Data Mining for Web Site Evaluation

Abstract

This paper evaluates the actual use of a course Website by graduate social work students. The study utilized data mining techniques to discover meaningful trends by using the data from server logs. The course Website was accessed 24,730 times by all 49 graduate students during a semester. The students utilized the course Website 23 hours a day, 7 days a week, day and night, evening hours, and weekends. The most popular area was the course documents area and the least popular was the student area. Study findings have implications for distance learning in higher education.     

一种基于行为的XSS客户端防范方法

跨站脚本(XSS)漏洞是Web安全的最大威胁之一.目前XSS防范方法主要为在服务端对用户输入进行过滤.这种方法漏报率较高,且不能及时保护互联网用户.通过对XSS攻击行为,尤其是XSS蠕虫的传播行为进行深入分析,设计并实现了一套新的基于行为的客户端XSS防范方案StopXSS.通过实验及与现有常用客户端XSS防范方案比较,证明其具有对XSS攻击,甚至对0-Day XSS蠕虫的防范能力.

对SFPSZ9－150000／220特大型变压器线圈现场施压进行了探讨性的试验，提供了一些可行性的计算方法，分析了试验结果并提出了存在问题与一些合理建议。     

广州市体育场地设施建设现状与对策研究

采用文献、调查和比较等方法,对广州市体育场地设施现状进行了分析,阐述了场地设施在群众体育发展中的重要地位以及场地设施改善对"创建与现代化中心城市相适应的体育强市"的促进作用,旨在为广州市体育场地设施建设提供理论和实践指导。结论:现阶段广州市人均体育场地面积偏少、学校体育场地设施开放程度较低等仍然是制约广州市民参与体育活动的"瓶颈"。建议从体育场地设施建设与管理的法治化,从投入的多元化,从公共体育设施向社会开放等方面加大工作力度,以推进广州市体育场地设施的建设。     

国家目标引导下的大科学装置建设——以上海同步辐射光源为例

为了提高《英语口译》课的教学效率,有必要建设《英语口译》网站。文章以建构主义学习理论为网站设计的理论基础,以建构主义的创设情境、提出问题、搭建桥梁、组织协作、展示成果和反思过程六大基本要素为指导原则,阐述和分析了《英语口译》网站设计的框架和内容。     

Identification of the activity source of CO2 electroreduction by strategic catalytic site distribution in stable supramolecular structure system

Identification of the real catalytic site in CO₂ reduction reaction (CO₂RR) is critical for the rational design of catalysts and the understanding of reactive mechanisms. In this study, the catalytic activity of pyridine-containing materials was for the first time structurally demonstrated in CO₂RR by crystalline supramolecular coordination compounds model system. The system consists of three stable supramolecular coordination compounds (Ni-TPYP, Ni-TPYP-1 and Ni-TPP) with different numbers (4, 2 and 0) of active pyridine groups (i.e. uncoordinated pyridine nitrogen atoms). The electrocatalytic test results show that with the decrease of the number of active pyridine groups, the CO₂RR performance is gradually reduced, mainly showing the reduction of highest FE_CO (99.8%, 83.7% and 25.6%, respectively). The crystallographic, experimental and theoretical evidences prove that the CO₂RR activity is more likely derived from uncoordinated pyridine nitrogen than the electrocatalytic inert metal nickel in porphyrin center. This work serves as an important case study for the identification of electrocatalytic activity of pyridine-containing materials in CO₂RR by simple supramolecular model system.     

Splicing-site recognition of rice (Oryza sativa L.)DNA sequences by support vector machines

Motivation: It was found that high accuracy splicing-site recognition of rice (Oryza sativa L.) DNA sequence is especially difficult. We described a new method for the splicing-site recognition of rice DNA sequences. Method: Based on the intron in eukaryotic organisms conforming to the principle of GT-AG, we used support vector machines (SVM) to predict the splicing sites. By machine learning, we built a model and used it to test the effect of the test data set of true and pseudo splicing sites. Results: The prediction accuracy we obtained was 87.53% at the true 5' end splicing site and 87.37% at the true 3' end splicing sites. The results suggested that the SVM approach could achieve higher accuracy than the previous approaches.
