Making sense of conceptual tools in student-generated cases: Student teachers' problem-solving processes

This article examines the way student teachers make sense of conceptual tools when writing cases. In order to understand the problem-solving process, an analysis of the interactions is conducted. The findings show that transforming practical experiences into theoretical reflection is not a straightforward matter. To be able to elaborate on the task it is crucial to make meaning of the tools. It is demonstrated that the institutional practices, rules and expectations must be explicit for the students. The overall aim is to demonstrate that activity theory can enhance our understanding of the interdependence between activity, task and mediating tools.

尹均生教授近日出版《国际报告文学的源起与发展》,奠定了他作为中国国际报告文学史研究第一人的地位。这部著作的独创性在于采取解读作家、作品的＂个案式＂的研究方法,把＂源起与发展＂溶于个案叙事中,从而完成国际报告文学史的构建。     

Leveraging community sport organizations to promote community capacity: Strategic outcomes,challenges, and theoretical considerations

Community sport organizations (CSOs) provide valuable contexts for promoting community development. These initiatives are most effective when they involve local stakeholders in the process of development. A key first step to achieving this objective is building community capacity, defined as local stakeholders’ skills, knowledge, and resources that may be leveraged for change. Interestingly, despite this conceptual importance, few researchers have focused on capacity building in the sport context. This has limited the theoretical advancement of community capacity theory as it relates to CSOs and community development. Using a qualitative case study approach, the authors analyze the outcomes and challenges of implementing community capacity building strategies in an American CSO, and draw on the empirical data to contribute to this theoretical conversation. Interviews, participant observation, and document analysis were used to generate data, and deductive techniques were used for thematic analysis. The results highlight the outcomes of the capacity building strategies and challenges associated with implementation. In addition, the conclusion focuses on theoretical contributions to community capacity theory, namely the role of sport in facilitating inter-community relations across social groups and the link with process models of organizational capacity.     

基于QFD和案例推理的绿色产品设计方案选择研究

应用QFD和案例推理的思想,利用通过QFD方法形成的质量特性及其权重来评价备选的绿色产品设计方案,然后检索出与决策者期望之间相似性最大的绿色产品设计方案。结果表明基于QFD方法可以有效地构建绿色产品设计方案中的指标体系和指标权重。此外案例推理是一种有效的绿色产品设计方案选择方法。可根据实际情况,进行绿色产品设计方案选择,具有一定的实用价值。     

我国区域科技创新政策的案例分析研究——以南京“紫金科创特别社区”为例

结合全新的科技创新政策范式,参照政府监管政策绩效评估框架,采用个案研究法,从政策内容评估、政策执行评估和政策效果评估等3个方面对南京"紫金科创特别社区"开展政策全过程评估研究。研究案例具有典型性、代表性,政策执行时期较长,适合作为开展政策评估的研究对象,得到的政策启示包括完善科技创新政策制定方法、推进科技创新政策立法保障、加强科技创新政策动态管理等。     

基于案例教学的体育教学技能微格训练实验研究

研究在体育教学微格训练课程中采用案例教学法,以探索一种提高体育教学微格训练教学质量的途径。研究过程中采用了文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法,对数据进行处理分析和判断。研究表明,实验班考核成绩与对照班比较,有显著性提高,实验班学生对讲解技能、反馈技能、控制技能等知识的掌握均优于对照班。因此,在体育教学微格训练课程中采用案例教学法,能有效促进学生对于知识的掌握与理解,启发学生的思维,提高对知识的应用能力,从而提高整体的教学效果。     

基于UML的移动终端软件自动化测试用例建模

以移动终端软件测试为例,依据统一建模语言（Unified Modeling Language,UML）,利用建模工具和UML模型图,给出了一种生成测试用例的方法。该方法能直观地创建自动化测试用例方案模型．尽可能多地生成测试用例场景,从而加大了测试用例的隐含故障覆盖率,并能为移动终端的自动化测试工具提供有效的配置参数。     

新农村聚落建筑材质设计的案例研究

在当今经济快速发展、环境危机突出、传统文化流失的大背景下,本文提出了当下新农村聚落建筑设计中材质的运用问题,通过深入的分析研究得出,新农村聚落建筑材质的运用应遵循“就地取材”、“因地制宜”的原则,并在此基础上打造本土氛围,保留和传承其乡土文化。通过一段时间的走访调研和阅读大量文献资料,发现其研究交集上的理论空白和研究价值。本文对新农村聚落建筑设计中材质的运用进行了分析研究,结合农村聚落建筑景观建设的典型案例,归纳总结出聚落建筑材质的类型以及农村聚落建筑材质运用的方法、手段;总结国外新农村聚落建筑材质的运用对我国新农村聚落建筑景观建设的借鉴意义,为我国新农村聚落建筑景观建设指引方向,提供参考。     

Examining the influence of modularity and knowledge management (KM) on dynamic capabilities: Insights from a call center

Modularity in organizations can facilitate the creation and development of dynamic capabilities. Paradoxically, however, modular management can also stifle the strategic potential of such capabilities by conflicting with the horizontal integration of units. We address these issues through an examination of how modular management of information technology (IT), project teams and front-line personnel in concert with knowledge management (KM) interventions influence the creation and development of dynamic capabilities at a large Asia-based call center. Our findings suggest that a full capitalization of the efficiencies created by modularity may be closely linked to the strategic sense making abilities of senior managers to assess the long-term business value of the dominant designs available in the market. Drawing on our analysis we build a modular management-KM-dynamic capabilities model, which highlights the evolution of three different levels of dynamic capabilities and also suggests an inherent complementarity between modular and integrated approaches.
