我国实务界和学术界对私家侦探业的发展一直存在着反对与支持两种声音。本文从其对侦查权和隐私权的侵犯两方面总结了反对的原因,又从供求关系、法律空间、司法资源的现状和国际影响等方面提出了支持的因素,并进一步从侦查权与调查权、隐私权与知情权的论争中指出了我国私家侦探业合法性的理由。     

透过《白牙》看英国战后移民的社会困境

《白牙》是当代英国女作家扎迪·史密斯的成名作,真实描述了后殖民时期英国移民所面临的各种社会问题。探讨小说《白牙》中反映的英国战后第一代移民所处的社会困境,指出反对异族通婚和有色移民边缘化是造成困境的主要原因,同时认为这一困境导致战后移民迷失自我身份、模仿西方文化、扭曲宗教信仰、产生自卑心理等后果。     

Dancing with children in the field: on the relevance of embodied knowledge and its methodological consequences

ABSTRACT

In contexts where dancing proves a relevant daily practice, dancing with children may provide an extremely interesting strategic option for education ethnographers. Drawing from my empirical material, I describe how dancing was accidentally introduced as a role in the field (dance teacher) before later becoming an unexpectedly great ethnographic tool. Through a series of different breakdowns, I found this constituted the key to gaining better access to complicated domestic fields and thereby also attaining a closer cultural intimacy with participants, getting more easily integrated into educational contexts, overcoming communication problems and issues with reluctant informants. From this methodological insight, I here reflect on the theoretical aspects involved: should we overlook practices deemed irrelevant from the school agent point of view but essential to domestic contexts, we risk reinforcing symbolic violence through research. Therefore, I conclude by stressing the importance of focusing on apparently ‘irrelevant’ forms of domestic embodied knowledge transmission.     

Affect and Meta-Affect in Mathematical Problem Solving: a Representational Perspective

We discuss a research-based theoretical framework based on affect as an internal representational system. Key ideas include the concepts of meta-affect and affective structures, and the constructs of mathematical intimacy and mathematical integrity. We understand these as fundamental to powerful mathematical problem solving, and deserving of closer attention by educators. In a study of elementary school children we characterize some features of emotional states inferred from individual problem solving behavior, including interactions between affect and cognition. We describe our methodology, illustrating theoretical ideas with brief qualitative examples from a longitudinal series of task-based interviews.     

家庭因素对民办学校中学生职业理想的影响

运用有关问卷,对浙江省诸暨市某民办学校827名初高中生进行调查,结果显示:(1)民办学校中学生职业理想种类分布比较集中,又很狭窄;同时存在重视脑力劳动工作、轻视体力劳动工作的倾向。(2)所列的家庭诸因素中,年均收入、父亲职业、家庭亲密度、家庭亲和性4个因素是影响职业理想的稳定因素。     

关于新型社会资本两种表现形态的心理学分析

社会资本是以人际关系构成的新型资本,它不同于马克思所说的社会资本。从心理学视角看,“亲密无间”的人际关系形态,是“过分”利用人际吸引规律的畸形结果,弊大于利,是劣质的社会资本,而“亲密有间”的人际关系形态,比“亲密无间”的人际关系,则具有绿色的优势和优化的本质,是优质的社会资本。     

Interracial Contact in High School Extracurricular Activities

Using data from yearbooks for 193 high schools, this study examines the degree of interracial contact in 8,849 high school teams and other organizations. More than one-third of these groups were all-white, while only about 3% were exclusively nonwhite. Owing in large part to their overall numerical preponderance, white students rarely found themselves outnumbered in groups by as much as three to one; by contrast, nonwhites often were in this position. Tabulations show that the degree of interracial exposure was typically less than what would occur if all organizations in each school had been racially balanced and was much less than the exposure that would have occurred if all organizations reflected the racial composition of the schools containing them. Whereas the nonwhite percentage of the students enrolled in the sample high schools was 24.9%, the membership of clubs and teams was 20.7%, reflecting a lower rate of participation by nonwhites. Furthermore, because the racial compositions of clubs and teams were not uniform, the average white member was in an organization that was only 15.3% nonwhite. Although clearly less than its theoretical maximum, this rate of contact nonetheless appears to be much higher than what would occur if friendships were the only vehicle for interracial contact outside the classroom. Finally, the extent of segregation associated with these organizations was the same or less in the South than in the rest of the country.     

大学生自我同一性与亲密感相关研究——以福州市四所高校抽样问卷为例

采用问卷法对福州市四所高校300名大学生进行随机调查。结果表明:1)有恋爱经验的大学生在自我同一性的承诺及探索因子上的得分均高于从未恋爱组,但无显著差异。2)成人依恋中回避和焦虑因子的得分在不同同一性状态之间均不存在显著差异。但进一步比较发现,早闭型在焦虑因子上的得分显著低于延缓型。3)大学生成人依恋中的焦虑及回避因子与自我同一性的承诺因子都存在显著负相关,且承诺因子是焦虑与回避的有效预测变量;而成人依恋与探索因子尚不存在相关,但探索因子对成人依恋的焦虑具有预测作用。     

大学生家庭亲密度及适应性调查

本研究主要以在校大学生为研究对象,对其家庭亲密度和适应性进行调查,旨在为今后有关这部分青年心理健康的研究提供材料和依据。
