportunities over career opportunities. The analysis demonstrates how teachers in rural and remote communities constitute a special group of educational consumers with insider knowledge and unique dilemmas around school choice. Their heightened anxieties around school choice under neoliberal policy are shown to contribute to the public issue of staffing rural and remote schools.     

论大学生社会主义核心价值观教育的问题与对策

高校对大学生推进社会主义核心价值观教育有利于引导大学生树立正确的价值观念。然而,现阶段高校在推进大学生社会主义核心价值观教育的过程中,却遭遇多种问题与挑战。高校需要直面大学生社会主义核心价值观教育存在的问题,积极探索有利于大学生社会主义核心价值观教育发展的对策,以提升大学生社会主义核心价值观教育的实效性。

Cumulative childhood trauma and psychological maladjustment of sexually abused children in Korea: Mediating effects of emotion regulation

The purpose of the present study was to identify the mediating effects of emotion regulation on the association between cumulative childhood trauma and behavior problems in sexually abused children in Korea, using structural equation modeling (SEM). Data were collected on 171 children (ages 6–13 years) referred to a public counseling center for sexual abuse in Seoul, Korea. Cumulative childhood traumas were defined on the basis of number of traumas (physical abuse, witnessing domestic violence, neglect, traumatic separation from parent, and sexual abuse) and the severity and duration of traumas. Children were evaluated by their parents on emotion regulation using the Emotion Regulation Checklist and internalizing and externalizing behavior problems using the Korean-Child Behavior Checklist. SEM analyses confirmed the complete mediation model, in which emotion dysregulation fully mediates the relationship between cumulative childhood traumas and internalizing/externalizing behavior problems. These findings indicate that emotion regulation is an important mechanism that can explain the negative effects of cumulative childhood traumas and that there is a need to focus on emotion regulation in sexually abused children exposed to cumulative trauma.     

农村基础教育应适当体现农村特色

农村学生身心的全面发展和社会的发展都需要农村基础教育适当培养学生具有与农村相关的基本素养,同时适当开发、利用农村得天独厚的教育资源,也有助于学生各方面素养发展。因此,农村基础教育应该在政府有关部门和其他方面力量的支持之下,通过自身积极的、创造性的工作,适当地、有效地开发利用农村的教育资源,从而有效地促进学生身心的全面发展,促进其与农村相关的基本素养的养成,使农村基础教育的改革与发展既符合教育改革与发展的一般要求,又在其培养目标、教育内容与教育方式等方面适当地体现农村的特色。     

高师英语微格教学存在的问题及对策

微格教学作为一种新型的教学方法有着自己独特的优势,但也有不足之处,本文试分析其优势及不足并力图找到解决些问题的方法。     

政策扶持背景下我国人口较少民族地区发展现状及对策研究——以云南省保山市人口较少民族地区经济社会发展为例

自2005年,国家制定《扶持人口较少民族发展规划（2005~2010年）》后,各省均制定了相应的扶持规划并积极实施,当前,在对我国的人口较少民族地区进行下一个五年计划的时间点上,我们有必要对过去的扶持工作进行总结,查找问题,思考对策,谋求取得新的扶持工作的突破。以云南省保山市为例,在政策扶持背景下对我国人口较少民族地区经济社会发展中出现的问题进行思考,具有现实意义。     

论发展中小企业对缩减收入分配差距的作用

金融危机对于我国成长中的中小企业尤为严峻.但正如温家宝总理所指出的,中小企业的发展在国民经济中具有举足轻重的作用--能够扩大就业、增加财政税收、提高国民收入.发展中小企业能够带动经济增长,夯实经济增长与收入分配良性互动所需的物质基础,从而缩小收入分配差距,推进社会和谐.
