流媒体技术发展现状及应用策略综述

随着互联网的普及,网络已经成为人们获取信息的重要渠道,各种各样的多媒体应用层出不穷,但网络带宽却影响着信息传输的速度,因此流媒体技术应运而生,并不断发展,进而得到广泛应用。本文在介绍流媒体技术基本概念的基础上,分析了流媒体技术的基本现状,并提出了相应的策略。     

浅谈V型和U型评价技术及其应用

从模糊数学的角度出发,用比其它研究者更简捷、更科学的方式介绍了V型评价和U型评价两种量化评价技术,提出了更为简便易行的评价方法和公式,分析了它们各自的特点、优劣及其适应性,并探讨了管理者在员工进行个体和群体评价时,如何根据评价的性质和目的来选择量化评价技术.     

Training for Librarians: An Analysis of the Institute of Museum and Library Services Laura Bush 21st Century Librarian Program

Abstract

The Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS), a major funding agency for museums and libraries in the United States, offers a variety of grant programs. The Laura Bush 21st Century Librarian Program (LB21) is one of the IMLS programs that focuses on training. Through analyzing awarded grants from 2003 to 2018, this project investigated the grant award distribution among different organizations and analyzed trends over time. Results indicated that researchers from higher education institutions received most of the grant money, and were relevantly concentrated among these institutions. Results for higher education grants in recent years also showed that collaborative projects among different institutions generally received large grants. Some recurring themes for recently awarded grants were also discussed. Findings from this project provide an overview of LB21 grant distribution and themes, and helps librarians and administrators identify training needs, and inspiring new grant ideas.     

新增硕士学位授予单位研究生培养问题初探

新增硕士学位授予单位特指在第九次和第十次学位授权审核中新增为硕士学位授予单位的地方普通本科院校,这些院校的研究生教育顺应了高等教育大众化发展趋势,但规模较小、基础薄弱、经验缺乏、质量不高。为此,应牢固树立质量意识,切实改善培养条件,努力提高生源质量,深化课程教学改革,加强导师队伍建设,严格学位论文管理。     

移动协同答疑模式的设计与实现

提出了一种新的移动协同答疑模式。通过UML用例分析法分析了该模式的工作流程和逻辑结构,并给出了实现方案。新的系统,除具传统的答疑功能外,还能自动协调多个教师、学习服务器的联系,回答学生的复杂问题,特别支持移动状态下的教师答疑需求。     

在中职《计算机应用基础》课程中运用ARCS理论进行实验的教学研究

学习动机在《计算机应用基础》学习中起举足轻重的作用,它决定学习者是否有兴趣学好本门课程。笔者通过教学实践,就ARCS动机理论在中职《计算机应用基础》教学过程中的运用,从问题提出、课堂任务设计、理论依据、实验结果分析等方面做一浅述。     

Wiki在中美教育应用中的比较研究

Wiki作为一种社会性软件,具有成本低、易操作、多人共享、开放共赢的特点。本文首先简要介绍了wiki,然后从知识管理、网上协同写作、学术研究、图书馆应用、教师培训这五个维度比较了中关两国在教育中应用wiki的实践方式。     

Understanding the assembly of interdisciplinary teams and its impact on performance

Interdisciplinary teams are assembled in scientific research and are aimed at solving complex problems. Given their increasing importance, it is not surprising that considerable attention has been focused on processes of collaboration in interdisciplinary teams. Despite such efforts, we know less about the factors affecting the assembly of such teams in the first place. In this paper, we investigate the structure and the success of interdisciplinary scientific research teams. We examine the assembly factors using a sample of 1103 grant proposals submitted to two National Science Foundation interdisciplinary initiatives during a 3-year period, including both awarded and non-awarded proposals. The results indicate that individuals’ likelihood of collaboration on a proposal is higher among those with longer tenure, lower institutional tier, lower H-index, and with higher levels of prior co-authorship and citation relationships. However, successful proposals have a little bit different relational patterns: individuals’ likelihood of collaboration is higher among those with lower institutional tier, lower H-index, (female) gender, higher levels of prior co-authorship, but with lower levels of prior citation relationships.
