文旅融合新鉴:桐庐县“公共图书馆+民宿”的实践与思考

公共图书馆在文旅深度融合的环境下,如何与旅游产业有机结合,促进公共图书馆服务体系建设,做到以文养旅,以旅兴文,这势必成为公共图书馆今后发展的思路。基于此,本文提出了"公共图书馆+民宿"模式的时代价值,并以桐庐县图书馆与民宿合作为例,论述了该模式在建设过程中,运营模式、实施成效以及存在问题,并从"统一规范管理、开展阅读活动、挖掘地方文化底蕴与加大政府扶持力度"4个方面,提出了改进建议,以期为文旅融合的创新发展提供可鉴经验。     

A new unsupervised method for document clustering by using WordNet lexical and conceptual relations

Text document clustering provides an effective and intuitive navigation mechanism to organize a large amount of retrieval results by grouping documents in a small number of meaningful classes. Many well-known methods of text clustering make use of a long list of words as vector space which is often unsatisfactory for a couple of reasons: first, it keeps the dimensionality of the data very high, and second, it ignores important relationships between terms like synonyms or antonyms. Our unsupervised method solves both problems by using ANNIE and WordNet lexical categories and WordNet ontology in order to create a well structured document vector space whose low dimensionality allows common clustering algorithms to perform well. For the clustering step we have chosen the bisecting k-means and the Multipole tree, a modified version of the Antipole tree data structure for, respectively, their accuracy and speed.

安阳县西南部地区由于高山丘陵的阻隔,当地方言在语音、语法、词汇等方面独具特色,与河南其他方言以及普通话都有所不同。调查发现此方言点存在着许多特殊的程度副词,如＂嗐/xai^33/、专/tsua^33/、可/k‘e^33/（碟）、瞎/ie^33/、将/tiaη^214/、□/saη^33/、大/t ^214/、端/tue^33/＂等。主要从语义差别、语法特点以及语用功能等方面来探讨这些特殊的程度副词。     

英汉词汇预设触发语的对比研究

预设触发语是句子中与预设义有语义联系的词语,通过触发语的词义,我们可以作常识性推理或者回溯推理,推导出句子的预设义。英、汉语中均有词汇作为预设触发语项,本文对英、汉语中词汇预设触发语的不同类型进行详尽描写,对比研究其异同,找出其语义特征,并能够依据这套特殊规则推理出它所引发的预设义。     

制造业生产调度体系探讨

论文以制造业生产调度体系为研究对象,从生产车间调度的目标、方法、手段、资源等基本要素入手,总结了传统生产调度系统在实际生产中的问题,并概括了系统集成视角下的生产调度方法及其改进措施,介绍了不确定条件下生产调度策略及评价指标。运用系统集成的思想,探讨了供需链环境下的制造业生产调度系统模式,最终提出了生产调度系统的集成化、动态化、高效智能化、柔性化和排程可视化等发展方向。     

The integration of information in a digital,multi-modal learning environment

The aim of the reported eye-tracking study was to investigate whether learners integrate information presented on several pages within a digital learning environment and whether the underlying processes differ between a purely text-based and a multi-modal digital learning environment. Participants (N = 97) learned about the development of tornados. Picture presentation (yes vs. no) and presentation of inconsistent information between pages (yes vs. no) was varied between-subjects. Results showed that inconsistent information led to more intense gaze behavior. This indicates that learners re-activated information presented on previous pages to integrate it with the actual information, enabling them to detect the inconsistencies. Furthermore, the data pattern for text-related gaze behavior was not influenced by picture presentation, indicating that cognitive processes in purely text based or multi-modal learning environments are much the same. Comprehension outcomes did not differ between groups. The implications of these results are discussed.

No longer a waltz between red wine and mint tea: The portrayal of the children of immigrants in French newspapers (2003–2013)

Despite the egalitarianism that informs French civic culture, the socio-economic marginalization of citizens of non-European origin, mostly from North African countries, provide empirical evidence that challenges the French Republican ideal of integration. Such marginalization needs to be reconciled especially within the cultural realm. In this article, we look at French newspapers’ coverage of the children of immigrants during a ten-year period (2003–2013). We analyse coverage in three major newspapers since French news coverage can be considered to follow a specific political/literary model, which has a profound influence on how news in France is both coded and decoded. The article examines the ways political allegiances affect the portrayals of the children of immigrants. Using the constant comparative method, an analysis of the discourse over time shows that the narratives of integration of the decedents of North African immigrants have been complicated by the 2005 riots, both as a romantic illusion, a reflection of reality, or a possible outcome of events. The three newspapers grapple with the ambiguous position of the children of immigrants in French society in different ways. Coverage of children of immigrants continues to be divided along partisan lines which are bounded by the political/literary model of journalism. What is also clear is that the changing portrayal of children of immigrants is intrinsically attached to evolving social, political, and economic dynamics both nationally and beyond state borders.
