对男子两类肌纤维的测试与分析

采用HSI-1型快慢机组成测试仪对东北师大体育系部分男生的肌纤维类型进行了测试,初步确定了受试者的肌纤维组成,为受试者合理地选择运动专项提供了参考信息。同时,采用无氧功率指标间接反映肌纤维百分组成,但未获成功.
