新闻教育培养什么样的记者?

如果受众对新闻失去信任,记者将失去在社会文化中的核心地位。而这种信任正在被侵蚀。随着煽情主义替代了客观报道,西方民主社会的受众正在逐步悖离新闻媒介。如果西方社会的媒体要重拾大众的信任,并在新增市场中被推进,新闻业就必须在内容和形式间求得平衡,而此平衡的取得须从新闻教育内部开始。     

地方高校新闻学、传播学学科建设与人才培养

本文立足教学实践,结合学生就业方向,针对目前存在的不足,认为地方高校要切实加强学生专业基础知识和实践知识的学习,培养既有扎实理论水平,又有较高动手能力的高级专门人才,并针对学科建设进一步提出了具体的建议.

Ethical professional identity and the development of moral exemplar collegiate coaches

Coaches have the potential to influence athletes’ moral development, especially at the collegiate level—a powerful period of growth in young adults’ lives. As central agents in athlete moral education, coaches’ moral development and understanding of professionalism is currently unknown. The purpose of this study was to increase understanding of the ethical professional identity development of sport coaches. In-depth interviews based on moral exemplar and moral identity development theories were conducted with NCAA Division-I collegiate head coaches (n = 12) in the United States who were peer nominated ‘moral exemplars’. Interviews elicited themes of moral exemplarity, professionalism, and above average ethical identity development. Results can inform and improve coach education for current and future members of the profession.     

论当代中国新闻学科层面几个主要概念之间的关系

在当代中国新闻学研究的学科层面,实际存在着多种名称或概念(有些准确,有些模糊),诸如新闻学、党报理论、中国特色社会主义新闻学、马克思主义新闻观(新闻学)等,它们之间互相联系,但又互有区别。最基本的关系是:党报理论是中国特色新闻学的核心内容,马克思主义新闻观是中国特色新闻学的理论立场和基本方法。因而,中国特色社会主义新闻学,就是以中国新闻现象、新闻活动特别是以"党媒"新闻宣传活动、新闻舆论活动为主要研究对象,以马克思主义为基本立场、观点和方法,以党报(党媒)理论为核心内容的新闻学。其中的"中国特色"是当代中国新闻学的特征描述,"社会主义"则是当代中国新闻学性质定位。中国特色社会主义新闻学与新闻学在研究对象、研究目的、研究的价值取向上虽有相同之处,但重点有所不同。     

问题导入式教学法在线上直播教学中的运用——以新闻学专业为例

新形势下,线上直播教学成为新的教学形态。但线上直播教学也存在着教师无法对学生学习进行直接监督、持续长时间的在线讲授易使学生失去兴趣等问题,问题导入式教学法因具有引导学生积极参与课堂、教师能更加有针对性地开展教学等优点,成为提高线上直播教学质量的重要方法。在线上直播教学中运用问题导入式教学法需要任课教师重视问题的设计,要尽可能采用封闭式的问题、尽量针对具体案例进行设问、设置需要思考才能回答的问题、设置学生利用现有的知识和经验就能解决的问题。     

Social Media Guidelines for Anatomists

Social Media has changed the way that individuals interact with each other - it has brought considerable benefits, yet also some challenges. Social media in anatomy has enabled anatomists all over the world to engage, interact and form new collaborations that otherwise would not have been possible. In a relatively small discipline where individuals may be working as the only anatomist in an institution, having such a virtual community can be important. Social media is also being used as a means for anatomists to communicate with the current generation of students as well as members of the public. Posting appropriate content is one of the challenges raised by social media use in anatomy. Human cadaveric material is frequently shared on social media and there is divided opinion among anatomists on whether or not such content is appropriate. This article explores the uses and challenges of social media use in the field of anatomy and outlines guidelines on how social media can be used by anatomists globally, while maintaining professional and ethical standards. Creating global guidelines has shown to be difficult due to the differences in international law for the use of human tissue and also the irregularities in acquiring informed consent for capturing and sharing cadaveric images. These nuances may explain why cadaveric images are frequently shared on social media. This article proposes that as standard practice, anatomists obtain informed consent from donors before sharing images of cadaveric material on social media and ensure posts include a statement stating the same.     

燕京大学新闻学系人才培养目标及改革实践

燕京大学新闻学系为中国新闻事业的发展做出了重要贡献。自1924年燕大新闻学系创设以后,为适应新的社会形势和学系自身发展的需求,其人才培养目标经历了从“德才兼备的新闻从业人员”到“有创见及改革能力的领袖人才”的转变,在课程设置方面也作了相应调整和改革,促进了人才培养模式与目标的统一,也推动了专业教育和通识教育的协调发展。
