数据科学与大数据技术专业建设思考与洞见

数据科学与大数据技术专业作为一门在新工科背景下崛起的新兴学科,受到了学术界与教育界的广泛关注。本文围绕新工科背景下数据科学与大数据技术专业建设问题和近四年新专业获批数据,剖析新专业建设面临的问题,提出基于角色差异化的数据科学与大数据技术专业人才培养体系。     

大数据背景下高校办公室信息化管理运行机制与管理对策研究

【Purpose/significance】With the development of the popularization of big data concept and information technolo⁃ gy, the original management mode of university office can no longer meet the needs of office productivity. This paper strengthens the cooperation of various subsystems, realizes the sharing of management data by the construction of informa⁃ tion management operation mechanism in order to accelerate the reform of informatization, reasonably allocate the public re⁃ sources of university, and provide strong guarantee for the scientific research and teaching work.【Method/process】By ana⁃ lyzing the current situation and shortcomings of information management in university office, it explores the operative mech⁃ anism of information management, and puts forward corresponding strategies of information construction.【Result/conclu⁃ sion】The research shows that university office should make data-driven informatization decision, build a dynamic informa⁃ tion management system and establish the sound incentive, sharing and risk-control mechanism of informatization. In addi⁃ tion, management should strengthen the training of comprehensive management talents, so as to promote the informatization transformation of universities.     

我国图书情报领域科学数据引用行为调查与分析

【目的/意义】通过对图书情报领域的科学引用行为进行调查与分析,以期明晰我国图书情报领域科学数据 引用行为的现状。【方法/过程】以图书情报领域5 种期刊为调查样本,通过内容分析法,对其在2013-2018 年间引用 对象、引用元素、引用格式等内容进行分析研究。【结果/结论】研究发现,我国图书情报领域科学数据引用行为存在 如下问题：数据的引用元素缺失;数据的引用格式不一致;无引用行为占比较大等。     

开放数据背景下高校图书馆移动信息技术优化研究

【目的/意义】移动网络技术的发展改变了人们的上网模式,移动图书馆技术也应运而生,探讨开放数据背景下的高校图书馆移动信息技术优化研究,以使高校图书馆服务效率得到质的提升,真正实现数字图书馆的目标。【方法/过程】高校图书馆是高等教育信息服务的主要机构,随着大数据时代的到来,开放数据环境从根本上改变了学术交流的速度与模式。【结果/结论】在开放数据的背景下,高校图书馆应该在了解开放数据内涵的基础上,认识到开放数据的优势与目标,变革图书馆服务理念与模式,优化移动信息技术服务内容,以满足用户日益增长的移动信息服务需求。     

基于微博数据的"新冠肺炎"互联网舆情分析

新浪微博作为国内互联网最主要的舆情发酵源头和热点事件聚集地之一,是监测互联网舆情动态,洞察舆论观点不可或缺的重要平台。本研究聚焦新浪微博"新冠肺炎"热点事件,从科技话题、科研机构、科技人物、热点事件等不同维度进行数据挖掘,结果表明,一是政府、科研机构、科技工作者等各级社会组织和个人迅速参与"新冠肺炎"热点事件讨论,推动各级政府积极协调动员社会各方资源。二是社会公众高度信任政府、科研机构和领域专家等权威主体的舆论引导,其应激情绪也深受权威媒体言论影响。三是要进一步提升我国"应急科普"能力,创新科普宣传理念,树立科协品牌价值,引导舆论正向发展。
