高校军事理论课授课现状及对策--以贵州省高校为例

农业面源污染防控与水环境保护

农业面源污染正成为我国地表水体的主要污染负荷来源,威胁水生态健康和水环境安全。文章分析了农业面源污染的特征及其主要的形成原因,总结了当前主流的防控技术与策略,重点阐述了从全局防控农业面源污染的"源头减量(Reduce)—过程阻断(Retain)—养分再利用(Reuse)—生态修复(Restore)"策略(简称"4R策略")。深入剖析了当前农业面源污染防控存在的问题,并从深化基础研究、强化生态系统服务功能与促进区域联控,以及农业面源污染防控技术的物化方面进行了展望。     

Explaining attendance through the brand community triad: Integrating network theory and team identification

In this study, the authors empirically test a model of sport behaviour that integrates both team identification and a network theory approach to understand attendance at intercollegiate ice hockey games. Grounded within the brand community triad, ego network data were collected among attendees to measure the fan-to-fan connections that constitute the horizontal relationships of brand community participants. Additionally, a multidimensional team identification measure was used to illustrate the vertical relationship between individual and team. Both measures were included in a structural equation model to test how both fan-to-fan and fan-team relationships explain attendance. The results from the model support the salience of both dimensions of the brand community triad, suggesting that understanding sport fan behaviour necessitates including both psychological and structural elements of behaviour. Future suggestions for extending the study of sport fans through structural networks are discussed.     

A narrative account of a teacher community

This narrative account draws on dialogic approaches to education to critically reflect on teachers’ expressed pedagogic thinking in community. The context for the study is a teacher community in Central Finland comprising teachers from pre-primary to upper secondary contexts. The shared interest of the community is in the foreign-language mediation of education. The data were collected over a period of one and a half years and primarily consisted of teacher-produced notes from community sessions. These data were thematically analysed using a theory-driven approach. The key findings underline the value of pedagogic relationships between teacher-colleagues to support enriched critical understanding of pedagogy. This research suggests the importance of mutual pedagogic relationships to support teacher development.

听力理解过程不是简单的语言信息解码过程,而是解码过程与意义重构的有机结合。英语学习者已存的图式知识对吸收新知识的方式和运用效果起关键的作用。本文从图式理论入手,分析了听力教学中的语言图式,内容图式以及形式图式,探讨了在听力理解的不同阶段各种图式建立与激活的方式方法及其应用模式。

本文从成人学习理论视角,运用其中成人教育学理论、余力理论和熟练理论、知觉转换理论,自我指导学习理论以及嬗变学习理论的基本观点来解读教师学习的取向、目标、动机和途径,希望能为理解教师学习的内涵提供一个理论视角。     

西方税制优化理论及中国税制改革

税制优化理论是西方税收思想理论中的重要组成部分，在我国的税制改革过程中也产生了一定的影响。本文以主流学派、供给学派和公共选择学派为代表，较为详细地归纳介绍了税制优化理论的观点，并在分析的基础上对我国税制改革的不足和进行方向进行了讨论。     

两种交互式信息传播网络的传播模型比较研究

 对中国产业集群网论坛用户提问与回答的关系数据,建立了一个以自我中心,包括832个用户的知识传播网络模型。将该传播网络的传播模型与Watts通过Email方式建立的信息传递网络模型相比较。结合经典的传染模型和渗流模型及这两种信息传播网络的特点给出了相应的传播模型。不同的传播模型有不同的提高信息传播广度的方法：基于社会网络的信息传播不仅要提高信息传递者的激情而且要提高社会网的连通性,基于论坛回复关系的信息传播网络只需提高用户的回复激情就可扩大信息传播的广度。同时还给出了两种方式的难易程度,根据难易程度建议依据信息的不同性质在不同的网络中进行传播。     

国际汇率制度选择的博弈论分析

博弈论和激励理论已运用于国际汇率制度选择的研究领域。国际汇率制度选择是一种“博弈”,参与国根据其收益与成本进行选择。博弈过程分为两阶段,第一阶段是不同利益集团选择汇率制度的博弈,第二阶段是参与国政策行为的博弈,其结果必将表现为固定与浮动之间某种程度的结合。对于固定汇率制,一国很难决策是否加入,因为这涉及各成员国之间的合作问题;相反,一国却很容易决策放弃固定汇率制,因为这只涉及本国的意愿。这一理论说明了亚洲货币一体化进程的艰难。
