媒体导向与大众情感--以民国时期的施剑翘复仇案为例

1935年11月,归隐军阀孙传芳在天津居士林被施剑翘枪杀。这场复仇奇案轰动了全国,引起媒体的广泛关注。众多媒体同情并塑造了施剑翘良好的形象,极大地引导了大众情感。在“法”与“情”的论争中,国民政府选择了民意所向的“情”的一面,施剑翘最终被特赦。“施剑翘案”是中国司法史上的大事,也是中国新闻史上的大事。该案表明近代媒体舆论力量的增强,也充分说明媒体导向容易左右大众情感。     

浅谈东西方不同企业形象模式

鉴于企业形象识别中的主要部分——企业识别要素和企业形象设计在实际CI过程中和起主要作用,在此,针对企业识别要素和设计来进行探讨,并论述了企业形象设计发展和东西方的不同的企业形象模式的认识问题。     

Relationships between anthropometric measures and athletic performance,with special reference to repeated-sprint ability,in the Qatar national soccer team

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine potential relationships between anthropometric parameters and athletic performance with special consideration to repeated-sprint ability (RSA). Sixteen players of the senior male Qatar national soccer team performed a series of anthropometric and physical tests including countermovement jumps without (CMJ) and with free arms (CMJwA), straight-line 20 m sprint, RSA (6 × 35 m with 10 s recovery) and incremental field test. Significant (P < 0.05) relationships occurred between muscle-to-bone ratio and both CMJs height (r ranging from 0.56 to 0.69) as well as with all RSA-related variables (r < –0.53 for sprinting times and r = 0.54 for maximal sprinting speed) with the exception of the sprint decrement score (S_dec). The sum of six skinfolds and adipose mass index were largely correlated with S_dec (r = 0.68, P < 0.01 and r = 0.55, P < 0.05, respectively) but not with total time (TT, r = 0.44 and 0.33, P > 0.05, respectively) or any standard athletic tests. Multiple regression analyses indicated that muscular cross-sectional area for mid-thigh, adipose index, straight-line 20 m time, maximal sprinting speed and CMJwA are the strongest predictors of S_dec (r² = 0.89) and TT (r² = 0.95) during our RSA test. In the Qatar national soccer team, players’ power-related qualities and RSA are associated with a high muscular profile and a low adiposity. This supports the relevance of explosive power for the soccer players and the larger importance of neuromuscular qualities determining the RSA.     

传媒风险传播的理论困境分析

从新闻传播的规律角度分析,传媒在传播风险时面临着理论困境,即新闻(预测性报道、新闻策划)事实的先发性这一新闻传播的普遍规律导致了传媒在传播风险时的必然"迟到",而风险的潜在性与新闻显著性之间的矛盾、传媒自身特性等问题必然会使传媒在风险社会中充当"报警"而不是"预警"的角色.     

局部文本特征选取算法的比较和改进研究

本文通过实验比较了互信息、χ2统计算法和优势率三种算法在用于局部文本特征选取时对文本分类性能的影响.实验结果显示,在应用于局部特征选择的情况下,文本特征选取算法仍然可以将特征空间的维度降低90%以上,而不降低文本分类的性能.同时,我们发现在应用于局部文本特征选取时,优势率算法的性能不如互信息和χ2统计算法.另外,对于K最近邻分类算法,随着K值的增大,文本分类的查准率在增加,而查全率在降低.最后,本文详细分析了造成这三种算法性能差异的原因,并提出了一种改进算法,来提高优势率算法应用于局部文本特征选取时的性能.     

A 155 Mbps laser diode driver with automatic power and extinction ratio control

An integrated laser diode driver(LDD) driving an edge-emitting laser diode was designed and fabricated by 0.35 μm BiCMOS technology. This paper proposes a scheme which combines the automatic power control loop and temperature com-pensation for modulation current in order to maintain constant extinction ratio and average optical power. To implement tem-perature compensation for modulation current,a novel circuit which generates a PTAT current by using the injecting base current of a bipolar transistor in saturation region,and alternates the amplifier feedback loop(closed or not) to control the state of the current path is presented. Simulation results showed that programmed by choice of external resistors,the IC can provide modu-lation current from 5 mA to 85 mA with temperature compensation adjustments and independent bias current from 4 mA to 100 mA. Optical test results showed that clear eye-diagrams can be obtained at 155 Mbps,with the output optical power being nearly constant,and the variation of extinction ratio being lower than 0.7 dB.

Estimation of financial loss ratio for E-insurance: a quantitative model

In view of the risk of E-commerce and the response of the insurance industry to it, this paper is aimed at one important point of insurance, that is, estimation of financial loss ratio, which is one of the most difficult problems facing the E-insurance industry. This paper proposes a quantitative analyzing model for estimating E-insurance financial loss ratio. The model is based on gross income per enterprise and CSI/FBI computer crime and security survey. The analysis results presented are reasonable and valuable for both insurer and the insured and thus can be accepted by both of them. What we must point out is that according to our assumption, the financial loss ratio varied very little, 0.233% in 1999 and 0.236% in 2000 although there was much variation in the main data of the CSI/FBI survey.     

废旧碱性锌锰电池粉末在盐酸中的溶解研究

放电后的碱性锌锰电池所含的锌主要以氧化锌的形式存在，锰的存在形式比较复杂，废旧电池中还含有铅、汞和镉等。通过探讨盐酸浓度、液固比、溶解时间、溶解温度等对溶解率的影响，得出了废旧碱性锌锰电池粉末在盐酸中溶解的适宜条件。适宜条件为：盐酸浓度3mol／L，液固比15（质量比），反应温度60℃，反应时间1h。剩余的不溶解部分以黑色粉末形式存在，这是电池中填充的碳粉与未完全溶解的电极材料的混合物。该研究对于将废旧碱性锌锰电池高收益再生利用具有重要意义。     

一种改进的基于信噪比的文本分类方法

改进了传统的信噪比文本分类方法。提出了一种改进的基于信噪比的文本分类方法。它考虑了禁用词的排除、近义词和同义词的合并以及特征项在文本中不同位置对文章分类的贡献不同。
