论对话教学过程中的言语伦理原则

在对话教学过程中,为了创设师生言语交流道德氛围,实现人的和谐自由全面发展的善性理想,必须设定对话教学的言语伦理原则。提出四条言语伦理基本原则,即仁爱原则、公正原则、合作原则和礼貌原则,希望对对话教学原则理论的探讨有所裨益。     

城乡一体化视角下的城市老人乡村社区养老模式研究

我国城市老龄化问题日益严重,未富先老特征十分明显,传统混合养老模式陷入窘境,乡村社区集中养老已成为缓解城市养老问题的一剂良方。以调查数据为依据,通过分析乡村社区养老模式的社会基础,指出了推行乡村社区养老模式的效益优势。并站在城乡一体化发展的角度,提出了乡村养老社区建设应坚持的原则,同时设计了推行乡村社区养老模式的具体措施,从而使该乡村养老社区更具操作性。     

试论话语表达的“态度原则”

言语交际原则是一种多层次的网络系统,在这个系统中,除最高层次的目的原则外,还有话语表达和话语理解方面的原则。话语表达方面的原则包括态度原则、语境原则和信息原则。而态度原则统辖配合准则、诚信准则和面子准则等三个准则,每个准则又有若干下位次准则。对这些准则内涵的界定与阐释,将有助于更好的理解"态度原则"。     

Beyond direct neighbourhood effects: higher-order interactions improve modelling and predicting tree survival and growth

It is known that biotic interactions are the key to species coexistence and maintenance of species diversity. Traditional studies focus overwhelmingly on pairwise interactions between organisms, ignoring complex higher-order interactions (HOIs). In this study, we present a novel method of calculating individual-level HOIs for trees, and use this method to test the importance of size- and distance-dependent individual-level HOIs to tree performance in a 25-ha temperate forest dynamic plot. We found that full HOI-inclusive models improved our ability to model and predict the survival and growth of trees, providing empirical evidence that HOIs strongly influence tree performance in this temperate forest. Specifically, assessed HOIs mitigate the competitive direct effects of neighbours on survival and growth of focal trees. Our study lays a foundation for future investigations of the prevalence and relative importance of HOIs in global forests and their impact on species diversity.     

Dynamic Systems Theory and Team Sport Coaching

This article examines the theory of dynamic systems and its use in the domains of the study and coaching of team sports. The two teams involved in a match are looked at as two interacting systems in movement, where opposition is paramount. A key element for the observation of game play is the notion of configuration of play and its ever-changing shape, namely through phases of contraction and expansion, and its moving location on the court or the field. Analysis of specific configurations of play by players, or external observers, is discussed in light of the notion of prototypical configuration of play and the process of learning by analogy. Offensive and defensive matrices of play, encompassing play in movement as a systemic whole, are presented as advance organizers that provide players with advance strategic representations of reference key points in the unfolding of game play. These various concepts, along with elements of movement in play, are integrated in a model intended to help players and observers grasp a systemic view of action play and its underlying fulcrums.     

基于构件动态迁移解决MMORPG负载问题的研究

随着在线玩家人数迅速增长,MMORPG的负载问题也凸显出来.当前的主要解决方法是以地图划分游戏世界,利用服务器集群让每一台服务器管理一小块地图.本文提出了以场景划分游戏世界,并把MMORPG构件化,抽象出场景构件和角色构件,每一台服务器部署若干个场景构件,通过特定负载均衡算法驱使超负载服务器上的场景构件动态迁移,从而实现整个服务器集群负载均衡.通过实现构件原型并进行负载均衡实验,证实该解决方法切实可行.
