战斗状态警察战术心理战在实施巡逻盘查行动中的作用

警察在战斗状态下执行巡逻盘查行动中实施战术心理战,是警察对已发生武力冲突或可能发生武力冲突并为防止发生武力冲突而实施的巡逻盘查,以达到防范、控制违法犯罪的目的,在不明确、不清楚执法作战对象和目标,或是既定执法作战对象可能扩大发生违法犯罪行为的情况下,指导运用有效的攻心方法和指挥艺术。通过战术心理战的应用,能够积极、主动、及时地依法予以适度控制或予以必要的打击,对提高巡逻、盘查效率和效益具有重要的辅助作用。

本文就现在所讨论的较多的传统文献、电子文献、网络文献三者作了比较，指出各自的长处与不足，并将长期共存。     

Special Needs,Cheerful Habits: Smoking and the Great War in Britain, 1914–18

This article applies an interpretive anthropological and phenomenological approach to the Great War in Britain, 1914–18, focusing on the cigarette as a cultural artefact and material commodity, and smoking as a cultural motif and social practice. The primary material featured includes personal correspondence from soldiers and civilians, newspaper articles, advertising and fictional literature. The fundamental task carried out by this study is the connection of developments in technology and distribution accelerated by the Great War, with smoking as a practice bound up with the social, cultural and material conditions in which those on the front found themselves.     

警务实战训练方法研究——谈案例、模拟一体化训练方法的成效

警务实战训练的成效不仅决定着我国警务人员的实战能力,更是关系着广大警务人员生命安全大事,因此注重警务实战训练成效研究,探究警务实战训练具有实效方法是当前广大警校教学的重心。本文从案例与模拟一体化视角出发,以我校2015-2016级200名学员的实训成效为研究数据,探究案例、模拟一体化训练方法的实际教学成效,期待通过实验检验的训练方法能为我国的警务实战训练成效的提升及训练方法的科学化、体系化做出一定贡献。

从制度经济学的角度分析了建设管理体制转型问题,认为建设管理体制转型的动因是政府职能的转变、交易成本的降低、制度需求主体的变化等。并在此基础上分析了公益性水利工程建设管理体制转型的基本特征,得出了其基本方向是从项目建设的行政委派向市场配置转变的结论。     

论企业知识战

从企业知识战的角度,分析了企业的知识缺口和知识优势,提出了企业知识战战略。显性知识缺口应采用竞争情报和反情报方式来预防知识战,隐性知识缺口应注意智力资本的保护和利用,强化组织知识优势。

“网络社会”的概念及其中英文表述,仍然悬而未决。本文分析了“网络社会”概念未能界定的分歧所在．并提出解决的初步建议。     

Cumulative strategic capability and performance of early movers and followers in the cyber market

Today, the cyber market is evolving rapidly in the networked age. In the cyber market, the traditional competitive strategy appears to no longer be effective. This study investigates the strategic choice differences of online firms based on their strategic capabilities and performance. More specifically, the study reviews the advantages and disadvantages of early movers and followers based on Porter's strategic topology, as well as strategic capabilities derived from Sand Cone model. The results show that early movers have more cumulative strategic capabilities than followers do in market differentiation, innovative differentiation, and cost leadership. However, early movers have better focus strategy than followers. These results have provided new insights for the scholars and entrepreneurs to reexamine traditional strategic approaches and the order of entrance effects in the cyber market.

武术是中华民族宝贵的文化遗产,是数千年来中华民族智慧的结晶。研究武术的起源问题,是梳理武术的发生、发展规律,揭示武术本质的重要途径。文章运用逻辑分析法、文献资料法,从人类文化学视角对武术的起源问题重新审视,对武术起源的不同观点进行辨析,认为人类的斗争性源自人的本能,生产劳动和军事斗争等社会活动促进了搏斗技术的不断发展,中华武术是在中国传统文化特殊背景下,是被镶嵌中国传统文化因子的一种特殊形式的搏斗技术,早期的搏斗技术不能称之为武术。
