光盘型影视电子资源著录实践

本文依据ISBD（ER）及《中国文献编目规则》的要求，结合光盘型影视资料的著录实践，对光盘型影视电子资源的信息源的选取及相关项目的著录进行了探讨。     

信息检索--联机、光盘、网络三种类型的对比研究

本对三种信息检索(联机、光盘、网络)及国内外主要的信息检索系统作了简要介绍，着重探讨了这三种信息检索的优缺点，并对其做对比研究。     

Correlation of matrix metalloproteinase-2, −9, tissue inhibitor-1 of matrix metalloproteinase and CD44 variant 6 in head and neck cancer metastasis

This study aimed to explore the molecular mechanism in tumor invasion and metastasis. The expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2, −9 (MMP-2, MMP-9), tissue inhibitor-1 of matrix metalloproteinase (TIMP-1), cell adhesion molecule 44 variant 6 (CD44v6), HER2/neu and p53 was investigated in 154 patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) by ABC and ImmunoMax immunohistochemical method. Their clinical relevance and correlation were analysed. The expression of MMP-2, MMP-9, TIMP-1, CD44v6, HER2/neu and p53 was found in cancer cells in 87.01%, 85.71%, 68.18%, 98.05%, 55.19% and 50.65% cases respectively. Linear regression and correlation analysis revealed that there was close positive relationship (P<0.05) between the expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9, TIMP-1 and CD44v6, HER2/neu and MMP-9, MMP-2 and p53. Up-regulation of MMP-2 was accompanied by advanced T stage (P<0.01). There was also a trend of MMP-2 expression being related with tumor metastasis. Increased expression of HER2/neu was found in patients with tumor recurrence (P<0.05). The expression of TIMP-1 was higher in laryngeal cancer than that in pharyngeal cancer, and higher in keratinizing and non-keratinizing SCC than that in basaloid SCC (P<0.05). These findings suggested that MMP-2 and MMP-9, HER2/neu and MMP-9, MMP-2 and p53 had a coordinate function in aggression of tumor; that MMP-2 had a more important function than MMP-9 in tumor invasion and metastasis; and that HER2/neu might serve as a biomarker for poor prognosis in HNSCC. 人电击死后血管内皮细胞P-选择素(CD62P)变化的研究

[目的]通过观察电击死后人心肌中血管内皮细胞P-选择素(CD62P)的改变,寻找其特异性改变指标,探讨其在电击损伤法医学鉴定及临床电击伤的诊断、治疗中的意义。[方法]对三十组尸体标本(实验组15组,对照组15组)进行HE染色以及免疫组化分析,通过HE染色以及免疫组织化学方法观察组织切片内血管内皮细胞黏附分子CD62P的改变。[结果]电击致死人的CD62P在绝大多数组织切片内有一定程度的增加。[结论]血管内皮细胞上P-选择素(CD62P)的改变可以作为电击损伤的辅助性鉴定依据,并可以为临床电击伤诊断和治疗提供方向、依据。     

CD33分子信号传递及其功能的研究进展

CD33分子为一种跨膜受体,主要存在于血液、骨髓和淋巴细胞中.它属于免疫球蛋白超家族成员,并且是能够结合唾液酸的免疫球蛋白样的凝集素家族成员.在这一膜受体内部存在免疫受体酪氨酸抑制基序(ITIM).由于ITIM能够特异性的与酪氨酸磷酸酶shp-1和shp-2结合并向胞内传递抑制性信号,从而达到抑制细胞活性的目的,所以CD33分子主要在临床上作为一种靶位点用于急性骨髓系白血病(AML)的治疗.     

高校数字图书馆光盘资源管理系统的设计与实现

在高校数字图书馆的建设过程中，数据存储和光盘共享是一个关键环节，也是一个难题。为了更有效地管理数字资源和实现资源共享，文章提出了采用虚拟光碟镜像服务器来管理光盘数据以及为网络用户提供在线并发访问权限，该方法经济实用、便于管理，支持多用户在线并发访问，有效地提高了光盘数据的利用率，并对其他领域中类似问题的解决提供了有效的解决途径。     

运用“农远模式一”教学资源促进乡村教师专业化发展

城市与乡村的教育资源配置上存在明显的差距,表现为优质教师资源配置和教育信息资源的非均衡发展＂。农远工程模式一＂投入少、设备操作简单的特点适合于农村中小学教学点,但其缺乏人机交互和信息反馈的缺点也十分明显。树立正确观念,立足自身,正确运用＂农远工程模式一＂的光盘教学资源,探寻不同层次的光盘教学模式,缩小城乡教师资源差距,促进乡村教师专业化发展。     

基于MVC模式的Web应用研究

阐述了MVC模式的项目开发原理及优势,探讨了基于MVC模式的软件开发流程,并依据MVC的基本思想设计了一个Web应用系统——随书光盘发布系统的功能模型;最后将MVC模式应用于JSP,开发实现了该系统。     

Is adult celiac disease really uncommon in Chinese?

Celiac disease (CD) is a type of intestinal malabsorption syndrome, in which the patients are intolerant to the gliadin in dietary gluten, resulting in chronic diarrhea and secondary malnutrition. The disease is common in Europe and the United States, but only sporadic reports are found in East Asia including China. Is CD really rare in China? We examined 62 patients by capsule endoscopy for chronic diarrhea from June 2003 to March 2008. Four patients with chronic diarrhea and weight loss were diagnosed to have CD. Under the capsule endoscopy, we observed that the villi of the proximal small bowel became short, and that the mucous membrane became atrophied in these four patients. Duodenal biopsies were performed during gastroscopy and the pathological changes of mucosa were confirmed to be Marsh 3 stage of CD. A gluten free diet significantly improved the conditions of the four patients. We suspect that in China, especially in the northern area where wheat is the main food, CD might not be uncommon, and its under-diagnosis could be caused by its clinical manifestations that could be easily covered by the symptoms from other clinical situations, particularly when it came to subclinical patients without obvious symptom or to patients with extraintestinal symptoms as the initial manifestations.
