坚持以人为本,搞好“两课”教学,要从四个方面着手一是要转变教育观念,由“以教师为中心”转变为“以学生为中心”：二是要了解学生的心理需求,在教学内容的编排上具有针对性;三是要改革“两课”教学方法,充分发挥学生的主体作用;四是要改革“两课”的成绩考核方法。     

What is likable about Gloria Pritchett in Modern Family? A viewer-character analysis through social identity and intersectionality

This survey-based study explored the mediated social attraction that a sample of Modern Family viewers had for Gloria Pritchett. Statistically speaking, viewers generally liked Gloria Pritchett, but her intersected social identity characterizations (e.g., harlot-spitfire prototype) guided her likability. Moreover, how viewers felt toward their ethnic, gender, and social class (not their membership in these groups) predicted viewer-character likability. Discussed are implications regarding the liking of Othered television characters and group identity, notions of intersectionality, and challenges associated with mainstream Latinidad.

Perceptions of conflict strategies and communication competence in task‐oriented Dyads

Individuals in temporary task‐oriented dyads or groups must manage conflict competently if they hope to be successful in reaching their goals. Thus far, however, research on the associations between conflict styles and communication competence has focused on acquainted dyads, such as relational partners and coworkers, rather than unacquainted dyads assigned to work on tasks. The present study tests the applicability of the competence model of interpersonal conflict to temporary task‐oriented dyads. Dyads (N = 100) who had little or no relational history completed a simulated decision‐making task that involved choosing two out of four employees to lay off in response to a company's need to downsize. Results indicate people generally perceived the solution‐oriented strategy as appropriate and effective. Although people perceived their partners' use of the controlling strategy to be inappropriate, people rated themselves as more effective when they used the controlling strategy. People evaluated nonconfrontational strategies as particularly incompetent.     

Audience Research Trends in Mainland China: An Analysis of Three Major Journalism and Mass Communication Journals, 1985–2002

This paper employed quantitative methods to explore the trends of audience research in Mainland China by analyzing research articles in three major journalism and communication academic journals. The author analyzed research approaches, research methods, medium of focus and theoretical frameworks in these audience research articles from 1985 to 2002. Unlike findings derived from the analyses of mass communication research articles in major international journals, most of the research articles in Mainland China used qualitative methods. Chinese scholars tend to adopt behaviorist and structural approaches towards the study of audience. The number of research articles that dealt with broadcast and print media exceeded any other media, while more and more studies on Internet users are being conducted. Chinese scholars began to develop theories in recent years. The future study will continue based on analysis of other research materials and comparison with audience research articles in leading international journals.

新闻影像包括图片新闻和电视新闻,它们经过采访拍摄、制作成型后,通过大众媒介公开传播,深刻影响着受众的思想观念,甚至引起受众行为变化,探寻并揭示受众行为变化的内外因素及其规律性,对当前新闻影像创作与传播具有现实意义。     

“过程—结果”法在交际式英语写作教学中的运用简

在英语写作教学中采用过程教学法有其局限性,英语水平较低的学习者在英语写作中并没有明显受益于这种反复的自我修改.提出一种创新性的教学方法,通过在自省和合作的环境中使用语法—翻译法将“过程法”和“结果法”合二为一.研究显示这种方法可以使学生更客观地看待自己的写作,认识到语言准确性在成功交际中的重要性,也可培养学生的读者意识.
