“文学深圳”的呼唤——深圳文学参与城市文化身份构建的探讨

文学以想象性的方式建构文化认同的“共同体”,如同“文学香港”、“文学上海”对城市文化身份的成功塑造,“文学深圳”也可为构建深圳城市文化做出独特贡献。目前,深圳文学在呈现城市形象方面尚处于无名状态,读者感知到的是一种零散、片面甚至扭曲的城市形象。深圳作家于此应有文化警醒,自觉张扬深圳城市主体性,积极营造一个“文学深圳”的“语词城市”,为深圳城市文化认同提供精神性支撑。     

Co-constructing efficacy: A “communities of practice” perspective on teachers’ efficacy beliefs

Teachers’ efficacy beliefs are critical to improving student learning, but we have yet to fully understand how these beliefs develop. The prevailing model of teachers’ efficacy development emerges from cognitive theories, but sociocultural theories may add insights to modeling the impact of teachers’ school contexts. This case study takes a “communities of practice” approach to explore the connections between teachers’ evidence-based decision-making practices and their efficacy beliefs. Findings, based on interviews with four teachers, indicate that teachers co-construct their efficacy beliefs in shared practices, suggesting the usefulness of communities of practice theory to more fully understand teachers’ efficacy belief development.     

民族社区居民关于旅游活动对乡土特征影响感知的实证研究——以四川丹巴县甲居藏寨为例

文章采用微观社会学的社区研究方法,以反映我国乡土社会结构和文化模式特点的乡土特征为概念工具,选取丹巴县甲居藏寨为案例区域,实证研究旅游活动对民族社区乡土特征的影响。研究表明:作为民族社区结构内核的血缘关系和亲缘关系受到旅游活动的冲击较小,乡村社会结构特征的基本面依然存在,社会结构并未完全裂变;旅游发展强化了"私、己"观念,居民更关注私己利益,削弱了保护"公共资源"的集体意识;传统价值观和功利价值观新旧并存,共同指导着居民的行为;旅游发展促使社区居民根据自我意愿对某些传统礼治秩序进行调整和改良,传统礼俗和伦理的约束力降低。     

From hackers to start-ups: Innovation commons and local entrepreneurial activity

In hacker communities, tech-savvy pioneers collect and share information on nascent technologies. The pool of information shared among users reduces uncertainty about digital technology, but, first and foremost, it reveals entrepreneurial opportunities to users in the community, which is a central tenet of innovation commons theory. In this paper, we are first to explore the role of local hackerspaces for digital entrepreneurship in German counties using cross-sectional time series data. We find that longer-lasting hackerspaces are strongly correlated with the level of digital entrepreneurship in regions, particularly in agglomerations and urban contexts.     

Workplace and school microaggressions on anxiety symptoms: The role of cultural values among Hispanic Americans

ObjectivesThis study examined the main and interaction effects of the workplace and school microaggressions and cultural values of cultural pride, familismo, espiritismo, and simpatia on anxiety symptoms among Hispanic Americans.Design266 U.S. Hispanic American college students participated in this cross-sectional survey research. Of the 266 participants, 68% identified as cisgender women; 87% reported English mastery. The reported mean age was 19.92 (SD = 3.07).ResultsTo test whether cultural values moderated the relationship between workplace and school microaggression on anxiety symptoms, we conducted separate interaction models for each interaction term. Findings showed that overall, cultural values and specific values of cultural pride and espiritismo moderated the relationship between workplace and school microaggression on anxiety symptoms. Specifically, the positive relationship between workplace and school microaggression and anxiety symptoms was most robust for Hispanic Americans endorsing greater cultural values and specific values of cultural pride and espiritismo.ConclusionsThese findings suggest that Hispanic Americans who closely associate with these cultural values may be more conscious of being othered and marginalized by these microaggressions, which may lead to higher reports of anxiety symptoms. Taken together, our findings suggest that these cultural values may serve as a risk or protective factor in the relationship between workplace and school microaggressions and anxiety symptoms and has implications for vocational interventions.

如果说学习理念、认知心理学和组织文化等对网上学习的影响是潜移默化的,那么探讨有中国特色的网上学习策略,对发展我国的网上学习将更为直接和易见成效。本文以我国网上学习集合性调查的数据与信息为依据,以建构主义的有意义学习理论、TfU和CLEs教学设计理论为指导,提出了一套基于建构主义的个性化网上学习策略。

The Internet and the Ethnic Press: A Study of Electronic Chinese Publications

This article explores the roles of on-line publications in promoting ethnic communication. Through a case study of the on-line Chinese language publications, it examines the potentials of such publications in supplementing and expanding the functions of the traditional ethnic media, strengthening cultural and communal ties of the ethnic groups, and mobilizing them for action The authors argue that in the age of cyberspace, the role of ethnic media in fortifying the cultural traits of ethnic immigrants is expected to be further strengthened. As a result, ethnic groups are more likely to be assimilated into the mainstream culture without losing their own cultural roots and ethnic identity.     

Governing bodies of sport as knowledge brokers in Sport-for-All communities of practice

Delivering Sport-for-All is a major challenge for sport organizations and policy-makers worldwide. Sport-for-All is a practical activity and a knowledge intensive field, characterized by dispersed knowledge creation and sharing processes involving numerous agencies, professionals and volunteers; in other words, it is a community of practice. Communities of practice are vehicles that allow knowledge sharing and creation in intensive and dispersed settings. Learning in communities is enhanced by knowledge brokers, a role typically assumed by governing bodies of sport as part of their formal mandates. In this study, the authors use a community of practice lens to look at Sport-for-All. The authors collected and analyzed data on Sport-for-All communities on the regional (Flanders), national (Australia and England), and international (Sport and Development) level by interviewing key people in each of the communities, and by interrogating virtual knowledge repositories (websites) and public web-based data. Results indicated the existence of Sport-for-All communities of practice with governing bodies of sport acting as brokers in those communities for sharing knowledge, exploration of new ideas, and knowledge creation. However, governing bodies of sport are not strategically exploiting the full potential of online tools to enhance the communities. They ought to focus on supporting the communities by taking a more strategic approach and using new media tools, and let the community of practice standards emerge instead of determining them.     

医学院校图书馆基于网络平台开展社区医学信息服务探析
