"金牌优先"法则应用于科研人才评价的思考

科研评价中普遍存在的简单量化倾向,导致了一系列不良后果。受奥运金牌榜排名规则的启示,本文主张以科研人员的最优成果来代表和评价科研人员的学术水平,引导科研人员更多地追求学术质量,多出精品,防止学术浮躁。     

Malayanized Chinese-language cinema: on Yi Shui’s Lion City,Black Gold,and film writings

This article discusses how the Singaporean Chinese director, Yi Shui, created a Malayanized Chinese-language cinema during the 1950s and 1960s, and offers a retrospective of the way people in Malaya and Singapore framed their nation-building discourse in terms of anti-colonialism and anti-imperialism after the Bandung Conference in 1955. This article holds that the term huayu dianying (Chinese-language cinema) was not first used in the 1990s by scholars in Hong Kong and Taiwan, but that its origins can be traced to Singapore and Malaya in the 1950s where Yi Shui promoted Malayanized Chinese-language cinema in the Nanyang Siang Pau. This earlier use of the term “Chinese-language cinema” overlaps with its current academic usage, including films in Mandarin and Chinese dialects. In 1959, Yi Shui’s essays were collected in On Issues of the Malayanization of Chinese-Language Cinema. Yi Shui also directed several Malayanized Chinese-language films. This article analyzes his “Chinese language cinema” film practice by examining the discourses surrounding the “Malayanization of Chinese-language cinema” in order to show that his semi-documentary Lion City and the melodrama Black Gold attempted to mediate the misunderstandings rooted in the national boundaries and politics of various dialect groups through a “multi-lingual symbiosis” of Chinese languages.

运用文献调研、对比分析等研究方法,对第32届东京奥运会中国金牌项目分布特征进行研究。结果表明:我国金牌项目分布上存在明显的项群特征,金牌总数呈上升趋势;金牌项目主要集中在举重、跳水、乒乓球、射击、体操;体能主导类快速力量性和技能主导类难美性是我国金牌的主要贡献者,贡献率达52.6%;金牌项目与区域经济特征呈现出"马太效应",东西部竞技实力差距明显;女子获金牌数虽多于男子,但男女获金牌数与人数无显著性差异。     

《金锁记》中曹七巧人性异化分析

运用弗洛伊德理论,采用心理分析创作是张爱玲小说的核心内容。其小说能自觉地以情欲、非理性、潜意识来刻画人物、阐释人性。被视为张爱玲心理分析代表作的《金锁记》则将性压抑带来的变态和破坏性推向了极致。主人公曹七巧的人性异化内因在于其情欲、金钱欲逐步抗争、异化,最终导致了人性的全面剥落,可细析为情欲的异化、金钱欲的异化、人性的全面异化过程,映衬出中国几千年男权社会中女人生存的原生态。     

滦州影戏剧本对窦娥故事的改编与重写

滦州影戏剧本《炎天雪》对传奇《金锁记》进行了改编,删去了传奇以“金锁”为关目的情节,窦天章的身份从文人改换为武将,影戏中的“探监”具有滦州影戏特色,对张驴儿的惩处也更为严厉,最为重要的是影戏增加了秀虎山落草、招安情节。一是对手抄本的部分内容进行了细微调整,二是对手抄本少量疏漏的内容进行了补充和完善。石印本也有一些不足之处。     

Synthesis of Gold Nanoparticles Coated with Aspartic Acid and Their Conjugation with FVIII Protein and FVIII Antibody

Carboxylate-modified gold nanoparticles (GNPs) were synthesized in a simple one-step process based on the reduction of tetrachloroauric acid by aspartic acid in water. GNPs were identified by UV–Vis spectroscopy, dynamic light scattering (DLS) and transmission electron microscopy. Conjugation of protein molecules with functionalized nanoparticles was performed through electrostatic interaction. The GNP–protein conjugates were characterized by gel electrophoresis. The interaction between functionalized GNPs and protein molecules lead to conformational transition of protein structure after conjugation of protein with GNPs. This process was investigated by fluorescence spectroscopy and circular dichroism spectroscopy.

契弗短篇小说《金罐子》描述了一对美国夫妇在美国梦挡不住的诱惑下屡战屡败却意外收获的故事，反映了现代社会平民百姓的生存状态与人性诉求；小说题材、人物刻画、叙事语言的高度艺术化是作品成功的主要因素，而作家在坚持艺术标准前提下面向时代读的学选择，对我们思考传统与现代、艺术与市场等问题不无启迪。
