南唐诗研究述评

南唐诗在五代十国诗坛上有着非常重要的地位,但至今却没有引起应有的重视.对南唐诗的研究可分为两个阶段:20世纪以前的研究较为肤浅,主要是点评、感悟式的评价;20世纪以来,对其研究才陆续展开.南唐诗有着丰富的内容,可采取不同的方法进行研究.     

探讨工程量清单计价的合同管理

鉴于我国工程造价管理正处于向“量价分离”的市场模式转变时期，既没有工程量清单计价新模式的合同文本，也没有相应合同管理的措施，文章依据《建设工程工程量计价规范》，同时参照国际FIDIC合同条件，探讨清单计价合同的订立、履行及其索赔事件处理。     

高职商务英语专业人才的商务能力培养

商务英语专业是一门语言与国际商务技能相结合的专业,其技能型人才培养不仅是英语听、说、读、写、译各项能力的拓展过程,而且更是商务知识的获取和应用的过程。笔者通过问卷调查,了解企业对高职商务英语专业人才商务知识和技能要求情况,并对调研结果进行深入分析与研究,结合自己多年的教学经验,探讨了教学中商务英语专业人才商务能力培养的策略。     

The effectiveness of workflow management systems: A longitudinal study

Workflow management systems coordinate and allocate work through the various stages of executing business processes. The benefits of such systems appear pervasive, but no hard data is available that confirms that their implementation improves organizational performance. In part, this is due to the difficulty of measuring the effects of enterprise-wide initiatives in general. In this paper, the results are presented of a longitudinal, multi-case study into the effectiveness of workflow management technology. The study builds on a novel methodology that combines field work and computer simulations. Through its application, the contribution of this technology to conduct business processes faster and with less effort could be quantitatively assessed. Surprisingly, only a fraction of the projects that were followed in this longitudinal study led to a fully operational implementation of a workflow management system at all. Even so, in most of the projects where such a system was introduced this resulted in substantial improvements. We present success and fail factors for the implementation of this technology within organizations, which we inferred from a follow-up analysis. The novel methodology presented in this paper is thought to be of value to track the performance effects of introducing other technologies or organization concepts as well.     

Application of real options analysis for pharmaceutical R&D project valuation—Empirical results from a survey

Real options analysis was often recommended as an emerging valuation technique for high-risk investment projects. Former inter-sectoral surveys have drawn an ambivalent picture of real options usage in general. In addition, there is a lack of sector-specific investigations. In the following article the results of an in-depth analysis of collected empirical data regarding the application of this new tool in the pharmaceutical sector is presented by capturing the internal view from the pharmaceutical companies themselves and the external view from the health care departments of financial service firms. R&D stage specific modi of application, reasons for reluctance in the employment of real options and their assumed future prospects are elucidated.     

Model and experimental development for Business Data Science

While Data Science has become increasingly significant for business strategies, operations, performance, efficiency and prediction, there is little work on this to provide a detailed guideline. We have proposed a Business Data Science (BDS) model that focuses on the model and experimental development that allows different types of functions, processes and roles to work together collaboratively for efficiency and performance improvements. Details with examples have been illustrated to show that BDS model can be a robust model. Future directions have been discussed to ensure that business intelligence, security, analytics and research contributions to BDS can be achieved.     

从纸质到增值:渥太华市的信息治理和电子文件

从2002年起渥太华市档案馆一直致力于探索建立城市电子文件管理体系,为此渥太华市档案馆进行了一系列的工作,包括将各种形式的现行和非现行的文件管理与其档案价值联系起来,按照业务分类法对各类电子文件进行分类管理,依据宏观鉴定方法确定档案保管期限与处置方案,并通过在线联合目录的方式为政府和公众提供利用服务等。渥太华市档案馆基于文件连续体理念,正在探索多元主体协同的信息治理新方案。

本文以中国航发沈阳发动机研究所为例,引入系统工程思想,构建以档案工作需求为输入,以需求体系、操作体系、产品层次体系为核心,以综合保障体系为支撑,以档案产品为输出,以使命和愿景为目标的企业档案工作管理体系。本体系旨在对企业档案工作如何正确地做正确的事进行分析,为档案工作更好地发挥固有作用和展示自身价值提供基础保证。

Departmental networks—An empirical analysis of career patterns among junior faculty in Germany

By using recruitment data from 60 German departments of business administration, networks are constructed in which the nodes are departments, and two departments are connected if they have either sent or received a scientist from one another. Different concepts of social network analysis are applied to answer a series of questions, such as the number of scientists the business departments produce, to whom they send and from whom they receive their scientists, and which role academic networks play in the career of young scientists in business administration. Regression analysis revealed that network centrality is a robust predictor of departmental reputation. The social network approach can be used to assess reputational differences among business departments, thereby providing an alternative to existing opinion surveys and research rankings.
