统一的环境法精神探微

传统的环境法是由自然资源 (包括能源 )法、污染防治法、自然保护法三个不同的法域组成的部门法 ,三个法域各自着眼点并不相同 ,以至于难以形成环境保护的合力。资源保护、污染防治以及自然保护对公益衡平的价值追求和对环境保全的共同目标追求使得现代环境法形成统一的精神成为可能。这种精神应是 :在考虑到环境承载力的前提下 ,实现人类的可持续发展。     

阶级阶层利益整合与和谐社会构建——中国农民阶级阶层分化研究

在一个社会里,只要存在阶级,就会存在阶级矛盾,它表现为利益双方的相互对立和依存.利益对立导致双方矛盾不可调和,便发生社会冲突,从而造成巨大的社会动荡;而利益依存凸显了矛盾双方合作的必要,双方可在一定的社会条件下以自己合法的方式获取自己的利益,双方相伴相生,相互依存,这就是阶级整合. 因此,阶级整合的关键就是要找到对立的边线--矛盾双方共同一致的利益,并随双方力量的消长而不断调整政策以适应边线的移动,这个边线就是构建和谐社会的基点.     

浅析法与利益

法与利益作为法理学中的一个重要命题而倍受关注。当法律作为一种上层建筑作用于社会的整个结构时，最为直观的反映是对利益的平衡作用，并在此过程中对利益加以权衡。当然，社会中利益的协调仅仅借助法律的平衡是难以实现的，同时也需要法律的保障功能的发挥。     

从课堂教学浅谈小学生英语学习兴趣的培养

21世纪信息化和多元化的社会使人们认识到英语学习的重要性,许多国家已经把英语教学作为基础教育阶段公民素质的重要组成部分。2001年初,教育部决定从2001年秋季开始在全国范围内积极推进在小学阶段开设英语课程。“兴趣是最好的老师”,小学英语教学重在培养小学生英语学习兴趣。在课堂教学中,教学内容的选取要体现其趣味性,教学方法要体现其直观性和多样性,教学形式要省时有效,教学评价要有利于小学生英语学习兴趣的形成。     

中国高等教育地域结构实证分析

高等教育大众化发展的过程中,我国的高等教育发展是不均衡的,这对未来的发展十分有害。在高等教育大众化实现之后,应该从高等教育毛入学率入手,探讨我国的高等教育发展不均衡的走向,按照规律进行调整,完成我国高等教育大众化由"量变"到"质变"的转化。借助模型生命表完成对未来十五年全国分地区高等教育适龄(18岁至22岁)人口数的预测,以此来计算未来十五年全国分地区高等教育的毛入学率,分析中国高等教育大众化内部地域结构差异的趋势问题,以期找到对高等教育大众化发展的内部结构进行调整的方向。     

Motivational influences on school‐prompted interest

Some argue that the goal of education is to influence out‐of‐school learning activity, yet little research exists on how teachers can help students develop an interest in a topic and continue to pursue that interest outside of school. The current study tested classroom context variables from self‐determination theory (teachers’ autonomy support) and from achievement goal theory (teachers’ mastery goals) that may predict students’ school‐prompted interest above and beyond students’ mastery goals and self‐efficacy. Survey data were collected from 178 high school students in 15 mathematics classes. Hierarchical multiple regression revealed that students’ perceptions of a teacher who focuses on mastery goals account for little variance above and beyond students’ own motivation, whereas perceived teachers’ autonomy support emerged as a significant predictor. While the results are correlational and do not support causal claims, they suggest that teachers who support student autonomy might foster school‐prompted interest.     

A Case Study of Preschool Children’s Musical Interests at Home and at School

In the interaction between the child and the adult, interest can be a significant motivational initiator of activities. Systematic monitoring and development of the interest in music activities enables the teachers to influence the preschool children in forming a positive attitude towards the art of music. The research involving preschool teachers, children at the age of five to six and their parents, was conducted in order to determine the interest of preschool teachers and children in music activities. We found that the teachers showed greatest interest in singing songs, playing instruments and listening to music. The children’s favourite activities in kindergarten were movement to music (dancing), singing songs and playing on instruments, namely activities where they could take active part in the educational process. The parents reported that at home the children preferred most to listen to music, to sing songs and move to the sounds of music, and less to play on instruments and to be creative in music. The development of the children’s interest in music depends on the teachers’ expression of interest in music activities, on the choice of music activities and music contents and on the experience in the music environment of the family.

文章运用收支弹性分析法解释了汇率变动如何影响农产品进出口这一现象，分析了近几年我国农产品进出口现状及成因，并指明农产品贸易中容易存在的争端问题及应对措施。     

"七年战争"与美国独立战争的关系研究

“七年战争”后,英国出于转嫁财政压力的目的而向北美殖民地征税,危及了殖民地的经济利益和自由;同时,其他欧洲大国势力退出了北美,使殖民地没有了外部的威胁,他们敢于和母国对抗。在北美殖民地独立战争中,其他欧洲国家出于削弱英国以达到恢复欧洲“势力均衡”的目的,支持了殖民地的独立战争。“七年战争”对北美殖民地独立战争的爆发和胜利具有重要的促进作用。
