道家与现代科学思维方式发展之间的关系，值得认真探讨和深入挖掘。从思想方法和思维方式的相互比较来看，道家与现代科学家在整体观即世界的统一性与互补性和直觉思维即如何激发创造力和想像力这两个方面更具有可比性与内在的一致性。

本文从三方面讨论了科学家的科普责任：其一,考察科学发展历程,指出科普与科学家结伴而生,共生共长,是历史赋予科学家的任务;其二,分析科学活动两大内容科学创新与科学普及的关系,指出科学家既要坚守科学创新这一立家之本,又不能忘记科学普及这一发家之路;其三,体察现代科学技术发展新情况,指出在大科学时代,投身科普事业科学家责无旁贷.     

From science teacher to ‘teacher scientist’: exploring the experiences of research-active science teachers in the UK

We explore the professional identities of UK-based secondary science teachers who actively participated in science research for at least six months. The study uses thematic analysis to analyse semi-structured interviews with 17 participants across England and Scotland, from a variety of educational/socio-economic contexts. We found that through participation in research projects, teachers develop a multi-faceted sense of professional identity that includes the roles of teacher, scientist/researcher, mentor and coach. Teachers who are research-active develop complex professional networks that have a positive impact upon their sense of professional worth and self-belief. Through participation in research, teachers identified as both science teachers and scientists and this has been encapsulated in this research as a transition in professional identity to ‘teacher scientist’. The key enabling factor in identification as a ‘teacher scientist’ is a teacher’s positive interaction with scientists/researchers. Teachers are motivated to participate in research projects in response to the enthusiasm of their students and a desire for students to contribute to research that could provide solutions to real-world challenges. This understanding of the capacity of science teachers to become ‘teacher scientists’, and recognising teachers' altruistic motivations, could contribute to teacher retention and recruitment strategies that are less focused on financial incentives.

本文以定量统计方法研究了近现代西方哲学对西方科学的先导性影响 ,发现科学家高峰期与哲学家高峰期的转移具有前后一致性。以同样的方法考察了近现代中国科学家高峰期与哲学家高峰期之间的关系 ,却没有发现与西方国家同样的结果 ,揭示了科学与哲学的关系在不同地区不同时期的表现形式并不相同

GLOBE—The Science Behind Launching an International Environmental Education Program

Global Learning and Observations to Benefit the Environment (GLOBE) is an international science and environmental education program that enables school children to learn about the environment by taking scientific measurements of their natural surroundings and sharing their data with scientists via the Internet. By carefully following protocols and using approved measurement devices, students around the world are developing an archive of standardized data that can also be used in professional research. GLOBE is divided into several separate investigations, each focused on a different aspect of the environment. They include land cover, soil, hydrology, phenology, haze, and the atmosphere. Each investigation has a team of scientists who have worked with students and teachers to develop detailed protocols for the students to collect data. In addition, the scientists are exploring ways of using that data in their own research. This article is mostly about the work of GLOBE scientists—but also some students and teachers—in the first 5 years of the program. It is intended to provide an overview of the scientists' efforts to develop a meaningful learning experience around gathering environmental data for research.     

科学家应该为科学的误用、滥用或恶用承担责任吗？

本文在界定科学的误用、滥用、恶用概念以及科学家为之应该担责和不该担责两种对立观点及其理由的基础上,认为不应该迫使科学家为（他人对）科学的不良使用承担直接责任,但是科学家在科学研究中必须要有责任意识,要有自律精神,必须有所作为。科学共同体则要以高度的社会责任感和自觉性,或采取必要的预防措施,或制定相关的条令,对科学研究加以规范或约束。最后就解决科学的误用、滥用、恶用之道进行了讨论。     

Student Scientist Partnerships: Shrewd Maneuvers

It is the very strangeness of nature that makes science engrossing, that keeps bright people at it, and that ought to be at the center of science teaching. I believe that the worst thing that has happened to science education is that the great fun has gone out of it—Very few see science as the high adventure it really is, the wildest of all explorations ever taken by human beings, the chance to catch close views of things never seen before, the shrewdest maneuver for discovering how the world works. (Thomas, 1981)
