共创性学习:一种集体智慧的进化

共创性学习(Expansive Learning)已引发了国际学者对学习理论的革新性思考,该理论最初由芬兰学者Engestr觟m提出,共创性学习强调作为共同体的学习者,文化的转型以及新理论概念的创生。该研究首先借助学习隐喻的划分对共创性学习进行定位,然后对共创性学习的起源和意义进行探讨,对其过程和阶段进行了描述和分析,并对共创性学习的形成性干预研究进行了阐释,最后阐明了其形成机制、本质特征、演变过程等问题。     

南方集体林区营林规模对林业补贴政策公平和效率的影响：一个来自浙江的实证

自2009年以来在南方集体林区实施的中央财政林业补贴项目已逾六年,针对项目实施主体的选择直接影响到该政策执行中的公平性和效率性问题,对该问题的探讨有助于完善今后林补政策的瞄准度,具有重要的研究价值。本文在构建营林规模对林业补贴政策公平与效率影响的理论框架基础之上,基于2014年浙江省案例点151户有效样本调查数据,运用Logit和Tobit模型分别分析了营林规模对林业补贴政策公平与效率的影响,发现在现有的林业补贴政策具体实施中,地方相关职能部门从降低监督交易成本和追求管理效率出发,会尽量鼓励让规模大户参与林补项目实施,即从政策受益面而言,该项政策实施是存在不公平情况的;另一方面,相对于非补贴户,林补政策的确刺激了补贴户生产要素在林业上的投入,提升其营林积极性,但是从对营林行为激励程度来看,是否将政策的实施对象集中于规模大户仍值得商榷,目前对规模大户重点倾斜的林补政策的实施效率没有显著提升。在此基础上,笔者提出了相关完善建议。     

行业环境对群体离职的影响研究文献综述

行业环境对企业发展的作用不容忽视,随着近年来群体离职已经逐渐成为困扰企业的重要问题,探索行业环境对群体离职的作用就显得十分必要。本文基于行业环境视角,侧重从就业机会、薪酬水平、市场竞争、技术进步以及人才需求五个方面的行业环境要素出发,对已有群体离职研究文献进行归纳汇总,为完善群体离职理论和解决企业发展问题贡献微薄之力。     

对中日传媒关于两国报道的文化思考

本文分析了影响中日传媒对中日关系报道的主要文化因素。作者们认为,中日传媒应超越日常经验和民族文化的自我想象,跨越各自的知识边界,以更开阔的视野扫描关涉中日关系的历史背景、民族心理、社会文化潜因和当代社会变迁,构筑有利于中日关系发展的利益同心圆。     

大学生集体自尊与心理健康状况及其关系研究

本研究随机抽取某驻济高校398名大学生为被试,在教室统一发放集体自尊量表和症状自评量表（SCL-90）施测,利用SPSS11.5进行数据统计处理。结果发现,大一新生的集体自尊得分要显著低于其他年级学生;来自于人均月收入较低家庭的学生在集体自尊与心理健康两个变量上显著差于非贫困生,集体自尊与心理健康相关显著,成员集体自尊与私人集体自尊能有效的预测心理健康。     

Organization of knowledge ecosystems: Prefigurative and partial forms

This paper provides a unique perspective on knowledge ecosystems by studying their organization. Grounded in empirical evidence, we propose that knowledge ecosystems consist of users and producers of knowledge that are organized around a joint knowledge search. A distinction is drawn between knowledge ecosystems searching for a knowledge domain and those searching within an identified knowledge domain, respectively characterized as prefigurative and partial forms of organizing. In a knowledge ecosystem organized in prefigurative form (to identify a knowledge domain), actors whose participation is affiliated, self-resourced, and unobliged probe that domain to identify and establish shared knowledge as a basis for collective actorhood, with no formal rules or coordination mechanisms. In a knowledge ecosystem organized in partial form (where a knowledge domain has already been identified), actors search and reveal problem- and solution-related knowledge, participating though formal membership and access to resources, and their contributions are monitored. The present study contributes to the literature by 1) specifying the distinct types of joint search performed by knowledge ecosystems; 2) considering how the nature of joint search affects how knowledge ecosystems are organized; and 3) distinguishing two forms of organizing knowledge ecosystems, with a focus on participation and coordination.     

我国集体土地征收制度的法律思考

要解决现行集体土地征收制度存在的问题,相关立法应明确界定“公共利益”,限制政府征地权滥用;明确土地承包经营权的物权属性,完善集体土地产权制度;加强土地规划管理,严格土地农转非审批。     

Collective memory and sacred space in post-genocide Rwanda: Reconciliation and rehumanization processes in Mureithi’s ICYIZERE

ABSTRACT

We assess Mureithi's 2009 documentary, ICYIZERE: hope (Motion Picture, Josiah Films), as a document of representational space and collective memory. We argue that the post-genocide reconciliation workshop represented in the film embodies and constructs a sacred/secular space. The reconciliatory space is produced through (1) negotiations of dialectical tensions between past/present as well as individual/collective memory, and (2) (re)presentations of rehumanization within the workshop whereby participants (and audiences) can (re)interpret the Other. We analyze the rehumanization process in the documentary via identity widening theory (Ellis, D.G., 2006, Transforming conflict: Communication and ethnopolitical conflict. Boulder, CO: Rowman & Littlefield Publishers) and empathetic human interaction. Finally, we detail how the documentary situates participants within a transformative space of negotiated memories of the genocide with current day reconciliation efforts.
