《Chinese Journal of Natural Medicines》获得国家6部委"中国科技期刊国际影响力提升计划"B类项目资助.在项目实施过程中,编辑部积极采取一系列的措施——紧跟科学前沿并组约高水平论文,向同行期刊取经,创新出版形式和文献类型,利用新媒体手段扩大宣传,等等,旨在切实提升期刊的学术质量和国际影响力.诸多举措使得该刊2014年影响因子比2013年有了较大提高.     

有助于程序理解的软件动态扇入扇出度量

In this paper,an approach to use run-time information to discover knowledge about software systems thus fa- cilitating program comprehension is presented.Some dynamic metrics based on traces of the subject system execution are proposed.A method of getting these dynamic metrics is introduced,in which instrumentation is implemented by using re- flective mechanism based on an open compiler.The system run-time information is captured during the instrumented system running and is then analyzed to get these dynamic metrics.A case study is given to illustrate the use of these dynamic metrics, i.e.,identifying critical components of the subject system.These critical components should be focus on user attentions in order to understand the subject system well.

本文通过对双曲平面模型中三角形的边角关系的研究,得到双曲平面上的三角函数及双曲度量等双曲几何内容.     

重复代码自动检测工具的研究与设计

重复代码是程序中最常见的代码“坏味道”.在改进的Kontogiannis度量方法及基于过程蓝图的参数化匹配检测方法基础上,提出以过程蓝图为基础,设计出一个重复代码自动探测工具,并给出实现系统结构.同时论述了工具种各模块的设计与实现方法,着重讨论了重复代码检测器及存储结构的设计。     

农民工“回流”对输出地区的影响研究——对重庆市黔江区新华乡和太极乡利益相关者的深度访谈

改革开放以来,中国农村大量劳动力外出务工,对推动中国经济的发展和城市化进程都起到很大的作用。但是,随着近年来国家一系列惠农政策的出台,部分农民工选择“回流”创业,成为了带动农村发展的中坚力量。学术界大部分研究集中在对农村剩余劳动力转移,对农民工“回流”现象研究比较少,现有的研究也主要是对农民工“回流”原因探讨。本文通过对重庆市黔江区新华乡和太极乡的“回流”农民工、地方政府官员、没有外出的农民等深度访谈的基础上,研究农民工“回流”对输出地区的影响。研究表明,“回流”农民工对输出地区经济、社会和文化对起到积极的作用,地方政府应该为回流人员创造发展的条件。     

我国当代暴力文化对暴力犯罪的影响探析

暴力文化是记载、描述暴力行为人实施暴力行为的具体过程及主观故意心理状态的一种亚文化,具有载体的多样性、内容的丰富性、表现行为的凶残性等特征。而暴力犯罪是行为人以暴力或以暴力相威胁的手段侵害他人人身、财产权的应受刑罚处罚的行为,具有突发性、残酷性、冒险性等特征。暴力文化与暴力犯罪关系相当密切。暴力文化在一定程度上滋生了暴力犯罪,严重影响了社会主义经济建设。暴力文化和暴力犯罪必须从刑事立法、行政立法上予以区分遏制,才能保障社会主义市场经济正常运行,构建和谐、法制的社会主义国家。     

十六国时期的匈奴对中国历史所产生的影响

魏晋时期的匈奴,已失去了昔日的辉煌,力量大为削弱。但是,当时社会的急剧变化,西晋王朝的日益腐败,匈奴人的不断内迁,给匈奴的再次兴起创造了条件。西晋后,匈奴在风云变幻的乱世中建立了自己的政权,开创了我国历史上第二次民族大融合的新局面,对中国历史产生了深远的影响。     

"If I Want It, It's OK": Usenet and the (Outer) Limits of Free Speech

Usenet is an international communications system composed of thousands of topically named discussion groups, called newsgroups, which enable anyone with an Internet connection and the proper software to read messages, post new messages, or reply to existing ones. Remarkable for its culture of 'anything-goes' free speech, Usenet tradition recognizes only one kind of legitimate restriction on content: that which is abusive to the Net's ability to function as an effective discussion system. This article shows that this consensus stems from a long and often painful struggle, as Usenet's designers, administrators, and users attempted to comprehend, define, and govern the communication system they had created. The result is a forum that is not quite as free as Usenet's defenders like to imagine, and one given to excesses that seem destined to attract the attention of government censors.     

An initial analysis and reflection of the metrics used in the Teaching Excellence Framework in the UK

In this paper, we look at the results from the recent Teaching Excellence Framework (2017), which were made publicly available in June 2017. We offer some initial analysis and commentary, look at the primary reasons for providers being awarded Bronze, Silver and Gold, and look at some providers close to the borderline for their award. We demonstrate that the provider submissions, a narrative document prepared to accompany the submission would have had a significant effect upon the award bestowed.     

Trends of European picture book production since 1945

Abstract

The dramatic increase in the use of the global network is examined through statistics and examples of the involvement of many countries. Despite the explosive growth of Internet use and contrary to the increasingly frequent characterization of the Internet as global, gaps are identified in the international coverage of the network. Evidence of the participation of librarians in the global network is sought through an analysis of subscriber lists for selected library-related listservs. Findings show that representation of librarians from a few countries is very high, while representation of librarians from most countries is low or non-existent. The value of the Internet and the potential role librarians can plan in this evolving environment are discussed.
