高校招标代理机构规范化管理研究

高校招标代理机构在高校政府采购执行中的作用日益凸显,对招标代理机构进行规范化管理,是政府采购项目高效、合法、严谨实施的前提和基础,从招标代理机构的资格遴选、招标业务规范管理、招标代理机构服务考核3个方面进行研究,从而提高其规范化管理水平。

微电影广告剧本是决定微电影广告质量的根本,而目前微电影广告剧本存在的主题思想与品牌理念脱节,人物形象与品牌特性冲突,故事情节与品牌产品背离,剧情线索与影片容量矛盾等问题严重影响了微电影广告的发展。在此背景下,研究微电影广告剧本的主题及主题思想确定、人物形象塑造、故事情节设计,能够为以后微电影广告剧本创作提供借鉴,促进微电影广告的发展。     

Guilty or not guilty？ How Nigerian families impede the aspirations of Nigerian girls for higher education

The females＇ relatively low participation in higher education is discussed within the Nigerian society in a way that such issues are discursively placed in often contradictory, as well as extremely complicated contexts. Dominant discussions draw on the interplay between gender and students＇ performance across subjects, as well as on the influences of the often patriarchal school environment on students＇ overall performance, which with little or no attention given to parental and domestic agencies. This paper is an account of the stories of the experiences of schooling about some Nigerian school girls from the perspective of their families. The larger study from which this paper derives, examined the gendered perception of schooling amongst some senior secondary school students in a Nigerian suburb. A number of discussions among the 25 girls （and 25 boys） who participated in the study were analyzed to understand how gender played in their perceptions of schooling influences upon their lives. As this project was grounded in the interpretivist qualitative research paradigm, discursive interpretivist approach was employed to interrogate how parental and domestic agencies, can play upon the aspirations of young girls for higher education in both complex and subtle ways. Recommendations for changes in policy and practice are made.

探索美国大学专利技术的创新培育中心及其形成机理。分析从美国专利商标局官方网站检索到的1980—2016年美国高校专利许可数据的主要流向,将流向集中的目的地视为美国大学专利技术的创新培育中心。研究结果显示:无论在州的层面还是在城市层面,都显示出美国大学专利技术创新培育中心高度积聚于国家政治中心和政府机构的特征;美国政府鼓励和支持大学技术转化的理念与行动、一系列相关制度和措施,是形成美国大学专利技术创新培育中心的关键因素。研究结果对推动我国大学科技成果转化提供决策参考。     

A framework for enhancing regulatory cooperation in external quality assurance in Southern Africa

Cross-border higher education (CBHE) has taken centre stage in the Southern Africa Development Community (SADC). There has been increased trade in higher education services among member states of the SADC. This has necessitated regional regulatory cooperation in quality assurance and accreditation. SADC has established the Southern African Quality Assurance Network as a regional network of external quality assurance agencies. This paper presents a framework that can be used to enhance regulatory cooperation within the Network on quality assurance in higher education with special focus on CBHE. The paper identifies the main areas of focus as people mobility, institutional and programme mobility, accreditation and registration and recognition of academic credentials. Proposed mechanisms for regulatory cooperation include regional credit accumulation and transfer system, regional qualifications framework, framework for accreditation and registration of foreign providers and framework for recognition of academic credentials.

文章针对当前广告英语翻译存在的问题—文学翻译策略倾向,通过导入奈达的功能对等翻译理论和以读者为中心翻译策略,并密切结合广告英语的文体特征,在具体分析典型的广告英语英汉互译实例基础上,提出五种广告英语翻译策略,即:字译、意译、创译、增补型和浓缩型翻译策略。
