健身运动对不同年龄段中老年女性心血管功能的影响

以不同年龄段经常参加健身运动的中老年妇女为研究对象,在安静卧姿下顺序采集12个导联ECG。结果:ECG异常者占全部研究对象的26.98%。心律失常,ST-T改变,左室高电压的检出率分别为12.37%、7.51%、4.67%。结论:健身运动有助于抑制中老年妇女动脉硬化的发生、发展,延缓血管机能的衰老过程。

随着社会的发展,轨道交通建筑成为越来越多的建筑设计师关注研究的课题。城市的扩张,土地资源的稀缺共同提出城市轨道交通与建筑群必须立体化。轨道交通在解决交通问题的同时,轨道交通建筑也影响着城市建筑群的发展变化。合肥轨道交通三号线建筑群的建立为新站区周边城市建筑群带来较大影响,我们将从城市规划的角度,梳理轨道交通对城市规划和城市经济发展的影响。

Rational scale of urban rail transit network based on system dynamics

Optimization design and experimental research for space intelligent structurecapacity, high efficiency and low pollution. Estimating URT network scale is the key to ensure the scientificity and feasibility of its construction. The existing studies on rational scale of URT network have not dealt with the interaction of supply and demand. This paper describes the establishment of a system dynamics model of rational URT network scale determination, considering the interaction between URT construction and city social economic development as well as the dynamic equilibrium of capital supply and traffic demand, and the verification of the model validity by applying it to the case of Wuhan City’s URT construction.     

Naming beyond the white settler colonial gaze in educational research

In this article, I describe the ways educational research often calls us out our names, meaning that educational researchers often name communities not as they are but as the academy needs them to be along damaging logics of erasure and deficiency. I use Morrison’s concept of the White gaze, Tuck’s concepts of damage-centered and desire-based research, and other contemporary scholarship on settler colonialism, White supremacy, and education to offer ways of naming in educational research beyond the White settler gaze. Finally, I look to hashtag naming in current social movements (e.g. #BlackLivesMatter, #DearNativeYouth #NotYourModelMinority) to imagine educational research that understands the naming of the communities of our work as informed by movement speech, the sort of naming that can save lives and show us and others who we are and desire to be.     

大学生舞獅锦标赛北獅难度动作运用现状及影响因素研究

本文采用文献资料法、观察法、问卷调查法、数据统计法,对第十一届大学生舞龙舞獅锦标赛中北獅运动员竞赛难度动作完成情况进行分析,探寻影响北獅难度动作完成的因素,发现影响因素有心理因素、技术因素身体素质因素、比赛场地因素、比赛道具因素、天气因素、出场顺序。基于上述问题,本文尝试提出以下措施:在训练中提升难度动作的完成率、加强难度动作的编排合理性、注重心理训练、提前磨合方桌、服装、道具等,以及科学的训练方法。旨在为促进舞獅运动进一步发展提供有效借鉴和参考。     

现代教育技术在体育教学中的应用

伴随着社会的高速发展,现代教育技术已经有了质的飞跃,现代教育方式、教学思想与教学目标都受到了现代教育技术的影响。本文主要是采用文献资料法、调查法以及思维方法等对现代教育技术对体育教学中的应用进行研究。通过研究现代教育技术对体育教学的优势以及应用得出以下结论,体育教学的借助现代教学技术解决了体育教师边讲解边示范;解决了一些较为复杂技术动作的展示;解决了枯燥单一的传统体育教学模式等。因此,现代教育技术在体育教学中的应用值得体育教师尝试与研究。     

Rethinking the legacies of Bandung

By explaining the different trajectories that the “Bandung spirit” has taken since its inception in the mid-1950s, including various popular organizations that have not only been influenced by the Bandung conference but have taken the original ideas and actions into more progressive directions, it is argued in this article that the inclusion of the popular element is not only important to understand the history of the “Bandung spirit” but is also a necessary part of our thinking about the future of Bandung as a political project.
