对现行审稿模式的思考与建议

针对我国现行的封闭式审稿模式的缺陷与不足，借鉴国外期刊的审稿模式，提出改进、完善审稿制度的方法。用连续审稿方式取代平行审稿方式，审稿内容首先在审稿人之间公开，在征得审稿人同意的情况下，审稿人姓名与审稿内容向作者公开。在此基础上逐步实行网上公开式审稿制度。

Mg2+对超速驱动后离体大鼠心脏的保护作用

为研究Mg^2 对疲劳心脏的保护作用，以离体大鼠心脏为研究对象，采用Langendorff灌流装置对超速驱动的离体心脏施加不同浓度Mg^2 的灌流液。结果表明，一定浓度的Mg^2 溶液对离体心脏具有明显的保护作用，表现为心肌乳酸脱氢酶漏出减少，谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性增高，丙二醛含量降低，心肌组织和线粒体钙超载减轻。     

第14届世界杯足球赛失球情况的统计与分析

本文从失球因素、失球区域和射门方式方面对第14届世界杯足球赛决赛52场比赛的115个失球进行了分析。其中,盯人不紧是失球的首要因素;罚球区是失球的主要区域;直接射门是得分的主要方式。     

关于筛选16～18岁中学生体质综合评价中心理指标问题的初步研究

心理评价是体质综合评价中不可缺少的重要部分。文章通过对重庆市近600名16～18岁健康男女中学生的测试,以及文献资料的综合研究,对筛选体质综合评价中心理指标的相关问题——心身关系作了较为深入的研究。研究发现,心身在机能上存在相互影响,相互作用,但其机能水平之间却没有数量上的线性关系。通过较为系统的分析讨论,还初步提出将16PF 中的13项指标列为体质综合评价中的心理指标。     

我国科技期刊的未来

未来的中国科技期刊在数量上和质量上都将继续增长，尤其是国际化、网络化、出版集团化将是我国科技期刊的主要发展趋势。     

Accommodations for Students Who Are Deaf or Hard of Hearing in Large-Scale, Standardized Assessments: Surveying the Landscape and Charting a New Direction

Students who are deaf or hard of hearing (SDHH) often use test accommodations when they participate in large-scale, standardized assessments. The purpose of this article is to present findings from the Third Annual Survey of Assessment and Accommodations for Students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing. The "big five" accommodations were reported by at least two-thirds of the 389 participants: extended time, small group/individual administration, test directions interpreted, test items read aloud, and test items interpreted. In a regression analysis, language used in instruction showed the most significant effects on accommodations use. The article considers these findings in light of a more proactive role for the National Survey in providing evidence for the effectiveness of accommodations with SDHH.     

Can a Teacher‐Led State Assessment System Work?

Recent implementation of Nebraska's Standards-based Teacher-led Assessment and Reporting System (STARS) introduced a unique opportunity to examine the benefits and drawbacks of a teacher-led state assessment system. STARS is unique among state assessment systems in that statewide tests are replaced by locally developed assessments designed by teachers. Benefits of this system are found to be greater teacher use of results for instructional planning, greater diagnostic utility of the assessments, and gains in assessment literacy. Disadvantages include the time-consuming and stressful nature of creating localized assessments. Compatibility of STARS with the requirements of the No Child Left Behind Act are discussed.
