新疆现代文化发展战略的实现途径

实现路径关系到方向明确后怎样走、如何做的问题,是新疆现代文化发展战略的关键要素和重要组成部分,是必须作出的选择。文章从如下方面作一探讨:一体多元——牢固树立社会主义核心价值观,大力发展现代文化、和谐文化;文化认同——多讲共性、多讲包容,追求各民族文化的交融;选择吸收——以开放、理性的态度对待传统文化,力促新疆多民族文化的转型;互动借鉴——最大限度发挥宗教的积极因素,引导宗教与新疆现代化建设相适应。文章旨在从急迫和紧要的问题入手,力求为新疆现代文化的大发展大繁荣,为实现新疆的跨越式发展和长治久安目标服务。     

中国民族民间音乐的文化定位及特征新解

中国民族民间音乐是一种传统的音乐艺术,它同中华民族传统的民俗文化有着非常密切的关系,长期流传于中华民族聚居区并且在人民群众中有着非常重大的影响。中国民族民间音乐富有浓郁的民族特色,内含丰富的民族文化和民族精神。中国民族民间音乐在其自身漫长的传承发展中表现出了诸多特有的特性,比如地域性、流变性及群体性等等。本文在阐释中国民族民间音乐的文化定位的基础上对其在几千年的发展传承过程中表现出来的特征进行多角度的诠释。

Living Together in European Intercultural Schools: the case of the Catalan school system (Spain)

There are practical difficulties in making intercultural education a substantial element of inclusion in both primary and compulsory secondary education in Europe. The Spanish education system and, in particular, the Catalan education system, have developed a series of strategies in response to the new multicultural complexity encountered in both the classroom and society as a whole. In this study, several inclusive attempts of the Catalan education system will be discussed. As a consequence of their analysis, educational models that are compatible with the framework of inclusive education will be presented as an effective means of promoting greater social integration and a peaceful coexistence in the school context.

文化语境在语篇连贯中的系统预设意义研究

本文以系统功能语言学的文化语境思想为理论基础,试图从语言系统的角度来探讨文化语境的系统预设意义和语篇预设意义。文化语境的系统预设意义体现在语篇预设意义中,在语言背后以隐含的或潜势的方式预设了言语交际的语篇策略、语篇类型及语篇模式、语篇交际的方式和语篇内容,从而实现语篇的连贯,对阐释和组织语篇有着一定的理论和实践意义。     

“You Can Do It Baby”: Non-Task Talk with an In-Car Speech Enabled System

Natural language speech enabled systems are an attractive option for in-car infotainment. Differences in cultural expectations in communication, however, can pose difficulties for interface developers and cause frustration for users. We adopt the perspective of cultural discourse theory to analyze 26 drivers interacting with an in-car speech interface. We focus here on directive sequences and the phenomenon of participants using non-task talk. The analysis of these sequences reveals a norm that one ought to engage in non-task talk with the system. We suggest that this norm is grounded in a user premise that the system’s interactional status involves the ability to speak. We find that this norm lacks crystallization among participants, and we formulate a competing norm that helps to account for this. The second norm reveals an underlying belief that the system’s status as a machine is the basis for how it should be treated.
