基于云计算的高校教育资源管理系统研究

针对当前高校教育建设的现状,结合云计算的特点,构建一个基于云计算的高校教育资源管理系统,并给出相应系统编程模式,为解决各高校教育资源共享效率低、区域不平衡等方面的问题提供参考,为高校教育资源的有效利用提出建议。

构建农村体育公共服务体系的理论研究

智能化FFSN网络检测方法研究与应用

目前,僵尸网络（Botnet）已成为影响网络安全的重大威胁.为了提高僵尸网络的存活率,网络攻击者利用速变网络服务（Fast-Flux Service Network,FFSN）技术来隐藏其真实攻击主机的网络位置.本研究开发一套智能化恶意网络检测技术,可针对速变网络服务技术找出新的检测特征值进行检测与追踪,并利用智能化算法在可接受的时间复杂度下找出恶意网络检测技术的最优检测策略.实验数据显示,本检测技术可有效减少检测时长,对于各类型网络检测都有较高的正确率.     

面向月良务的地质灾害预警预报系统

在分析地质灾害气象预警预报的业务基础上,考虑到提供地质灾害预警预报功能服务的共享,提出了一种云计算平台上的GIS服务动态聚合的地质灾害气象预警预报系统的分布式体系架构,并将其应用于全国地质灾害预警预报平台中。应用实例表明该动态聚合服务实现了地质灾害气象预警预报分布式数据的服务功能共享。     

Communication Practices of Professional Service Providers: Predicting Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty

This study examined customers' perceptions of personalized service communication performance in relation to their expectations as predictors of their satisfaction and loyalty intentions in four professional service contexts. Survey data were obtained from 253 customers regarding their expectations and experiences with physicians, dentists, auto mechanics, or hairdressers. Multisample covariance structure analysis procedures were performed to assess the level of support for alternative theoretical models across all four professional contexts. Results provided support for one model, specifying that customers' perceptions of communication performance accounted for significant variation in customer satisfaction, which, in turn, predicted customers' loyal behavioral intentions. Customers' expectations did not play an influential role in predicting customer satisfaction and loyalty, as proposed in an alternative model     

Current Trends in Research Resources from Russia,Eastern Europe,and Eurasia: Implications for Reference Services and Resource Sharing

ABSTRACT

In the last 20 years, national, regional, and academic libraries and other cultural institutions in Russia, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia have introduced subject portals, research databases, journal repositories, digital collections, research guides, and indexing resources, which scholarly communities outside these regions rely on to advance their research portfolios. In order to address the significant developments in scholarly communication and the proliferation of academic content, this article discusses recent trends in online research resources and strategies for incorporating these resources into research consultations. In addition, as these extensive networks of online resources continue to proliferate, possible models for collaboration with national and regional libraries are needed to strengthen existing partnerships with Slavic librarians outside these regions.     

Russian Publishing, 2000-2001

Abstract

The Russian government is exerting increasing control over the country's media, although the media are resisting. This government-media conflict is relevant to Western academics and libraries, because the variety and quality of Russian periodicals is at stake. In addition, if the media are constrained, publishers of books are likely to experience restrictions, too. The difficulties the government is having in controlling the media, however, are a measure of how much Russia has changed. At the same time this conflict is occurring, book publishing is thriving. Official statistics show the number of titles published surpassed even the previous record set in 1977. Planning is in progress to restructure the state book industry sector, including publishing, printing and distribution. Book prices have increased more rapidly than inflation, and postage costs have also increased. Russian Press Service is doing its best to keep its prices to Western libraries down.
