英国“湖畔派诗人”一方面钟情于英格兰的湖光山色,迷恋本土民风民俗;另一方面他们在诗歌创作中也追求异国情调,试图从东方异域发现一个更为广阔的想象空间.在异域东方诗人可以放飞想象,探索诗歌奥秘、人生意义.就某种程度而言,异国情调的想象性特征满足了诗人扩张想象力的需要.     

音乐欣赏课应注重艺术想象力的培养

＂儿童画＂是孩子的一种特殊语言,是他们表达情感的一种方式。在绘画教学中我们应该以幼儿为主体,关注孩子的情感和感受,并调动幼儿多种感官,通过看、听、想、画、说等方式,丰富幼儿的想象力和创造力,让孩子主观能动地用画笔淋漓尽致地表达自己的感情。     

Imaginative interaction with Internet games. For children and teachers

This article explores children's imaginative interaction with Internet games in the belief that an understanding of children's life experiences is essential to effective teaching and learning within the classroom. It is underpinned by the idea that imaginative play is, at least in some part, the work of children undertaking identity practice. It focuses on a small group case study of 8‐ and 9‐year‐old children, from diverse cultural backgrounds, who were regular players on free‐access commercial Internet games. As children frequently perform imaginative narrative play both privately and in groups triggered from experiences with novels, films and television, the research initially focused on whether similar activities resulted from experiences with commercially sponsored free Internet game sites. If so, to what extent might these texts also influence children's creative output? To explore this, the children attended a weekly after‐school computer club during which they played on Internet games. During the course of the club sessions, each child was observed and interviewed about the experiences they had resulting from the gameplay. Through consideration of the children's play and opinions, the teacher researcher developed valuable insights into her students and their worlds to the benefit of her practice.

肖向明博士的《“幻魅”的现代想象——鬼文化与中国现代作家研究》是探寻传统文化与作家关系领域中一部富于创见的新作。从史料中发掘新的材料,在中外文化互动中以对个案的考察而透视时代语境的力度,文化理论与文学实践相互凸显的方式,使得该著对这一领域的研究形成了有效的弥补。同时,作者在对鬼文化的现代性考察过程中,贯之以文化转型和整合的宏大视野,对传统文化的继承和当代文化命运的发展也同样具有启示意义。     

“真实公众”的培育路径——对《社会学的想象力》的再解读

《社会学的想象力》承袭经典社会学的自由和理性价值,并提出具备社会学想象力的社会科学家是恢复理性传统和构建民主社会的主要承载者。但社会科学家与理性传统乃至民主社会之间的联结点何在这一问题尚没有得到国内研究者的注意。在米尔斯的构想中,社会科学家的政治责任在于培育真实公众,使之成为社会的主流群体,进而成为民主社会的基石。关于"公众"是否存在以及如何培育这一问题上,米尔斯的观点与李普曼和杜威的立场存在差异。     

"The Council," Artist Adelita Husni-Bey and Young Adults Envision the Future Museum

Artmaking, when used as a form of pedagogy and approached in a socially-conscious manner, has the potential to promote agency and create a democratic learning environment for students. This study examines one such project, "The Council," created by artist Adelita Husni-Bey in collaboration with former Teen Program attendees of the Museum of Modern Art. The Council is a collection of large-scale photographs created from a series of workshops in which 13 young adults imagined themselves reshaping the museum's societal role after a major global crisis. The final photographs were exhibited in the museum's main galleries, representing a participatory, socially-engaged artwork produced from a pedagogical process. While there is a prevalence of these types of pedagogy-based artworks, contemporary art literature tends to focus mainly on the artist, disregarding the participants. Therefore, from the stance of an art educator, I examined the learning experiences of the participants as well as the pedagogical framework of the artist. The reviews from the participants were overwhelmingly positive, with many noting a significant increase in their confidence and a greater sense of agency. A liberating experience of collaboration was also stated as a common experience. These outcomes were attributed to the artist's innovative use of multimodal learning and effective facilitation grounded in Francesc Ferrer's philosophy of anarcho-collectivism and integral education, as well as critical pedagogy. This study suggests that creative methodologies can significantly enhance intrinsically motivated learning and emphasises the importance of nurturing the next generation as they envision a more equitable and just society.
