Which notion of implication is the right one? From logical considerations to a didactic perspective

Implication is at the very heart of mathematical reasoning. As many authors have shown, pupils and students experience serious difficulties in using it in a suitable manner. In this paper, we support the thesis that these difficulties are closely related with the complexity of this notion. In order to study this complexity,we refer to Tarski's semantic truth theory,which contributes to clarifying the different aspects of implication: propositional connective, logically valid conditional, generalized conditional,inference rules. We will show that for this purpose, it is necessary to extend the classical definition of implication as a relation between propositions to a relation between open sentences with at least one free variable. This permits to become aware of the fact that, in some cases, the truth-value of a given mathematical statement is not constrained by the situation, contrary to the common standpoint that, in mathematics, a statement is either true or false. In the present paper, the didactic relevance of this theoretical stance will be illustrated by an analysis of two problematic situations and the presentation of some experimental results from our research on first-year university students' understanding of implication. [目的/意义]微信已经成为国内网民获取信息、分享信息、娱乐消费、社会交往的主要渠道，众多企业和个人借助微信公众号开展微信营销、品牌塑造、产品推广销售等活动，用户行为在微信信息质量等因素的影响下呈现多样化特点。[方法/过程]论文以微信公众号信息质量和用户行为作为研究对象，对相关研究进行回顾，并通过获取微信公众号用户行为数据，采用深度访谈及结构方程模型等方法，提出信息质量对用户互动行为影响的理论假设并进行验证。[结果/结论]发现信息质量指标中权威性、原创性、丰富性、适量性、时效性、适用性、趣味性、经济性对用户互动行为具有显著的正向影响，微信公众号的信息质量是决定用户互动行为的主要因素。[启示/发现]本文将微信公众号后台的用户行为数据分析纳入研究范围，探究行为背后信息质量的差异性及原因所在，为社交媒体信息质量与用户行为研究提供了新的研究视角；研究提高微信公众号信息质量的策略方法，对利益相关方均有较强的参考价值和实践意义。     

用户认知观视野中的情报检索

回溯了情报检索的历程及研究的重点线路，分析了传统的情报检索及情报检索系统存在的一些难题。针对这些问题，指出了应从用户认知观角度来探索情报检索研究，说明了用户认知观的研究对情报检索理论带来的影响，并从用户认知观的角度对情报检索系统的开发提出了一些设想。

网络健康信息精准服务模式研究

[目的/意义]为了满足网络用户日益增长的健康信息需求，本文旨在对网络健康信息精准服务模式进行研究，为我国健康信息服务发展提供参考。[方法/过程]本文在分析现有的网络健康信息服务模式的基础上，综合考虑了健康信息资源和用户需求两个方面的因素，构建了网络健康信息精准服务模式，并提出了精准信息服务：个性化定制服务、信息推送服务、个性化互动式服务。[结果/结论]网络健康精准信息服务在开展过程中还存在着许多问题，发展需要全社会的支持和配合。
