《古田会议决议》距今已过去了近80个春秋,回顾80年来党和军队建设的曲折历程和取得的丰功伟绩,无不闪耀着《决议》的光芒,实践有力证明《决议》在我党我军建设史这个"坐标系"中有着尤为重要的地位和作用,是毛泽东军队政治工作思想的重要组成部分和光辉典范,重温《决议》对新世纪、新阶段坚持从思想上建党、坚持党对军队绝对领导和熔铸当代革命军人核心价值观有着深刻启示意义。     

浅谈遵义会议型酒店发展问题及对策

遵义近年来举办了多次全国性的会议和展览,对会议型酒店的需求处于不断上升的趋势。但是目前遵义的会议型酒店数量少,质量也不高,存在着专业化水平不高、软硬件设施不完善、宣传力度不够等问题。为更好更快的促进遵义会议型酒店的发展提供一些有用的依据,文章对遵义会议型酒店现状进行分析,发现了一些阻碍会议型酒店发展的问题,并提出相关建议。     

世界大众体育大会的演进及启示

通过文献资料、专家访谈、历史分析等方法,对国际大众体育兴起的社会背景进行深入分析。在此基础上分析并阐述了国际奥委会为推进大众体育在全球的开展,在国际奥委会中设立了大众体育委员会专门机构,考察了世界大众体育大会及世界大众体育运动会的创立和发展,并对世界大众体育大会对国际大众体育的影响进行回顾。最后,以历届世界大众体育大会的主题为线索,探寻促进我国大众体育发展的科学路径。     

超常儿童研究的现状与动态

通过对历届世界超常（天才）儿童会议资料的回顾和对第十一届世界超常（天才）会议论文的分析，我们可以发现：（1）在超常儿童研究领域，对超常儿童的教育和进行教学改革一直是人们关心的重点；（2）对超常儿童的创造力和成就的研究越来越受到研究者的关注；（3）一些新的领域将随着对超常儿童本质特征的探讨而越来越变得受人注意，如超常儿童神经心理学的研究，虽然提交的论文数量比例很小，但引起了与会者的极大兴趣；（4）我国的超常儿童研究，近二十年来已取得了可喜的进展，但与国际水平相比，仍有相当的差距。     

贯彻党的十六大精神 创建与时俱进的校园文化

党的十六大明确了新世纪前二十年全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标，对教育也提出了更新更高的要求。校园化是学校教学内容的重要组成部分、为了完成党和人民赋予的培养人才的历史使命就要不断创建与时俱进的校园化、具体来讲包括：浓厚的科研学术化、幽雅的物质环境化、活跃的学生活动化、高尚的道德精神化。     

新自由主义经济理论与经济全球化

本文认为:新自由主义经济理论的实质与经济全球化的本质是一致的,新自由主义的“华盛顿共识”是经济全球化本质的一种实践形式。本文还对新自由主义的“华盛顿共识”给发展中国家的经济发展带来的危害作了分析,说明在经济全球化进程中,发展中国家要走出经济发展的困境,要应对经济全球化的挑战,加强自身的经济安全,就必须在参与经济全球化的过程中反对新自由主义经济理论。     

学会和睦共处--第46届国际教育大会综述

第46届国际教育大会以“学会共处”为主题,提出了全球化对未来公民在发展应变能力等七个方面的基本教育需求,并强调了发展全民优质教育等新的应对策略。     

Paedagogica Historica: trendsetter or follower?

This article considers the role Paedagogica Historica has played in stimulating new approaches in the history of education within the international community since the emergence of the new series in 1900. Particular focus is placed on the volumes published in the wake of ISCHE (International Standing Conference in the History of Education) conferences and the special issues, which the editors began to promote in 1990 as a way of highlighting innovative scholarship in the field. The article considers a total of 55 issues. In addition to a presentation of the diversity of topics addressed, the article assesses the following: editorial strategies to reach a broader public and connect with specialised networks internationally; efforts to achieve international ranking for the journal; the ways individual scholars or national communities showcase certain approaches or themes in the history of education. Finally, the article will consider the limits to the journal’s efforts to establish trends in our contemporary digital age.     

Astana 2014 ASEEES-CESS Joint Regional Conference Report

The report summarizes the joint regional conference of the Association for Slavic, East European and Eurasian Studies (ASEEES) and the Central Eurasian Studies Society (CESS) in Astana, Kazakhstan in May 2014. This conference is the fourth biennial regional conference of CESS together with the first regional conference organized by ASEEES, and had more than 300 participants from many different countries of the world. Topics discussed included areas such anthropology, economics, education, history, international relations, library science, language and literature, political science, and sociology.     

A Comparison of the Paris Principles and the International Cataloguing Principles

After more than forty-five years of cataloging experience with the Paris Principles and their impact on the international sharing of bibliographic data, the process of replacing them with a wider and deeper set of International Cataloguing Principles has been completed. This article compares the scope, technological context, process of decision making, conceptual framework, and amount of change involved in the adoption of the two different statements.
