ISO质量管理体系进行实训基地建设的研究

作为具有管理与服务性质的高职院校实训基地,引入ISO9000质量管理体系具有现实的必要性和可行性。按照ISO标准进行实训基地的质量管理体系建设,有利于全面提高实训基地的职能,充分发挥实训基地的优势。     

Irreplaceable ISSN: From 2007 to the Future

International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standard 3297 governs the assignment of International Standard Serial Numbers (ISSNs) for continuing resources worldwide. It is subject to systematic review every five years and, in 2017, an ISO Working Group was set up to review the standard. This working group took the decision to survey the views of stakeholders including publishers, libraries, and others. This article reports on the global survey that was undertaken, describing the questions and answers about which the committee sought opinions. It also sought details on the respondents to provide context. The replies are summarised in chart form with conclusions and an appraisal of the key issues, which suggest that whilst respondents are supportive of expanding the ways in which the ISSN is deployed, they are less convinced of the need for more ISSNs for any given title. They are split on the need for the structure of the ISSN to be revised but there is strong support for the notion of a “Family ISSN” that would describe resources that are linked through, for example, title changes or geography or language. The article notes the next steps to be taken.     

质量管理体系紧密结合高职教育之初探

本文通过分析当前高职教育和人才需求现状,论证了ISO9000质量管理体系引入高职教育的必要性和迫切性。提出了作为高职院校教育管理部门在推动和促进质量管理体系与高职教育结合的新思路。     

ISO9000族标准对新建本科院校构建质量保障体系的启示

从ISO9000族标准中,新建本科院校可以得到很多关于如何根据自身特点来建立教学质量保障体系的启发。新建本科院校的教学质量保障体系应有明确的质量方针与质量目标,以确定全体教职员工的行为准则和努力方向;应明确部门的职责与权限、教职工的岗位职责和包含与质量有关的主要工作流程,以规范学校全体员工的工作行为;应设置教学质量管理办公室,以将学校教育教学质量管理工作落到实处。这些设想一旦变成现实,将有助于提高新建本科院校的教育教学质量。

教学质量监控体系是高职院校教学质量保证体系的重要组成部分,完备的教学质量监控体系,对保障人才培养质量具有非常重要的作用。基于ISO9000族标准,提出了构建高职院校教学质量监控体系的思路和方法。     

ISO9001设计与开发在高职教育教学服务中的应用与探索

高职教育教学服务项目方案的策划、制定,对高职院校人才培养的形成及培养质量起着关键作用。按照ISO9001标准思想,识别了高职院校产品的设计与开发活动,提出了设计开发原则,探讨了ISO9001标准的设计与开发要求在高职院校的应用,并给出了高职教育教学服务设计与开发的方式与要求。     

我国图书馆引进ISO9000标准体系研究述评

针对图书馆引进全面质量管理(TQM)或ISO9000质量管理的必要性和可行性的研究,通过分析企业生产流程和图书馆服务过程的不同、质量管理研究存在的问题、申请质量认证的动机、图书馆服务质量的控制措施,以通过质量认证的A馆和B馆的业务流程和质量现状为例,指出图书馆实施TQM或申请质量认证可以规范文件管理,但难以提高服务水平和质量。只有实行严格的职业准入制和科学的绩效考核制,才能从根本上提高馆员的业务水平和工作效率,为提高服务水平和质量奠定基础。     

公共图书馆服务评估指标比较研究

介绍、分析ISO11620《信息与文献——图书馆绩效指标》国际标准与省级图书馆评估标准,对ISO11620国际标准指标、省级图书馆评估标准中的资源保障、读者服务方面的指标进行比较分析,总结了ISO11620对我国公共图书馆服务评估指标设置的启示。     

Quality management of body donation program at the University of Padova

Quality management improvement has become a recent focus of attention in medical education. The program for the donation of bodies and body parts (Body Donation Program) at the University of Padova has recently been subjected to a global quality management standard, the ISO 9001:2008 certification. The aim of the present work is to show how the above standard is useful in enhancing the efficiency of body donation procedures and the quality and output of medical education. The program is managed by means of the following interlinked procedures: the collection of body donations, death certificates, data, and body parts from living donors; the transportation and identification of cadavers; the management of bodies, body parts, equipment, instruments, purchasing of necessary materials, and setting up anatomical training sessions; the management of preventive and corrective actions; the management of documents and registration; the management of internal and external quality audits; and the review of outcomes and improvement planning. Monitoring indicators are identified in the numbers of donors and of donated body parts per year, education sessions, and satisfaction of learners and donors, as evaluated by questionnaires. The process management approach, the integrated involvement of medical, technical, and administrative staff in defining procedures, and the application of monitoring indicators allow quality improvement in all aspects of the Body Donation Program.
