密封式翻转窗的结构设计

翻转窗的设计是解决城市居民住宅的窗户外侧的清洗困难和卫生死角的问题,研究方向是设计具有新机械结构的翻转窗,主要由固定外窗框、翻转窗扇、凸轮轴、蜗杆、蜗轮、键、销轴、定位密封条等结构件组成,利用蜗轮、蜗杆传动带动凸轮轴旋转,完成对翻转窗扇的密封、锁紧或松开的任务.凸轮轴松开时,实现翻转窗扇180＆#176;旋转.研究的目标是翻转窗在保证基本功能的前提下结构简单,成本低廉,具有大规模批量生产的可行性.
