近五年来我国图书馆管理研究现状分析

从 1996— 2 0 0 0年 ,国内发表图书馆管理方面的论文近 30 0 0篇。这些论文论述比较集中的问题有 :关于图书馆管理价值的认识 ,图书馆管理理论的发展 ,图书馆管理理论的创新 ,图书馆的人本管理 ,等等。对于这些问题 ,不同论文各自阐述了不同的观点。随着图书馆研究客体的新形式———数字图书馆的出现 ,图书馆管理的观念、体制和方法 ,会有更大的变化。参考文献36。

浅谈体育教法的优化组合

为研究亚运会与城市现代化的循环互动发展关系，采用献资料研究、专家调查、系统综合分析法，本得出的研究结果是：用建设全面小康的理论，从宏观上探明城市现代化的内涵；就广州现有建设为办亚运会提供的基础与显示四个优势要素：国际大赛——广州亚运会对广州城市化社会发展的促进作用；以广州经济化一体化为支撑的广州亚运会的三个基本策略。     

Wiederverwendbare Algorithmenschemata in ML am Beispiel von Graphdurchlauf-Problemen

Zusammenfassung. Die Programmierung von Algorithmenschemata durch die Parameterisierung von Programmteilen ist eine M?glichkeit der Wiederverwendung von Software. Dieser Ansatz wird insbesondere von der funktionalen Programmiersprache ML durch eine sehr ausgereifte Modulsprache mit Signaturen, Strukturen und strukturabbildenden Funktoren unterstützt. In diesem Artikel demonstrieren wir, wie man auf diese Weise Parameterisierung und Wiederverwendung realisieren kann. Dabei wird eine Anwendung, n?mlich schematischer Graphdurchlauf mit Vererbung und Synthese als Verallgemeinerung des vom übersetzerbau her bekannten Prinzips, im Detail vorgestellt; einige weitere Anwendungsbereiche werden skizziert. ISO9000：2000与图书馆质量管理的原则

应用ISO9000：2000的管理理念，对照质量管理标准中的相应条款，分析和阐述图书馆质量管理中应遵循的8项原则：以顾客(用户)为关注焦点；领导作用；全员参与；过程管理；系统管理；持续改进；基于事实的决策和与供方互利。在此基础上，就每项质量管理原则在图书馆中的实际应用提出相应的措施。

The IR Has Two Faces: Positioning Institutional Repositories for Success

This article describes the ongoing efforts at University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) Libraries to evolve the role of the institutional repository (IR) and to effectively position it within the context of the Libraries’ collections, research support, and scholarly communication services. A major component of this process is re-examining the fundamental aims of the IR and aligning it to the Libraries and the campus strategic goals. The authors situate UNLV Libraries’ experience within the context of the current literature to provide background and reasoning for our decision to pursue two, at times conflicting, aims for the IR: one for scholarly communication and another for research administration.     

Technological research in the EU is less efficient than the world average. EU research policy risks Europeans’ future

We have studied the efficiency of research in the EU by a percentile-based citation approach that analyzes the distribution of country papers among the world papers. Going up in the citation scale, the frequency of papers from efficient countries increases while the frequency from inefficient countries decreases. In the percentile-based approach, this trend, which is uniform at any citation level, is measured by the e_p index that equals the P_{top 1%}/P_{top 10%} ratio. By using the e_p index we demonstrate that EU research on fast-evolving technological topics is less efficient than the world average and that the EU is far from being able to compete with the most advanced countries. The e_p index also shows that the USA is well ahead of the EU in both fast- and slow-evolving technologies, which suggests that the advantage of the USA over the EU in innovation is due to low research efficiency in the EU. In accord with some previous studies, our results show that the European Commission’s ongoing claims about the excellence of EU research are based on a wrong diagnosis. The EU must focus its research policy on the improvement of its inefficient research. Otherwise, the future of Europeans is at risk.

为了揭示萨马兰奇改革传统奥运会模式的历史必然性及剖析其思想底蕴。运用社会结构分型理论、一般系统论、存在进化理论和信仰理论对萨马兰奇变革传统奥运模式的历史必然性进行了思辨。认为：萨马兰奇对奥运传统模式的改革是奥林匹克运动发展中的一场革命。它适应了社会生产力的新变化对奥林匹克运动提出的新要求;它反映了奥运模式是主、客观内在统一的认识论规律,它区别了信仰和主义;它折射了开放性的动态思维的光辉。
