变性人变性手术的民法基础及其法律规制

变性人通过变性手术实现性别转换在医学、伦理以及法律上素有争议。本文认为,变性是变性者的心理和生理需求,而变性手术又是变性者有效的治疗方案,基于人格尊严、人格自由等一般人格权,基于生命权、健康权、身体权等具体人格权,变性者请求施行变性手术,借助医疗技术以摆脱心理上的痛苦的自由和权利应当作为变性者特有的一项权利被法律允许和确认,并在立法上制定相应的规则加以保障。

和平教育是指学校传授和平与冲突化解理论、传播和平知识与和平文化、提高人们的和平意识、塑造和平文明的教育。和平教育具有跨学科、多层面和现实性等多种特征。在实施和平教育的过程中应着力提高教师的和平素养,重视和平教育的课程与教材建设,探索和平教育的有效方法,注重多元文化的教育,形成家庭、社会与学校的和平教育合力。     

网络环境下成人英语自主学习模式探析

随着多媒体网络技术的飞速发展和应用,以教师为中心的课堂授课传统模式彻底地转向以学生为中心的新型自主学习模式。教师应通过充分利用多媒体、网络资源,改善成人学习者的学习环境,培养他们利用网络自主学习英语的意识和动机,加强他们对英语学习的训练,逐步让他们养成网络自主学习英语的习惯。     

Is there a right time for gender-just peace? Feminist anti-war organising revisited

ABSTRACT

This paper addresses the question of totalising gender-power relations that have led to and shaped the wars of the 1990s in Yugoslavia and the emerging ethno-national states on the ‘periphery’ of Europe. I argue that the same type of gender-power relations continue to dominate the region, notably Serbia, and to perpetuate gender inequalities and gender-based violence (GBV) in its many everyday and structural forms, causing profound levels of human insecurity. This analysis aims to set in motion a debate around how to tackle these continuing gender inequalities and GBV in post-war societies. In so doing, I propose a shift from focusing on the hierarchy of victimisation that has characterised much of the feminist analyses, activism, and scholarly work in relation to these (and other) conflicts, to a relational understanding of the gendered processes of victimisation in war and peace, that is – of both women and men. Such an approach holds a potential to undermine the power systems that engender these varied types of victimisation by ultimately reshaping the notions of masculinity and femininity, which are central to the gender-power systems that generate gender-unjust peace.     

基于新一代产品几何规范(GPS)语言的几何规范模型分析

Geometrical Product Specification and verification (GPS) is an ISO standard system covering standards of size, dimension,geometrical tolerance and surface texture of geometrical product. ISO/TC213 on the GPS has been working towards coordination of the previous standards in tolerance and related metrology in order to publish the next generation of the GPS language. This paper introduces the geometrical product specification model for design, manufacturing and verification based on the improved GPS and its new concepts,I.e., surface models, geometrical features and operations. An application example for the geometrical product specification model is then given.

基于QFD的“运营管理”课程整合实践项目的设计

为提升学生的知识集成能力和整合创新能力,针对"运营管理"课程传统教学中存在的"知识点分散、理论与实践脱节"的困境,应用质量功能展开产品设计工具(QFD),分析了支撑学生能力培养的学习需求和项目特性,构建了"运营管理"课程整合实践项目的质量屋模型,并基于该模型找出了实践项目的关键特性。教学实施效果表明,基于QFD工具设计的"运营管理"课程整合实践项目,能够激发学生学习潜能,提升学习的积极性和主动性,培养知识整合应用能力与实践创新能力。
