基于STM32F103X系列单片机的智能游客寻呼系统

在旅行期间,为确保游客安全,导游在游客游览过程中特别是景点换乘时总要不时点名,以防止游客走散和丢失。依托单片机、射频技术以及GPRS无线通信技术,设计了一种游客智能点名寻呼系统,极大地提高了导游的工作效率和服务水平。     

同步直播课堂中师生情感交流问题分析及对策浅议

同步直播课堂是不同于传统课堂的新的教学模式,对缓解日益严峻的教育不均衡问题有重大意义。然而随着同步直播课堂越来越广泛的应用,其本身客观存在的由技术、师生分隔异地、实时交互困难等问题所导致的师生情感交流难题也随之而来。笔者通过文献研读、实地参与同步直播课堂试点实验,分析了同步直播课堂中师生情感交流问题产生的原因,进而从教师、学生、学习资源、师生交互设计等方面提出解决对策。     

基层电大开放教育课程教学设计的研究

课程在教育教学中处于核心地位,是人才培养质量的关键。课程教学设计是课程教学质量的重要基础,基层电大应根据开放教育教学分工和自身实际,进行科学、合理的课程教学设计。在多年实践的基础上,对教师课程教学实施计划制定、网络课程设计、面授辅导设计、课程实践设计进行了深入的研究与探索。     

美中经济与安全评估委员会年度报告的公开情报源分析——以2016-2019年度报告的中美科技竞争部分为例

[目的/意义]遴选美国典型国家关键核心技术竞争情报研究报告,对其引用的公开情报源进行研究,为中国科技情报界提供参考。[方法/过程]以美中经济与安全评估委员会2016-2019年度报告的中美科技竞争部分为例,对其尾注中引用的公开情报源进行分析。[结果/结论]总结归纳出了美中经济与安全评估委员会年度报告引用公开情报源的细分类目,包括以美国为主的国外公开情报源细分类目27个,中国国内公开情报源细分类目15个,归纳总结了USCC年度报告公开情报源的特点以及对中国科技情报界的借鉴。     

我国广电类上市公司绩效评价及对策研究

广电类上市公司是传媒产业发展的中坚力量,广电类上市公司经营绩效的高低反映了传媒企业的整体经营状况。基于2008～2012年期间我国6家广电类上市公司的财务数据,运用数据包络分析法,对其经营绩效进行动态评价。研究结果显示：广电类上市公司整体经营效率较高,但不稳定,各公司经营效率差异明显,反映了资源配置不合理。为提高广电类上市公司经营绩效。上市公司必须改变管理模式,优化资源配置,发展核心优质业务,同时加强上市公司之间的合作。     

Pushing Comfort Zones: Promoting Social Justice Through the Teaching of Aboriginal Canadian Literature

In this paper we highlight findings from a teacher inquiry group study designed to explore possibilities for teaching contemporary Canadian literature to promote issues of social justice in secondary classrooms. Drawing on Boler and Zembylas’s notion of a ‘pedagogy of discomfort’, our paper will focus on the experiences of two teachers in the group who, through the selection and teaching of two Aboriginal Canadian texts, moved away from well-established pedagogical practices. We explore the role of the inquiry group in supporting teachers in their attempts to problematize unquestioned assumptions and address the absences in their curricular practices and examine the potential of using Canadian literature to enhance students’ understanding of historical marginalizations and structural inequalities. In conclusion, we discuss the implications of our research for pre-service and in-service educators who face the challenges of teaching in increasingly diverse schools.     

A latecomer's strategy to promote a technology standard: The case of Datang and TD-SCDMA

This paper studied the key strategies used by Datang, a local Chinese firm, to promote TD-SCDMA in order to explore an under-researched topic: how could a latecomer promote a technology standard? The findings suggest that Datang faced formidable challenges because of latecomer disadvantage and transitional institutions. The development of innovation capabilities and new technologies is needed but far from sufficient. It is necessary to develop special capabilities to get support from the government and public stakeholders such as scholars. The experience of Datang offers new insights into the development and adoption of technology standards sponsored by latecomers in developing countries.     

论基于RFID的智能文件管理系统

虽然现在大力提倡无纸化办公,但是纸质文件依然大行其道,并且承载了相当多的敏感甚至机密的信息。本系统利用RFID技术的远距离探测,并借鉴成熟的图书管理体系,采用了文件监控与安全报警的方法,安全高效地实现了纸质涉密文件的流转管理和安全管理,降低了泄密事件的发生率,提高了纸质涉密文件的管理效率。

The application of RFIDs in libraries: an assessment of technological, management and professional issues

This paper starts by outlining the technologies involved in RFIDs and reviews the issues raised by their general application. It then identifies their potential application areas within the library sector based on a generic process view of library activities. Finally it highlights the issues that are raised by their application in libraries and provides an assessment of which of these issues are likely to raise ethical concerns for library professionals. The purpose is to provide an overview of the technology within the context of the library process and to highlight issues which may raise ethical concerns for the profession. A second paper will focus specifically on these concerns within the context of the professional obligations of the librarian.
