基于B/S模式的科技文献管理系统的策略和初步实现*

通过对国内外文献管理工具的现状与发展趋势进行分析, 并结合当前文献信息的网络化特征, 进行了文献管理系统基于B/S (浏览器/服务器) 模式下的策略研究, 并讨论了相关的实现技术。本文设计了一个基于B/S 模式的文献管理系统框架, 通过对用户的权限控制, 以及对不同类型的科技文献信息的管理、批量导入和导出, 使用户可以通过Internet 对文献信息进行有效的检索、维护、使用和共享, 并进行了初步的系统(Ref Manager) 开发和实现。

如何利用新技术来提高图书馆的服务水平一直是图书馆人思索的问题。RSS／ATOM是博客流行的技术基础，它的统一信息发布标准可以用来改善图书馆的服务手段，提高图书馆的服务水平，为图书馆带来了新的发展机会。本文首先分析了RSS／ATOM的基本原理，然后探讨了该技术在图书馆服务方面的应用，如信息发布、知识交流、营造交流空间等。     

The Ephemeral,the Essential and the Material in the Conservation of Contemporary Art: Decision-Making for the Conservation of a Work of Art Made with Butterfly Wings

This article presents the intervention process carried out on a work of art created by artist Yolanda Gutiérrez Acosta, using a series of ephemeral materials such as butterfly wings and agave thorns. The work, an installation from 2002, is entitled ‘Efímeras’ (‘Ephemera’) and consists of 12 flowers mounted on acetate sheets and attached to the same with vinyl acetate copolymers and acrylic acid esters (Mowilith®). These flowers are installed on the floor in a bed of dried flowers. The conservation of contemporary art can lead to some previously unimaginable problems for restorers. Current works of art are somewhat material in nature, but they also have a conceptual dimension that is essential for their artistic interpretation. The artist’s participation in the decision-making process prior to the restoration was quite useful. The passage of time, its effect on the work, and the need to understand the possibility of the demise and destruction of the work were implicit as of the onset of its creation, such that, according to the artist, we are forced to reflect upon the possibilities of its future state.     

Spaces of emergent memory: Detroit’s 8 Mile wall and public memories of civil rights injustice

This article introduces emergent memory, a conceptual extension to rhetorics of public memory, to describe memory’s genesis in sites built without commemorative commitments. Examining Detroit’s “8 Mile Wall,” a site built to reinforce segregated housing, this project argues the rhetorical tenets of emergent memory present in this space. As a relic of segregated history, the wall symbolically recalls the city’s controversial past, but has recently been the subject of a local mural project to redefine the wall’s purpose. Some consider this a step toward reclamation, as it visually repositions the disturbing remnant. For others, the murals simply cannot overwrite troubling memories of the city’s discriminatory history. This essay uses emergent memory to describe how the wall’s complicated mnemonic legacy simultaneously harkens to a difficult history and how the mural additions use that same legacy to convey an optimistic future for Detroit and those marked by this urban space.     

我国城市外来人口社会保障问题研究

研究我国城市外来人口现行的社会保障问题。方法:采用随机抽样中的非概率抽样对北京等14个城市的7000名外来人口的年龄结构、文化程度、职业特征、收入状况和参与社会保险的状况进行问卷调查和统计,用SPSS软件进行相关性分析。结果:我国城市外来人口以青壮年为主,从业范围集中在制造、建筑等行业;外来人口养老、医疗、工伤、失业、女职工生育保险的参保率分别为13.3%、28.5%、31.1%、8.8%、0%。结论:我国城市外来人口各类保险的购买率普遍偏低;参保率与社会保险制度、企业因素、收入水平和外来人口自身等因素之间具有显著的相关性(P<0.01)。

Press Credentials and Hybrid Boundary Zones: The Case of WorldNetDaily and the Standing Committee of Correspondents

ABSTRACT

Press credentialing practices are a vital, yet understudied site of scholarly research on journalistic norms and practices. Press credentialing not only structures internal professional hierarchies, but they also signify the boundaries of the journalistic field itself. This paper explores the legal and theoretical implications of press credentialing to cover the United States Congress, drawing on the concepts of boundary work and journalistic authority to demonstrate the material impact of the space between fields on professional legitimation in journalism. Using WorldNetDaily (WND) as a case study, I argue that the Standing Committee of Correspondents (SCC) occupies a hybrid boundary zone between the journalistic and political fields, generating a unique tension in First Amendment jurisprudence that places journalists in a paradoxical role as both the professional embodiments of free speech and its constitutional steward. The resulting jurisdictional conflict between the SCC and WND extends the relational model of journalistic authority by articulating how journalist-state relations can fundamentally augment the process of legitimation at its fuzzy boundaries. The relevance and implications for press credentialing practices in the digital age are discussed.     

城市化视角下的城市社区治理创新研究——以合肥市为例

近年来,随着城市化的加快推进,城市规模越来越大,这给城市治理提出了极大的挑战. 社区是城市的细胞,城市社区治理的好坏直接影响城市的形象和发展. 文章通过对合肥市城市社区治理进行深入调研,了解社会转型期城市社区治理存在的问题,分析其原因,探索新的解决方案和举措,以期进一步完善当前的城市社区治理存在的不足之处.     

Mapping migrant vernacular discourses: Mestiza consciousness,nomad thought,and Latina/o/x migrant movement politics in the United States

ABSTRACT

This essay reads the Latina/o/x migrant vernacular discourses that emerge out of pro-migrant activism. Anzaldúa’s notion of mestizaje – a logic of border consciousness – is put into conversation with Deleuze’s notion of nomad thought – a logic of movement – to inform a rhetorical strategy for reading the vernacular archive of social movement discourse. The “No Papers, No Fear” is one such social movement that demonstrate the logic of mestizaje/nomadism in their communication strategies. This study illuminates three tensions that define the ways Latina/o/x migrants in the US navigate the spaces of citizenship: tensions between movement/stasis, migrant identity/national identity, and fear/safety.
