人的道德成长是在不断解决道德冲突的过程中逐步实现的.真实的道德冲突对人们提出明确的道德行为方面的要求,对他们的切身利益提出明确的挑战,因而蕴含直接的道德教育价值.而虚拟的道德情境则不具有这种功能,我国长期以来道德教育实效性低下,主要原因在于虚拟道德教育占据了主导地位.本文主张在真实道德情境中恰当地设置道德冲突,提高学生的道德判断和行为抉择能力。  相似文献

通过对某重点大学外国语言文学学院的6名优秀研究生及4名普通研究生的行为事件访谈,探讨并初步构建了外国语言文学专业研究生的胜任特征模型。研究结果表明:(1)优秀组和普通组在访谈时长和访谈文本字数上无显著差异;胜任特征的平均等级分与访谈长度的相关不显著;与胜任特征的发生频次和最高等级分等指标相比,平均等级分是最为稳定的指标。(2)外国语言文学专业研究生的鉴别性胜任特征模型包括:成就导向、专业知识、目标、主动性、跨文化意识、计划执行、自信、自我控制和学习策略9项胜任特征。  相似文献

This study investigated variation in students’ behavioral engagement across mathematics classes in China and the United States. Student behavioral engagement was examined along with two aspects of the classroom (group size and teacher instructions given about classroom behavior). Video observational data were collected and coded over 1051 time intervals in 35-minute mathematics sessions in Chinese classrooms (n = 8) and comparable American classrooms (n = 7). Latent growth analyses revealed that overall, behavioral engagement declined over time, although the drop-off was dramatically sharper in American classrooms relative to Chinese classrooms. In addition, larger group size and the timing of teacher instructions (given before versus after the behavior) were significantly associated with increased engagement. This study revealed compelling cultural differences as well as patterns in student and teacher behaviors associated with students engaging in on-task behaviors in the classroom. Implications for ways to promote effective classroom behavior are discussed.  相似文献

The notion of improvisation has recently emerged in managerial studies as a viable answer to flexibly dealing with unexpected occurrences. Nonetheless, research on improvisation has essentially approached the issue through a metaphorical framework, and has regularly relied on conceptual frameworks residing either at the individual or the team-level. We investigate how team-level processes affect individual improvisation in complex project domains. Using data from 138 team leaders and members belonging to 38 information systems development teams, we test cross-level hypotheses through hierarchical linear modeling. Team behavioral integration and team cohesion positively affect individual improvisation. Moreover, cohesion positively moderates the influence of team behavioral integration on individual improvisation. In concluding this paper we offer theoretical and practical implications.  相似文献

Extant research on technology acceptance has devoted considerable attention to the relationship between behavioral intention (BI) and system use (SU) over time. However, the empirical results have been mixed—studies have found BI to both influence and not influence SU. Studies that examined the BI→SU relationship have employed different research models and research designs. Prior research models have examined direct effects on SU, indirect effects on SU through BI, the moderator effects on BI→SU, and the mediating role of BI in BI→SU. Studies have employed different types of respondents, information technologies, geographic regions, voluntariness, and measurement designs. This study proposes that such differences in research models and designs contribute to the mixed results for BI→SU, and reports a meta-analysis of findings reported in 113 prior studies along with a critical review of the BI→SU relationship. While no significant differences were found in the results for the BI→SU relationship across various research design characteristics, this study finds that the measurement of SU has been conflated with future and current or past behavior, direct and indirect effects on SU impact BI→SU, BI is modeled to fully and partially mediate the effects of other variables on SU, and moderators for the BI→SU relationship may be necessary. This study identifies several directions for future research and underlines the need to rethink the link between BI and SU.  相似文献

在线学习已成为教师专业发展的主要途径,参加学习的人员规模大、行为表现复杂。为了探析教师在线学习行为的群体特征,该文以Y市四期教师在线培训为例,应用统计分析、序列分析、关联规则、社会网络分析等方法,从学习活跃、学习投入时间、学习行为序列、社会交互四个方面分析了教师在线学习行为的群体特征。研究发现:教师在线学习活跃性较高;在线学习时间投入充足;在线学习目的性较强且行为活动方式简单;社会交互情况不够理想。因此,建议实施在线学习与线下集中研讨相结合的混合式教师培训,培训安排与支持服务、学习内容与活动设计应符合教师在线学习规律,并提供有效的技术脚手架和干预机制,以期提高教师培训效益。  相似文献

This article synthesizes seven peer-reviewed articles that investigate the varying roles of social networking sites, cyber peers, and social capital in the information seeking behavior of adolescents. The theoretical approaches of Brenda Dervin, Elfreda Chatman, and Carol Kuhlthau are instrumental in establishing the basis for the research in terms of information seeking behavior. There are three main foci of the research synthesized: information seeking behavior and information needs; maturation or development and behavioral norms; and the ideas of sociability or social capital and bridging capital.  相似文献
