基于嵌入式的家用无线视频监控系统设计

结合嵌入式系统及无线网络,设计并完成了基于ARM9的家用无线视频监控系统.利用USB摄像头采集视频数据,通过H264的压缩编码,WIFI模块发送数据,无线局域网或互联网进行传输,PC终端设备接收并显示视频内容.     

关于不确定脉冲系统的弹性H∞控制

研究了一类不确定线性脉冲系统,通过构造适当的Lyapunov泛函,基于线性矩阵不等式（LMI）理论给出了其具有弹性H∞状态反馈控制的充分条件,最后借助于MATLAB中LMI工具箱给出了相应的数值例子验证了结果的可行性。     

Brief Analysis of D.H.Lawrence’s View on Female and its Formation

This thesis focuses on D.H.Lawrence’s view on female in his novel writing. The author firstly introduces Lawrence’s view on female through analyzing female images in his works,then analyzes the contributing factors of his views’ formation.     

C3H6 同分异构体电子散射总截面的计算

我们提出了一个可加性规则的半经验公式，并且运用该公式对10-300eV时C3H6同分异构体电子散射总截面进行了计算。计算结果表明，该方法简单有效，与实验结果符合得较好。     

气相中前过渡金属正离子乙炔络合物M(C2H2)+(M=Sc,Ti,V)的振动频率计算分析

采用密度泛函(DFT)计算方法,在UB3LYP/6-311 G(3d,2p)水平上优化了过渡金属正离子乙炔络合物M(C2H2) (M=Sc,Ti,V)不同自旋态的稳定几何构型,并对此络合物体系的全部振动频率进行了计算和全面分析。结果表明,能量较低的高自旋态M 与C2H2在形成络合物时,M 的价电子要发生翻转,形成稳定的低自旋态络合物。根据频率分析,所计算的振动频率值反映出低自旋态络合物比高自旋态络合物有较强的M-C键,在形成低自旋态络合物的同时,过渡金属正离子M 已活化了乙炔的C-C三键和C-H键。     

Assessing the relative performance of U.K. university technology transfer offices: parametric and non-parametric evidence

We present evidence on the relative performance of U.K. university technology transfer offices (TTOs) using data envelopment analysis (DEA) and stochastic frontier estimation (SFE). U.K. TTOs are found to exhibit low-levels of absolute efficiency. There also appear to be decreasing returns to scale, implying that TTOs may need to be reconfigured into smaller units. The development of regionally-based sector focused TTOs is also advised. Consistent with qualitative evidence from U.S. TTOs, we find that there is a need to upgrade the business skills and capabilities of U.K. TTO managers and licensing officers.     

三种山药生化指标的检测与分析

为寻找山药优良品种,本文比较了武汉市场上河南铁棍山药、湖北武穴野生山药和湖北白沙洲普通栽培山药的鲜品折干率和干品的醇浸出物、多糖、蛋白质等指标。实验数据表明河南栽培铁棍山药与湖北武穴野生山药品质较好。其中湖北武穴野生山药的干品多糖含量比河南铁棍山药高出58.36%,蛋白质含量高出26.75%。因而湖北武穴野生山药的品质最好,且性价比高,是值得推荐的优良品种。     

有机无机复混肥对烤烟生长和产质量的影响

以新型有机无机复混肥、常用复混肥、有机肥和烤烟专用肥为供试肥料进行大田试验，试验结果表明：施用新型有机无机复混肥的处理烤烟烟株生长速度快，烟叶叶片厚度适中；产量、产值和中上等烟比例均以施用新型有机无机复混肥的处理最高，烟叶化学成分较为协调。而且，施用新型有机无机复混肥后有利于土壤N，P，K矿化，提高了有效养分含量。     

基于IP的电子政务视频会议系统的研究

阐述视频会议系统基本内涵,进而探讨了基于IP的视频会议系统的基本内涵以及其在电子政务中的明显优势,并针对中型市政府视频会议系统的需求,设计一个基于IP的电子政务视频会议系统的解决方案。     

Concentration on the few: mechanisms behind a falling share of innovative firms in Germany

Innovation activities in the German business sector showed two opposing trends over the past two decades: While total innovation expenditures grew substantially, the number of firms conducting innovation activities fell sharply. In this paper, we explore the mechanisms behind the declining trend in the share of innovation active firms. Considering both input (R&D activities) and output (introduction of innovations), we model innovation decisions as a multi-stage process using continuous-time Markov chain analysis. We base our analyses on a 14-year panel from the German part of the Community Innovation Survey. Our results show that smaller firms and firms in sectors with less innovation competition are more likely to stop innovating. We also show that better financial situation and public funding can mitigate the trend towards a falling share of innovating and R&D-performing firms.
