浅谈中专班主任应如何指导学生就业

我国劳动力供大于求的矛盾长期存在。中专生 ,学历层次低 ,接受教育的时间短 ,实践经验不足 ,素质不高 ,就业的劣势不言而喻。在班主任工作中 ,通过各种方式和途径 ,帮助学生做好就业前的准备工作 ,激励学生不断提高学历 ,造就自我 ,具有十分重要的意义     

美国专科医师培训制度体系探析及启示

美国的专科医师培训始于20世纪初期,历经上百年的实践和探索,已经形成了较为成熟、完善的制度体系。具体包括3大类制度:组织管理制度、培训与评价制度、支撑保障制度。每一大类又是由若干准则和规范组成,相互交织、协同,共同构建起培训工作的刚性约束与支撑。尽管中美两国在国情与文化、制度背景方面存在差异,探析与借鉴美国的先进做法与经验,可以获得如下启示:完善培训管理体制,充分发挥行业组织的自主作用;与国际通行做法接轨,适时制定专科医师准入制度;注重培训质量,构建科学规范的评价考核制度。

How to develop creative imagination?: Assumptions, aims and effectiveness of Role Play Training in Creativity (RPTC)

There are hundreds of ways to develop creativity among children, youths and adults. Developing new ideas and ways of teaching creativity should also incorporate youth's interests and hobbies. The article presents the main information about the new way of developing creative abilities, especially creative imagination, the Role Play Training in Creativity (RPTC).The conception of such training was inspired by RPG games. Forty-seven undergraduate education students (mainly women) voluntarily participated in the presented research. The training was conducted in two forms—1-day meeting (8 h) or four meetings 2 h each (totaling also 8 h). The effectiveness of training was evaluated with the use of two creativity tests - Urban & Jellen Test of Creative Thinking - Drawing Production (TCT-DP) and Kujawski Test of Creative Imagination (TCI). Comparison of post-test and pre-test results shows statistically significant increase of the results in TCT-DP and two of three TCI scales—fluency and originality.

论地市级骨干教师培训的课程设置

骨干教师培训是整个中小学教师继续教育的重点。骨干教师培训的课程要依据培训目标、现代教育理论、骨干教师自身的特点等来确定。骨干教师课程设置应遵循前瞻性、综合性、主体性、动态性和模块化原则。骨干教师培训的课程结构包括理论学习和技能培训，教学实践与考察，教育科学研究等。

工程训练中心应当以创新型人才为导向,利用学科交叉优势,加强实践平台、实践教学体系和师资队伍建设,培养创新创业人才。     

强化育人根本

培养人才是高等教育的根本任务。在人才的培养上,“思想政治素质”的培养又是根本的根本,在具体工作中,我们要深化育人意识,抓好两课教学,协调“基础”和“根本”之关系,突出“育人”根木,为社会培养合格人才。     

Conceptualising transitions from vocational to higher education: bringing together Bourdieu and Bernstein

Abstract

In this paper we provide a framework for conceptualising transitions from Vocational Education and Training (VET) programmes to Higher Education (HE), by bringing together Bourdieu’s and Bernstein’s theoretical approaches with the view to attend to the often side-lined epistemic and pedagogical parameters. We utilise the Bourdieusian tools of field, habitus and capital to capture the relational, material and cultural aspects of HE transitions. In using a Bernsteinian lens we shed further light into how social agents acquire differentially structured and valorised knowledges and develop a sense of themselves as hierarchically positioned knowers. The metaphor of transitional frictions is utilised to capture the ongoing struggles that students with a VET background experience as they make the transition to HE. We argue for the need of widening epistemic access and putting in place enabling pedagogies that can ease these transitional frictions, thereby potentially increasing the chances of successful HE participation and completion.
