大气污染对云冈石窟的风化侵蚀及防护对策

云冈石窟地区大气污染较为严重.大气中的污染物主要是SO2、工业粉尘及粉尘中的金属元素,其含量皆严重超标.在有水份的环境中,通过金属离子的催化作用,SO2容易生成H2SO4或酸性物质,再与石质文物表层中CaCO3作用,生成CaSO4*2H2O, 导致风化侵蚀.     

（H-η）-增生算子在一类集值拟变分包含中的应用

在Banach空间中引进一类H-增生算子,并给出了一类新的（H-η）-增生算子的概念,及相关的预解式算子R^H,ηM,λ,利用新的预解式算子技巧得出一系列广义集值拟变分包含问题的逼近解。     

安徒生“海的女儿”文学形象原型考析

从神话意象上考察，安徒生童话《海的女儿》中的小美人鱼形象渊源于斯拉夫神话的水仙女。这一神话意象后来流传到阿尔卑斯山以北的欧洲主要民族中并借助置换变形衍生出近现代欧洲艺作品鲁萨尔卡、温蒂娜等艺术形象，她们共同揭示了这一神话意象在经历人有意识的再创作之后成为一种通过对意象中包含的关键母题“下凡”和“归仙”的阐发，从而表达再创作基于自身生活经历追求心目中至美理想和永恒的情感的精神寄托。     

More is not always better: Effects of collaboration breadth and depth on radical and incremental innovation performance at the project level

This study investigates the effect of project-level collaboration breadth (i.e., the number of collaboration partner types) and collaboration depth (i.e., the intensity of the interactions with these partners) on the incremental and radical innovation performance of innovation projects. The econometric analyses, based on a Community Innovation Study sample of 218 innovation projects conducted in German manufacturing companies, reveal inverted U-shaped relationships between collaboration breadth and radical innovation performance and between collaboration depth and incremental innovation performance. These curvilinear effects speak to the high sensitivity of innovation projects to the extent of collaborative activity, which implies that practitioners should exert caution in managing collaborative innovation projects. This study contributes to the understanding of project-level open innovation and to the overall understanding of the performance effects of innovation collaboration, which, following recent assertions in the literature, could be flawed by analyses conducted at the organizational level.     

几种萱草核型的比较研究

Some species of Hemerocallis were cultivated in the campus of Futan Un- iversity, including the evergreen H. aurantiaca Baker.  The original plant of H. auran- tiaca was introduced from Zhangzhou, southeastern Fukien Province.  The karyotype formula of H. aurantiaca is 2n=33=12m+9sm+3st+3T+6m(sat).   The  karyotype differs from those of summer-green or evergreen H. fulva (k(2n)=33=3M+21m+6sm +3T) and H. fulva var. kwanso (K(2n)=33=3M+l8m+6sm+3st+3T).  The vouchers are kept in FUS.

设计了一种基于H.264视频压缩标准的嵌入式无线视频监控系统,详细给出了该系统硬件和相应的软件实现方法,并针对RTP网络数据传输出现的问题给出了解决方案。实践证明,本系统设计合理,运行可靠。     

基于系统性文献回顾法的新型研发机构研究与展望

本文以国内经济管理领域 2003年至2019 年的179篇文献为样本,使用系统性文献回顾法(SLR),探索和总结了新型研发机构的研究现状及其知识结构,分析现有研究的缺失并尝试寻找未来的研究趋势。研究发现: 第一,新型研发机构的知识结构由9个部分构成一个2W1H的主题研究框架。第二,从国家、产业和企业层面分别总结了阻碍新型研发机构发展的因素及其提升对策建议。第三,从研究知识模块、研究切入角度和研究趋势拓展3个方面解剖现有知识断层,并对未来的研究提出具体可行的对策建议     

The effectiveness of subsidies revisited: Accounting for wage and employment effects in business R&D

The present paper investigates the effectiveness of public subsidies on business enterprise research in a panel of OECD countries. We contribute to the literature by explicitly distinguishing between the effects of a subsidy on R&D employment and expenditure, thereby accounting for a potential increase in scientists’ wages. We employ instrumental variable regressions to address endogeneity problems of the subsidization. The results indicate that subsidies are effective in generating additional research expenditure. Expenditure for business research increases by roughly 20% more than employment. We take this as evidence that subsidies may raise scientists’ wages given standard production functions.
