网络不同媒体组合的传播效果检测分析

本文通过对多通道刺激反应心理学理论的回溯 ,援引美国传播学教授斯·斯亚姆·山德尔 (S .ShyamSundar)在 2 0 0 0年所做的网站多媒体组合信息传播实验结果———在目前网络软硬件技术还有待大幅度提高的情况下 ,越多的媒体参与网络传播 ,并不一定能取得好的传播效果。本文借此提出文本 图片是目前网站较为合适的信息传播形式的观点。     

国内外1975～1991年间关于中小企业信息管理的研究成果统计分析及建议

对 1975～ 1991年间国内外有关中小企业研究的文章从关键词分布、主题分布、国家分布等方面进行了统计 ,具体分析了文章主题的内容 ,进而指出我国在这些方面亟待解决与完善的问题 ,对我国支撑中小企业的信息管理提出参考性建议。表 4 ,参考文献 8。

198 9年 1月 ,《美国图书馆协会信息素质主席委员会总报告》指出 ,由于社会环境的变化 ,社会应加强对人们的信息素质基础教育。该报告公布至今 ,美国对社会公众的信息素质教育已取得了不小成就     

E-mail in government: Not post-bureaucratic but late-bureaucratic organizations

Empirical research provides evidence that electronic communication does not change government agencies into post-bureaucratic organizations. Structuration Theory is used to explore the interaction between e-mail use, communication patterns of civil servants, and two bureaucratic characteristics: formalization and hierarchy. Previous research suggested that the use of e-mail leads to less formalization and less hierarchy, but empirical research in three bureaucratic organizations in the Netherlands leads to different conclusions. First, the use of e-mail leads to informal formalization: the style of communication is more informal but the content focuses less on personal issues and emphasizes efficient recordings of agreements. Second, the use of e-mail leads to hierarchical horizontalization: horizontal contacts take a more central position in bureaucratic organizations but these horizontal contacts are tightly linked to vertical structures. The result of the interaction between e-mail and government bureaucracy is horizontal communication directly linked to vertical structures. Electronic communication turns government agencies into late-bureaucratic organizations.     

当前体育信息学科的发展与展望

采用文献资料、学科综述、分析预测等方法,对当前国内、外体育信息学科的发展趋势从因特网、数据库、光盘与多媒体等高新技术的开发利用,到学科理论研究与建设进行了论述,从理论和实践两方面探讨了体育信息学科的发展趋势,并指出了当前我国体育信息学科与世界水平的差距.根据未来体育事业发展需要和深化体育科技体制改革的要求,提出了近期我国体育信息学科的发展战略和服务重点,认为信息资源的合理布局和开发利用、建立体育信息网络和多种类型的支撑数据库、开展应用信息和基础理论研究等是当前的主要发展领域.特别是提出了我国体育信息网络建设的布局和方案.论述了体育信息社会化和信息市场的开拓是充分体现信息价值,实现自我支持和自我发展的必经之路.

专业的发展归根结底是由市场需求来决定的。只有在专业设置、培养目标、教学计划等方面更进一步贴近社会和企业,专业才能生存和不断发展。本文简略总结了计算机信息管理专业改革的一些思考和做法。     

A Model of Translations

This paper attempts to model translations from one language intoanother. Book markets are an integral part of the cultural life of anation, and new ideas on political, social and cultural aspects arespread by means of books. It is a fact, however, that linguisticbarriers will often prevent a book from reaching a mass audience unlessit is translated. But the mechanism involved in translations has notbeen adequately described. A model is presented here in three steps: Thefirst step is to determine the number of new books in an economy. Thenext step is to determine the propensity to import translated works fromother countries. The final step is to determine from which language thetranslation will originate. This provides a basis for judging thecultural affinity between nations.     

The Concept of Inclusive Education: Teacher Training and Acquisition of English Language in the Hearing Impaired

Three languages are widely used in schools in Kenya – English, Kiswahili and Kenya Sign Language. Many pupils with hearing impairments are taught separately from the mainstream, in specialist settings. The fact that most of the formal teaching, assessment and examination processes in Kenyan schools rely upon spoken and written English compounds the separation of these pupils from the mainstream of education and, potentially, from the mainstream of society. In this article, Gertrude Wamae, graduate assistant in the Department of English and Linguistics at Kenyatta University, and Rachael Kang'ethe-Kamau, lecturer in the Department of Special Education at Kenyatta University, discuss the relationships between language, hearing impairment and inclusion in the Kenyan context. The article suggests that the use of signed exact English would enhance opportunities for inclusion for those with hearing impairments and that programmes of teacher training need to take account of persuasive research in this area. The article closes with a plea for further research, carried out collaboratively by educationalists, linguists, teacher trainers and practitioners, to develop policies and practices suited to more inclusive futures. The article is based on a paper presented to the International Conference on Inclusive Education run by Maseno University in September 2002.
