人的自由而全面发展是马克思从事理论探索和在实践上终生为之奋斗不息的核心主题,也是“中国梦”的主要理论依据,对“中国梦”的具体实践具有重大的指导意义。“中国梦”不仅是人与自然和谐发展的生态梦,还是人与社会和谐发展的共享梦,更是人与自我和谐发展的幸福梦,是为了人的自由而全面发展的多维的、有机联系的统一体。

基于免费准入的景区经营对策研究——以南京玄武湖景区为例

景区免费开放是国外一些城市的惯常做法。从社会公平和福利的角度来看,旅游景区免票是未来的一个必然趋势,值得提倡。但是,如何避免景区因为免收门票而带来的一系列问题,却成为我国旅游界争论的焦点之一。文章以南京玄武湖景区为例,就景区免费经营的条件、免费经营出现的问题进行研究分析,在此基础上尝试提出免费准入体制下景区的经营对策,包括对景区进行重新定位、合理功能分区、完善基础设施建设、开发景区产品、建立网上预约制度、倡导本地市民错峰而游、实行特许经营模式等。     

对视频分享网站娱乐化倾向的审视与反思——以2012年伦敦奥运会视频为例

随着视频分享网站的大兴其道,这一新的传媒形式也出现了诸多问题。本文从2012年伦敦奥运视频的个案入手,在对相关视频分享网站进行内容分析的基础上,力求揭示中国内地视频分享网站正在加剧媒介的"娱乐至死"倾向。并通过分析其成因,对其可能产生的消解社会主导价值观念、影响受众理性思考能力、弱化媒体公信力、并最终使整个社会文化枯萎,造成政治日趋冷漠化,文化日益浅薄化等诸多负面效应进行了理性的审视和深入的反思。     

Language Difference and Communication Policy in the Information Age

This study argues that language difference is an important, though often neglected, element in contemporary flows of audiovisual media and organizations' efforts to influence them through policy. Because linguistic issues overlap a number of policy areas, including trade, culture, language, and communication, this study advocates for increased attention to language-related concerns within and across those areas by policymakers and researchers alike. Various developments associated with globalization have contributed to the significance of the transnational media trade, and are discussed in light of language difference. Special emphasis is given the handling of language in media by the European Union and North American Free Trade Agreement, two trade regimes that have treated language difference distinctly. The probable expansion of both trade regimes is likely to increase the salience of linguistic diversity among participant societies in the future.     

Antioxidant Status and Oxidative Stress in the Circulation of Younger and Elderly Human Subjects

Extensive research has demonstrated the protective properties of antioxidants, which scavenge reactive oxygen species and their precursors, as well as up-regulate enzymes involved in the repair of cellular damage. Several case–control studies have showed higher blood levels of antioxidants and decreased oxidative stress in younger individuals when compared with older ones. Cell damage caused by free radicals appears to be a major contributor in aging and degenerative diseases of aging such as cancer, cardiovascular disease, cataracts, compromised immune system, rheumatoid arthritis and brain dysfunction. The objective of this study was to determine the variation of Circulating levels of selected antioxidants (enzymic and non enzymic) and oxidative stress marker in younger and older humans. The results showed that a majority of the younger age group participants showed a significant increase in enzymic and nonenzymic antioxidant status and a decrease in oxidative stress when compared with the older age group.     

What Is a Reference Source?

Reference is the balance of employing a process to use materials to locate information. A key feature of teaching reference is to help students understand what a reference source is. This column introduces the dilemma of that seemingly easy task. It includes examples of course assignments to aid in that effort.

针对目前《网站设计》课程教学与实验中存在的问题,提出了充分利用现有校园网络资源进行教学与实验改革的设想,并对设想进行了可行性论证,提出了具体的解决和实现方法,并对教学与实验效果进行了总结。     

广东散打队竞赛期实战训练负荷强度与体能水平的初步研究

采用文献资料、专家访谈、测试和数理统计等方法,对广东散打队赛前实战训练的负荷强度进行了某些生理生化指标的测试。测试结果表明,散打运动员实战前后心率值、血乳酸值的变化能够比较准确的反映该训练过程的负荷强度,可用于评价运动员的体能状况,同时提示,广东散打队大级别运动员的体能状况有待加强,速耐素质的训练不容忽视。
