论第三代领导集体建立国际新秩序的新思想

建立公正合理的国际政治经济新秩序 ,是一个重要和宏大的理论与实践课题 ,也是冷战后我国外交政策的重要组成部分。本文从理论与实践结合的视角 ,就第三代领导集体建立国际新秩序思想的发展阶段、主要内容、基本原则以及外交成果进行了论析 ,目的在于更深入地从政治、经济、文化、安全等方面全面理解建立国际新秩序的外交政策。

Mindfulness meditation for future early childhood teachers in Japan

To prevent future burnout and turnover among early childhood education students, mindfulness training may hold promise as a measure. A lab-based pilot and classroom-based feasibility study was designed to investigate an effective way to introduce mindfulness meditation. Results suggested that two types of audio-guided mindfulness meditation, a sitting meditation and a compassion meditation reduced stress level, and that the compassion meditation was perceived as more comfortable than the sitting meditation. As a tentative conclusion, the compassion meditation may be introduced first before the sitting meditation. Additional studies should examine the effects of longer-term meditation practice on teaching career development.

群体性事件中无直接利益冲突现象探析

从社会学的角度来说,参与者众多的、把矛头指向政府机关及强势群体的无直接利益冲突行为属于集体行为的范畴。＂无直接利益冲突＂现象的产生既是以对某些地方政府机关及强势群体的失望为基础条件,又是以对党和国家的信赖为基本前提。社会转型期的大多数无直接利益冲突现象都可以被看作是民众为维护其政治权利和经济利益不受地方权力和强势群体的侵害,改善行动者在当地具体的生存环境,依靠集体的力量,利用国家权力来维护自己权益所作出的集体行为。     

Fearful symmetry: Palestinian and Jewish teachers confront contested narratives in integrated bilingual education

The present paper deals with Jewish and Palestinian teachers who work in an integrated school in Israel, and shows the challenges and possibilities from examining these teachers' powerful historical narratives in the context of in-service training sessions. It is shown how these teachers essentially remain firmly rooted in the hegemonic historical narratives of their own community, even when their attitudes are challenged and clearer alternatives are considered to the reigning narratives. The findings highlight predominantly the failures in terms of the potential of educational efforts to help overcome situations of intractable conflict even within contexts specifically devised for this purpose; yet, also some openings become apparent in the process of negotiating competing narratives and inventing new dialogic possibilities. The implications of this work suggest that schools and their historical tradition are difficult places to reach change or produce it—even in integrated schools in which partial structural change takes place—and teacher training may not always be the answer for the need to bring changes. However, it is also indicated that an ongoing agonistics of raising critical issues regarding one's identifications with hegemonic narratives does offer openings to take responsibility for both the challenges and the dialogic possibilities that are created in the process.

戏剧审美接受心理机制是一种在戏剧情境中完成的撩诱与触动交融、整合、互动的心理过程。戏剧接受的角色效应、集体心理体验和语言体验等共同促使戏剧审美接受心理机制的形成。观众通过与演员和其他观众的直接交流,进入了一种心心相印的交融状态,促成集体心理体验,从而触发感知心理机制,在联想和想象中,观众潜在的审美心理机制得以形成。     

Compassionate Communication in the Workplace: Exploring Processes of Noticing, Connecting, and Responding

This research contributes to the growing body of literature exploring emotion and communication in the workplace by considering the workers in a variety of jobs that require “compassionate communication.” Compassion is conceptualized as one form of emotional work and is theoretically developed through a model that highlights the subprocesses of noticing, feeling, and responding. Analyses of interviews with 23 workers in a wide range of human service jobs indicated a number of complexities in the communication of compassion in the workplace. Processes of “noticing” included both noticing the need for compassion and noticing details of clients' lives in order to communicate more successfully in compassionate ways. Processes of “connecting” included both emotional processes (empathy) and cognitive processes (perspective taking). Processes of “responding” included both nonverbal strategies, such as immediacy behaviors and environmental structuring, and verbal strategies for balancing the informational and emotional content of messages. These results are interpreted in the light of both contemporary and traditional communication theory, and practical implications are presented for human service workers and others involved in compassionate communication in the workplace.     

Introducing critical race theory to archival discourse: getting the conversation started

This article introduces the application of Critical Race Theory (CRT) to archival discourse in order to demonstrate how such a critical and analytical approach can help identify and raise social and professional consciousness of implicit racial bias. To demonstrate the potential of CRT, the paper discusses how the terminology and methodological structures of CRT might be applied to some aspects of archival theory and practice. The paper concludes that CRT can contribute to a diversified archival epistemology that can influence the creation of collective and institutional memories that impact underrepresented and disenfranchised populations and the development of their identities.
