广州市高校“篮球宝贝”发展现状的SWOT分析

本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、SWOT分析法,对广州市高校"篮球宝贝"发展过程的优势因素、劣势因素、机会因素和威胁因素进行详细分析。研究结果表明:广州市高校"篮球宝贝"发展现状的优势因素为:经济发达、教育资源配置完善,高校人才优势明显、后备人才队伍充裕;劣势因素为:重视程度不高、经费支持较低,管理制度不健全、训练体系不完善;机会因素为:篮球赛事频繁,啦啦队赛事增多;威胁因素为:专业水平不高,社会重视程度低。希望通过研究以期为广州市高校"篮球宝贝"的良性发展提供理论和实践借鉴。     

《柏油孩子》的后殖民主义解读——从霍米·巴巴的混杂理论看莫里森的文化理想

霍米·巴巴和托尼·莫里森在当代美国文坛都占据着举足轻重的地位。巴巴作为后殖民主义话语“神圣三位一体”的重要成员,以其混杂性理论和世界主义理想独树一帜,为全世界的“少数族”公民寻求叙述权;而莫里森,一个在美国社会夹缝中顽强生存的黑人女性,可谓是“少数族”的重要代表。她那富有诗意的文字书写出了异质文化之间交流与融合的美好愿望,而这恰恰与巴巴的后殖民主义理论核心相呼应。以莫里森的第四部长篇小说《柏油孩子》为蓝本,试求解读这两位文学大师的共同理想。     

幼儿的倾听能力问题分析与培养探究

幼儿期是倾听能力培养的重要阶段。文章分析了在幼儿倾听能力培养过程中存在的问题和成因,提出了可通过讲故事、创设良好的倾听环境,组织游戏活动,家园配合活动等方式来进行幼儿倾听能力的培养,最终促进幼儿健康地成长。     

安妮宝贝受众群形成的文化原因探析

安妮宝贝于1998年开始在网站＂榕树下＂进行创作,自2000年迄今已出版了九部作品集。其每一部作品都在各大书店畅销书榜单上榜上有名,作品多次再版,几乎每次再版都能重新刮起一股安妮宝贝热潮。面对这种情形,从当代消费文化特性入手,剖析安妮宝贝受众群的形成原因不仅是安妮宝贝现象的关注话题,同时也是当代中国文学研究的课题。     

论安妮宝贝《八月未央》的叙事特征

一般说来,叙事文本的叙事特征集中体现在叙述框架结构、叙述交流层面、叙述声音、叙述聚焦、叙述时间安排等方面,涉及到人物结构模式与人物描绘方面。安妮宝贝的《八月未央》作为都市爱情网络小说经典之作,通过对话体话语模式与自白式的剖析纠缠不休,隐藏在第一人称人物叙述者之后偶然一见的窥视者以及五组交织、重复的情爱纠葛,体现出独特的叙述交流特征、叙述角度特征和人物结构特征。     

Abusive head trauma: A perpetrator confesses

Objectives

To present a detailed confession from a perpetrator of Shaken Baby syndrome.

Methods

Case study.

Results

We present a confession of Shaken Baby syndrome describing how the perpetrator severely injured a 3 year old with repeated bursts of acceleration-deceleration (shaking). The child sustained retinal and intracranial hemorrhage. Details of the confession and circumstances by which it was obtained lead us to believe its accuracy.

Conclusions

Accurate perpetrator confessions offer useful windows into realities and pathophysiology of abusive head trauma.     

Mind the Generation Gap: Millennials and Boomers in the Library Workplace

As editor of On My Mind, I wanted to introduce myself and let you, the reader, know a little bit about what I intend this column to be. Factors Influencing Retention of Gen Y and Non-Gen Y Teachers Working at International Schools in Asia

Quantitative studies on international-school teacher retention are few, especially studies that differentiate between Gen Y and non-Gen Y teachers. This article reports on the findings of a study that examined the relationship of job satisfaction factors to the likelihood of contract renewal by international-school teachers. Results from the study show statistically significant relationships between some factors of job satisfaction and contract renewal for teachers in Gen Y and non-Gen Y (Baby Boomers, Gen X) cohorts.

《挪威的森林》中的直子与《上海宝贝》中的天天这两个不同本中的人物形象，超越时空地表现出了明显的相似性，这使得他们具有了符号的阐释意义，即他们是与物化世界相对立的“精神性存在”的象征；而他们只能以“失语”形象呈现出来，这是基于20世纪七八十年代的日本和20世纪末中国相类似的化语境及身处其中的都市“边缘青年”、“新新人类”共通的一种情绪体验；同时，由于作所持创作观念和表现手法的差异，人物形象的隐喻也不尽相同，这使得两个本的立意有了高下之别。
