杜甫的战事诗扩大了边塞、战争的题材范围,全面反映战争.不仅表现对战争的态度、性质评价,还表现战争对唐朝经济、政治、军事、国际周边关系、以及对广大百姓的生命财产造成的持久的破坏与影响.杜甫的战事诗实录了战争、战乱的许多重要事件,全面地展现了"安史之乱"这场长期的战争、战乱历史.     

Opportunities and threats: A security assessment of state e-government websites

This study assessed the security of the U.S. state e-government sites to identify opportunities for and threats to the sites and their users. The study used a combination of three methods – web content analysis, information security auditing, and computer network security mapping – for data collection and analysis. The findings indicate that most state e-government sites posted privacy and security policy statements; however, only less than half stated clearly what security measures were in action. Second, the information security audit revealed that 98% of the sites secured users' accounts with SSL encryption for data transmission, and the sites' search tools enable public users to search for public information only. Third, although the sites had most of their internet ports filtered or behind firewalls, all of them had their main IP addresses detected and their port 80/tcp open. The study discussed the threats and opportunities and suggested possible solutions for improving e-government security.     

An empirical study on cyber ostracism and students' discontinuous usage intention of social networking sites during the COVID-19 pandemic: A mediated and moderated model

A sudden change in a person's social life, such as the adjustments caused by COVID-19, can raise social and psychological issues, with people's loneliness and boredom affecting their physical and mental well-being. Cyber ostracism (CO) refers to scenarios in which people feel that others are ignoring them over the internet, e.g., on social networking sites (SNSs) (such as Facebook and Twitter), and placing little importance on their thoughts. The study investigates the mediating role of anger between CO and discontinuous usage intention (DUI) and the moderating role of growth belief. Data were collected during three different periods from 517 Pakistani university students. Statistical procedures were conducted using a Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) and Analysis of Moment Structures (AMOS). The study results reveal that anger mediates the relationship between CO and DUI of SNSs; moreover, growth belief moderates the relationship.     

国共合作开办南岳游干班的原因略析

1939年2月国共两党在湖南南岳合作开办了南岳游干班,该班是国共两党结成抗日民族统一战线的成果,也是统一战线维系巩固的表现之一。在1939年2月到1940年3月的存在期间,该班培养了数千名抗日游击干部,对于发动群众开展游击战争坚持抗战胜利起到了很好的作用。成绩的取得离不开两党的携手合作,研究其合作办班之因便显得很突出。两党基于抵御外侮维系巩固抗日民族统一战线的共同需要、取长补短相互支持的需要、自树形象争取民众扩大影响的需要而合作办班,将对其做一详细探讨。     

关于侵华日军细菌战档案申报世界记忆遗产对策研究

当前,学界从档案学视角开展侵华日军细菌战档案申报世界记忆遗产研究,尚处于起步阶段。本文在梳理国内保存的侵华日军细菌战档案基础上,遵循学术规律,按照申遗标准,界定档案属性。结合档案类型,从操作流程、类型比较和价值意义等方面进行科学论证。力求从实际出发,为国家层面推动侵华日军细菌战档案申报《世界记忆遗产名录》提出决策参考意见。     

孙子《火攻篇》对太空战的启示

孙子的《火攻篇》蕴涵着"攻人"、"攻器"、"攻地"、攻"人与器"的单个战术思维,和"以敌人作战资源为根本攻击目标"的复合战术思维。它对未来太空战的启示是:可以创造不同的战场和衍生不同的作战思路,达到削弱和降低敌人太空作战的能力的目的。

警务实战训练的成效不仅决定着我国警务人员的实战能力,更是关系着广大警务人员生命安全大事,因此注重警务实战训练成效研究,探究警务实战训练具有实效方法是当前广大警校教学的重心。本文从案例与模拟一体化视角出发,以我校2015-2016级200名学员的实训成效为研究数据,探究案例、模拟一体化训练方法的实际教学成效,期待通过实验检验的训练方法能为我国的警务实战训练成效的提升及训练方法的科学化、体系化做出一定贡献。
