新型软件人才培养模式的研究与实践

新的环境和市场要求,促使企业对软件人才的需求也有了新的变化。随着中国软件企业的不断成熟,以及市场竞争的加剧,中国软件企业不再是仅仅需要程序员的软件作坊,软件人才培养模式改革是发展我国软件产业的迫切需要,创新是势在必行的。探讨了在虚拟企业环境下的软件开发人才培养模式,为软件人才的培养提供了有益的借鉴。     

信息技术类专业应用型人才职业能力培养模式探索

本文对大学生职业能力培养模式进行了实践探索,从培养目标、培养环节、培养机制等方面进行改革尝试,以“虚拟企业”集中训练模式改革为主要形式,并在网络工程、Dsp技术等模块予以实证研究,探索了一种将职业规划、职业素养、职业技能等诸多方面全面融合的新模式。     

虚拟企业构建在管理学教学中的应用——以“动感浴室”虚拟企业为例

培养具有管理意识、创新与实践能力的应用型人才已经成为高校管理学课程教学的一个重要任务。在管理学课程教学中以学生团队构建虚拟、仿真企业,可以使学生感知企业管理过程全貌,体会不同管理角色的要求,培养学生的管理意识,提高学生的管理能力。本文以"动感浴室"虚拟企业为例,介绍了虚拟企业运作的全过程。     

虚拟化企业网络能力的概念、影响因素与机制

组织虚拟化进程中,虚拟企业是虚拟化企业获取异质资源的平台,而网络能力是企业将自身优势资源与外部异质资源转化为虚拟化企业持续竞争优势的重要源泉。本文以虚拟企业理论和网络能力理论为基础,界定虚拟化企业及其网络能力的概念,从动态能力的视角提取并分析虚拟化企业网络能力的影响因素,以此为基础,探讨虚拟化企业网络能力的形成机制与提升策略。最后通过案例研究对本文观点加以验证。     

基于本体的虚拟企业知识访问控制模型——以汽车企业为例

有效、安全的知识共享是虚拟企业成功的关键因素之一。论文首先评述国内外学者专家的该领域研究,然后分析用户访问虚拟企业知识权限的主要影响因素：角色、任务和产品。根据上述3个因素构建了组织、活动和产品本体及内部逻辑关系。最后提出一个基于本体的虚拟企业知识访问控制模型,并通过应用实例演示该模型的工作过程。     

Service-based flexible workflow system for virtual enterprise

Using the services provided by virtual enterprises, we presented a solution to implement flexible inter-enterprise workflow management. Services were the responses of events that can be accessed programmatically on the Internet by HTTP protocol. Services were obtained according to some standardized service templates. The workflow engine＇s flexible control to a request was bound to appropriate services and their providers by using a constraint-based, dynamic binding mechanism. Hence, a flexible and collaborative business was achieved. The workflow management system supports virtual enterprise, and the styles of virtual enterprises can be adjusted readily to adapt various situations.     

基于制造网络的虚拟企业多层制造系统及成员企业选择和任务分配策略

In order to improve efficiency of virtual enterprise, a manufacturing grid and multilevel manufacturing system of virtual enterprise is built up. When selecting member enterprises and task assignment based on the manufacturing grid, key activities are assigned to the suitable critical member enterprises by task decomposition, enterprise node searching and characteristic matching of manufacturing resources according to the characteristic matching strategy. By task merger, some ordinary activities are merged with corresponding key activities and assigned to corresponding critical member enterprises. However, the other ordinary activities are assigned to the related ordinary member enterprises with enterprise node searching and characteristic matching of manufacturing resources. Finally, an example of developing the artificial hip joint in the virtual enterprise is used to demonstrate that efficiency of the virtual enterprise is improved by using the manufacturing grid and the proposed strategies for member enterprise selection and task assignment.     

试论复杂适应性企业的构建及虚拟企业的复杂适应性

作为传统企业组织和管理模式的创新,复杂适应性企业能较好地适应信息和知识经济时代对企业组织结构及其运行的要求.基于复杂适应系统的基本特性和机制,构建复杂适应性企业的关键在于恰当选择企业积木内部模型和积木类型,培养其复杂适应性.虚拟企业因其继承了柔性制造、灵活制造和精益生产等众多优点而具有较好的复杂适应性,是一种典型的复杂适应性企业.     

信管专业“虚拟企业”教学实践平台的设计与改革

依据信息社会对信息管理职能的需求分析,结合信管专业人才培养目标的定位,以实践能力的培养为主线,文章提出并设计了四年一贯制的"虚拟企业"教学与实践平台的教学改革方案,改革了专业主干课程的教学方式与评价方式,并引入了项目制教学法。教学改革的实践,证明了本教学与实践平台的良好效果,达到了教改方案的预期目标。     

浅析虚拟企业筹资管理

资金是企业的血液。是从事生产经营的基本条件,虚拟企业中的资金对每一个成员企业都意义重大。本文从虚拟企业的定义以及特征出发,并结合企业筹资的相关要点,对虚拟企业的筹资管理谈谈自己的一些看法。
