基于机器学习的图书馆用户流失影响因素研讨

论文针对图书馆用户流失问题,基于图书馆用户数据,构建用户特征矩阵,利用深度神经网络预测用户流失风险;将存在流失风险的用户作为重点研究对象,根据用户特征,结合S-O-R理论设计图书馆用户流失影响因素模型。采用扎根理论方法设计问卷,提取影响图书馆用户流失的指标因素,并构建结构方程模型进行分析,将技术研究与质性研究相结合,挖掘影响用户流失的核心因素,并在此基础上,构建了图书馆智慧型服务空间设计模型,为图书馆创新服务提供决策支持。     

Application of machine learning techniques to assess the trends and alignment of the funded research output

Research and development activities are regarded as one of the most influencing factors of the future of a country. Large investments in research can yield a tremendous outcome in terms of a country’s overall wealth and strength. However, public financial resources of countries are often limited which calls for a wise and targeted investment. Scientific publications are considered as one of the main outputs of research investment. Although the general trend of scientific publications is increasing, a detailed analysis is required to monitor the research trends and assess whether they are in line with the top research priorities of the country. Such focused monitoring can shed light on scientific activities evolution as well as the formation of new research areas, thus helping governments to adjust priorities, if required. But monitoring the output of the funded research manually is not only very expensive and difficult, it is also subjective. Using structural topic models, in this paper we evaluated the trends in academic research performed by federally funded Canadian researchers during the time-frame of 2000–2018, covering more than 140,000 research publications. The proposed approach makes it possible to objectively and systematically monitor research projects, or any other set of documents related to research activities such as funding proposals, at large-scale. Our results confirm the accordance between the performed federally funded research projects and the top research priorities of Canada.

曹禺剧作中的女性形象,大胆﹑叛逆﹑与众不同,曹禺把她们作为一个真正的“人”凸现出来,她们不再是男人的影子,而是像男人一样能够争取主动权、拥有独立人格的人,这也是曹禺不同于同时代作家的创作特点;但剧中女性人物的性格在她们悲剧性的人生历程中决不起主导作用,“情出于性”,所以,作者从情爱角度,将其投放在情感的三角关系中,用人性化的文笔剖析中国千百年来封建女性悲剧的实质——人性的复苏乃至与整个男权社会抗争造成的悲剧。     

公正行政视阈中行政人员的角色定位

公正行政是构建社会主义和谐社会的前提条件和必然要求。行政人员只有在行政活动中不断反省自己所扮演的角色,通过否定“经济人”角色,肯定“公共人”角色和自觉实现“经济人”角色向“公共人”角色观念的转化,才能使自己的行政行为符合行政伦理道德,实现公正行政,促进和谐社会的构建。     

虚拟技术在计算机实验教学中的应用

针对当前计算机实验资源缺乏和计算机更新快的问题,提出以虚拟技术构建虚拟机试验平台的解决办法。实践证明,虚拟技术可为实验教学和科研构建一个集约高效的计算机实验平台,以VMware公司的VMware Workstation软件创建的虚拟机是对现有计算机实验资源的有力补充,且可随时更新,符合低碳环保的要求。利用虚拟机可方便开展许多传统实验环境下难以开展的计算机实验教学。     

Reasons of students and apprentices to choose a training company in the dual system

This article sheds light on an understudied aspect of the transition from school to work: the choice of a training company. It presents findings from qualitative interviews with 69 secondary school students and apprentices from the German states of Berlin and Brandenburg, focusing on their reasons to choose a training company in the dual system. What reasons lead students and apprentices to choose a training company? The most common reason is personal impressions, which future apprentices obtain in their initial, personal encounters with a company and its staff. Students and apprentices often consider location, working atmosphere and soundness. Due to this study’s regional scope, its findings may not be fully generalisable on a national or international level. However, its findings may instigate further research in countries where people pursuing certain types of apprenticeship training have to apply to companies (e.g. Great Britain, Switzerland and Australia).

人文地理实践教学体系构建与实现路径探讨

实践教学是高校地理学各专业人文地理课程教学的重要组成部分,薄弱的实践教学现状决定了人文地理课程教学改革的必然性。目前,在多重因素约束下,人文地理实践教学构建应遵循以人为本、量力而行、开放性等原则设计形成立体化实践教学体系,其实现路径包括科学制定培养方案、强化课堂实践教学、加强课程野外实习、完善课程论文写作、全面参与各种社会实践活动等。

浙江省普通话水平测试"机助人测"系统,经过几年的运行,发现其有利于节约测试时间,有利于测试员灵活掌握测试节奏,有利于学生测试状态的正常发挥和应试心理的调适;但也存在着测试过程中学生的应试节奏把握不太好,测试员的测试状态和测试水准难以均衡,测试题目和测试系统不够完善等弊端。
