身体的狂欢与心灵的追索--郭良蕙《心锁》中女性悲剧的探究

郭良蕙的《心锁》是20世纪60年代台湾文坛上争议极大的一部小说。作者从女性婚恋题材出发,大胆书写女性的情感欲望,直面特殊时代下女性的婚恋困境。大写的性是郭良蕙的独特之处,也是她颇受攻击之处。但透过性的描写,我们看到的是时代的风云变幻、社会风气的急剧变化,以及女性的真实心理和情感困境。在接近通俗的题材中,作家表达了身为女性的控诉和追问,有着严肃而深挚的精神内核。     

Effect of epidermal growth factor on follicle-stimulating hormone-induced proliferation of granulosa cells from chicken prehierarchical follicles

The development of ovarian follicular cells is controlled by multiple circulating and local hormones and factors, including follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and epidermal growth factor (EGF). In this study, the stage-specific effect of EGF on FSH-induced proliferation of granulosa cells was evaluated in the ovarian follicles of egg-laying chickens. Results showed that EGF and its receptor (EGFR) mRNAs displayed a high expression in granulosa cells from the prehierarchical follicles, including the large white follicle (LWF) and small yellow follicle (SYF), and thereafter the expression decreased markedly to the stage of the largest preovulatory follicle. SYF represents a turning point of EGF/EGFR mRNA expression during follicle selection. Subsequently the granulosa cells from SYF were cultured to reveal the mediation of EGF in FSH action. Cell proliferation was remarkably increased by treatment with either EGF or FSH (0.1–100 ng/ml). This result was confirmed by elevated proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) expression and decreased cell apoptosis. Furthermore, EGF-induced cell proliferation was accompanied by increased mRNA expressions of EGFR, FSH receptor, and the cell cycle-regulating genes (cyclins D1 and E1, cyclin-dependent kinases 2 and 6) as well as decreased expression of luteinizing hormone receptor mRNA. However, the EGF or FSH-elicited effect was reversed by simultaneous treatment with an EGFR inhibitor AG1478. In conclusion, EGF and EGFR expressions manifested stage-specific changes during follicular development and EGF mediated FSH-induced cell proliferation and retarded cell differentiation in the prehierarchical follicles. These expressions thus stimulated follicular growth before selection in the egg-laying chicken.     

Students selling sex: marketisation,higher education and consumption

Robust academic research on the topic of students involved in the sex industry is in its infancy, yet the relationship appears consistent and permanent. This paper draws on findings from the largest study into the stripping industry in the United Kingdom to explore the relationships between students, sex work and consumption. To make sense of the relationship between students and participation in the sex industry, a deeper understanding of other social and cultural processes is needed. In this discussion we argue that the following points are relevant and interlinked: changes to the nature of sexual commerce and sexual consumption as they become part of the marketplace; changes in social attitudes and the rise of ‘respectability’ in sexual commerce; the ‘pleasure dynamic’ amongst students; and changes in the higher education structure that place students as consumers as well as financially fragile. We set out a future research agenda given that this relationship is set to grow as the individual bares the cost of higher education.     

Queering Constructs: Proposing a Dynamic Gender and Sexuality Model

Abstract

Higher education educators commonly understand social identities, including gender, to be fluid and dynamic. Lev's (2004) model of four components of sexual identity is commonly used to demonstrate the fluidity of sex, gender, and sexuality for individuals, but it does little to address the fixedness of those constructs. Through a multipronged intersectional framework and by centering trans* -students, this article proposes a more dynamic model for gender and sexuality.     

Use of sexuality-focused entertainment media in sex education

The literature on the impact of entertainment media on sex education is typically pathology-focused, unclear regarding the effects of such usage, and void of dialogue between those who actually work in the areas of sexuality education and entertainment. To address this gap, this paper is the product of joint authorship between media figures from varied sexually-focused programming fields and academics who teach and conduct research in the areas of sexuality and relational health. The authors focus on the role that various forms of entertainment media play in educating members of the public and college classrooms in the areas of sex and sexuality. Additionally, examples of the inclusion of entertainment media in educational contexts are discussed.     

Using sexually explicit material in a therapeutic context

For most of us, sex is a subjective, lived experience that is as unique as our genetic make-up, our upbringing, our thoughts, values, feelings, beliefs and ideas. It is through our erotic interactions, or the absence thereof, that we form aspects of our fluid and mutable erotic paths and identities. Despite the proliferation of sexual imagery throughout our culture, many of us still struggle with what sex means to us, what we do, how we experience it and what that says about who we are as people. Some who struggle with this may seek the services of a psychosexual sex therapist. This paper aims to explain how such services function, why they are necessary and how the use of sexually explicit material, in some psychosexual therapeutic contexts, can help unravel the mixed responses we have to sex and our social conditioning, and enhance our overall relationship to eroticism, pleasure and general well-being.     

调节激素刺激对超负荷运动致骨骼坏死的治疗作用

目的:探讨超负荷运动骨折致骨骼坏死患者的临床特点及调节激素生长刺激治疗方案。方法:分析2013年9月~2014年1月收治31例超负荷运动骨折致骨骼坏死患者的临床资料,总结超负荷运动骨折致骨骼坏死患者的临床特点及调节激素生长刺激治疗方案。结果:31例患者骨骼坏死后早期表现为骨骼受伤部位不适、神经疼痛等,逐渐出现意识变差、神经系统压迫性受损的表现,予早期骨骼固定、骨骼按摩、骨骼触感恢复及骨骼神经恢复等治疗,通过激素生长刺激作用,调节激素对于人体的刺激,使得坏死骨骼生长,31例患者住院1~40 d,11例好转,13例骨骼坏死部分恢复,2例骨骼坏死全部恢复。结论:超负荷运动骨折致骨骼坏死有很强的破坏性,临床表现为骨骼和相关神经衰竭,恢复率低,目前暂无特效调节激素生长刺激治疗方案,及早采取积极的治疗措施:如早期多次骨骼触感恢复或加骨骼神经恢复、大剂量激素的应用对骨骼坏死的救治和改善有重大作用。     

高校质量管理中学生参与的约束机制

学生参与高校质量管理的约束机制主要由五个部分构成：制度约束、道德约束、权力约束、责任约束和自我约束;同时,它们各个部分都相应存在着一些不可忽视的问题,针对此,想要构建一个合理、有效的约束机制,需要把制度约束与道德约束相结合,权力约束与责任约束相结合和外在约束与自我约束相结合。     

高职院校教师评价体系研究——以教师专业技能发展为导向

目前,高职院校人才培养质量不高,亟需提高教师素质,促进教师专业技能的不断提升。教师评价机制对教师专业技能的提升有重要作用,不合理的教师考核评价制度已经阻碍了教师队伍建设。分析高职教师专业技能与教师评价的关系,以促进教师专业技能提升为导向,通过确定多元化评价主体、选择高职教育特色评价内容、健全教师评价监督约束机制、运用多样化评价形式及手段、建立高职院校教师分类考核评价体系。     

对女子举重运动员血清生长激素、胰岛素样生长因子和骨密度值的研究

为了了解生长激素和胰岛素样生长因子-1等对骨密度值的影响，采用放免法、定量超生法，对高水平女子举重运动员跟骨骨密度值、血清生长激素、胰岛素样生长因子-1、睾酮、雌二醇等进行了研究。结论：运动组跟骨骨密度值与运动员机能状况有关，跟骨骨密度值受血清生长激素的影响可能更为显著。提示，血清生长激素和跟骨骨密度值一定程度上可能反映运动员机能状况。
